The purpose of this study was to identify services and programs that will be needed for helping senior residents to be aging healthfully and comfortably in the university-based retirement community (UBRC). This study conducted a questionnaire survey targeting about 900 faculty and staff members in one of national universities. A total of 214 valid responses were analyzed for identifying necessary services and programs. The study also analyzed the differences in resident's opinions depending on their intention to live in the UBRC. Over 65% of the respondents were willing to live in the UBRC. The most desirable services were healthcare services including emergency care and nursing care and cleaning and laundry services. Regarding the educational and recreational programs, future residents chose physical exercises such as swimming and tennis and music activities such as playing instruments and singing as the most interesting programs they want to experience in UBRC. Most of the respondents were interested in mentoring college students or international students who come to the university for their degrees. The findings from the study should provide a guideline when offering services, programs, and activities in the future UBRC in Korea.

This study aimed to identify services and social and leasure programs that will be needed for helping senior residents to be aging healthfully and comfortably in the university-based continuing care retirement community (UBRC). This study conducted case study targeting three representative university-based CCRCs in the east area of United States such as Oak Hammock (OH) at Florida state, Kendal at Lexington (KL) and The Collonades (C) at Virginia state. There were three types of services in the UBRC, which were meal services, healthcare services, and personal services. Those services were different from the level of care such as independent living, assisted living, nursing home and memory care. Meal services and personal services were very similar among three UBRC, whereas healthcare services of OH were higher level of quality and diversity than the others. The social and leisure programs were categorized in-house programs, university outreach program and intergenerational programs between residents and students attending to related university. In-house programs and university outreach program were almost similar among three UBRC, whereas intergenerational programs of OH were well organized and actively operated than the others. This study results are expected to provides essential information for the development of Korean style services and programs of university-based CCRCs in the future.

Offer of medical treatment service for recovery or preservation of physical spiritual function of elderly people by sudden population graying developing is essential. Therefore, according to increase of elderly's medical treatment demand, medical treatment service request is augmented. Number of medical treatment service utilization wishes to grope medical treatment service support way for elderly residing cloth elevation laying stress on elderly's Aging in Place in increase trend in this research. If decide, is as following : First, national hospital and public health center were concentrated most on Seoul and kyonggi, and there were many hospitals to south of a river nine, Songpagu, Seochogu, and public health center was expose that is one by one to each nine. Second, in the case of Seoul, elderly population ratio was expose that comparatively high Yeongdeungpo, Chongno, Yongsan, west passage nine is few hospital number relatively in elderly's residential area. Third, need that establish elderly full text clinic on part of general hospital or university hospital equipment. Fourth, must do so that can use access as is easy little more in local community to all elderly who need medical treatment service of visit nursing, visit medical examination and treatment etc.. that consist in present public health center.

상황인식은 사용자에 적응된 컴퓨팅 환경 및 서비스를 가능하게 한다. 따라서, 상황인식이 추가된 홈 환경은 인간의 주거생활의 편리성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 상황인식 서비스의 기반이 되는 상황정보는 일반적으로 서비스 종속적이다. 스마트 홈 환경에서의 상황인식 서비스의 통합을 위해서는 서비스 종속적인 상황정보의 형태를 통일시키는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 홈 환경에서의 상황인식 서비스를 위해서 특정 서비스에 종속되지 않고 환경 내의 모든 서비스들이 공통으로 인식할 수 있는 상황정보의 형태를 정의한다.

초고속인터넷서비스란 이름으로 국내에 인터넷의 붐을 촉진시킨 ADSL(Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) 서비스가 가입자망의 한 형태인 FTTC(Fiber To The Curb)를 이용하여 밀집 주거지역(주로 아파트)을 중심으로 급격히 확산하면서 일부에서는 ADSL의 특성상 건물의 구내통신선로설비 부분이 서비스의 품질을 저하시킬 수 있다는 우려가 대두되었다. 본 논문에서는 아파트의 구내통신선로설비가 어떤 상황인지를 점검해보고 서비스 품질에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요소가 무엇인지, 영향을 미친다면 어느 정도인지, 그리고 양질의 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 구내통신선로설비 차원에서 사전에 해소되어야 할 요소가 무엇인지를 살펴본다.

현재 홈네트워크 산업의 부진과 문제점 현황을 정리해 보면, 이용자 입장에서는 꼭 필요한 서비스라고 느낄 수 없다는 점과 비용 대비 가치의 불만족 등 유용성의 문제점이 있으며, 소비자의 낮은 인지도와 상품 이해도의 용이성 문제를 언급할 수 있다(이희상 외, 2006). 본 연구에서는 Davis(1989)가 제안한 기술수용모델에 기반하여, 현재 홈 네트워크가 설치된 서울 시내의 아파트 주민들을 대상으로 인지된 유용성과 용이성이 홈 네트워크에 대한 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 나아가, 홈 네트워크에 대한 사용의도가 해당 아파트의 주거가치에 대한 인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지도 연구하였다. 그 결과, 인지된 용이성과 유용성은 홈 네트워크에 대한 사용의도에 정의 영향을 미쳤으며, 그 중 용이성은 유용성에 대한 선행변수로 작용함을 확인하였다. 또한, 홈 네트워크에 대한 사용의도는 해당 주거지에 대한 가치를 제고하는데 영향을 미침을 입증하였다.

스마트 홈은 유비쿼터스 환경을 가정 내에 실현하여 생활환경의 지능화, 환경친화적인 주거생활, 삶의 질 혁신을 추구하는 주거공간을 만들고자 하는 목표를 가지고 있다. 이러한 목표에 더 가까이 접근하기 위한 연구 및 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나, 현재의 홈 네트워크 시스템은 서로 다른 사용자의 특성을 고려하지 않고 단일화된 서비스만을 제공하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트폰에 있는 GPS, Accelerometer, System Log 등의 정보를 활용하여 더 지능적인 서비스를 제시하고, 스마트 홈의 상황을 사용자가 좀 더 쉽게 파악하고 관리할 수 있도록 스마트폰 기반의 모니터링 및 제어 서비스를 제공한다.

홈네트워크는 즐겁고, 쾌적하고, 편리하고, 안전한 삶을 위한 정보 인프라로, 초기에는 PC를 중심으로 한 데이터 중심의 서비스에서 시작되어, 사이버 아파트, 주택 자동화등 거주 환경의 변화에 따라 홈오토메이션, 고품질 인터넷 서비스 등의 A/V 기기 중심의 엔터테인먼트 서비스 중심으로 발전되고 있다. 본 논문에서 유비쿼터스 홈네트워크 거주자, 비거주자 그리고 전문가의 설문조사를 통한 선호요소 그리고 유비쿼터스 주거환경을 통한 파급효과를 통해 유비쿼터스와 주택을 결합한 유비쿼터스 홈네트워크 주택에 대한 앞으로의 설계에 대해 분석 연구하였다.

건축물 미술작품은 공공미술의 한 부분으로 건축물의 미관을 아름답게 만들어 줄 뿐 아니라 도시 환경과의 친밀감과 상징적인 장소로서의 랜드마크적 기능을 가지고 있다. 주거 단지 내 '공간 스토리텔링'은 공간과 주민 사이를 이야기로 연결해 주며, 공간의 스토리를 생성 촉진하는 역할을 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 주거 공간을 기반으로 공간 스토리텔링의 서비스 전달과정을 이론적으로 검토하고 적용해 보려하였다. 공간 스토리텔링 요인은 건축물 미술작품의 차별화를 가능하게 할 수 있고, 건축물의 경쟁우위를 점할 수 있게 할 것이다. 또한 이 요인이 주민들의 시설물에 대한 호감을 높이고, 구매의사로까지 연결되는 과정을 설명할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

차세대 방송은 시청자에게 고품질의 멀티미디어 서비스는 물론 다양한 상호작용 기능도 제공해야 한다. 사용자 상호작용은 시청자의 행동이 방송콘텐츠에 영향을 주거나 방송콘텐츠가 의도한 상황으로 시청자가 방송을 즐길 수 있게 한다. 차세대 방송은 이러한 사용자 상호작용 서비스를 통해서 보다 실감나는 방송을 시청자에게 제공할 수 있다. 요즘 관심을 끌고 있는 3차원 방송은 주로 자유시점 영상서비스에만 초점을 맞추고 있어서, 넓은 의미의 사용자 상호작용 서비스를 지원하기에는 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 방송기술의 발전 추세를 살펴보고, 사용자 상호작용 기술에 대한 국내외 상황을 분석해 본다.
