The purpose of this study was to develop the curriculum of spatial convergence studies for the major field of housing and interior design. Documentary research and content analysis methods were used in this study. Data drawn from internet homepage of each universities which were 20 colleges the major field of housing and interior design and 160 colleges of architectural design, and public institutions the MLTM and the KRIHS. The major results of this study were as follows. 1) Government has been supported the specialized graduate school of spatial information and the university which they have spatial information curriculum during 5 years. 2) The department of spatial information has been educated the theory and practice about spatial issues in order to train the spatial specialist helpful to the new growing industry. 3) There were little changed curriculum which has related to the department of housing and interior design. The half of their curriculum were housing project and interior design. The spatial convergence studies educational program should be grow up step by step. The first is basic level to learn the basic theory of spatial studies for example the spatial introduction or the housing and the second is low level to learn the depth theory of spatial studies for example the design I or the housing development. The third is middle level to apply the depth theory of spatial studies for examples the design II, III or housing policy and institutions. And the last is high level to practice the depth theory of spatial studies for example housing construction or internship.

Recently, the proportion of housing lease has been increasing to an overwhelming level in line with the increase of single-person households and the change in the form of housing. In the normal case, the use of rental-type housing is subject to a housing lease agreement through a licensed real estate agent. In the event of a transaction conclusion, licensed real estate agent shall issue a contract containing the personal information of the lessee, the renter, and the licensed real estate agent to the transaction party. In this case, it is necessary for the lessee to provide the contract to a third party. This paper analyzes relevant laws and regulations and the status of housing transactions, focusing on personal information processed between offline housing lease agreements. And when issuing a contract through IRTS, we propose a way to protect personal information by providing a third party in three forms: information Data Subject-based, Purpose of usage-based De-identification, and Certificate of Contract.

현재 우리나라는 인구의 도시집중과 주거용 건물의 부족으로 인하여 발생하는 주택부족문제는 현대산업사회에서 피할 수 없는 현상이 되고 있고, 1970년대 들어 대도시로의 인구집중과 함께 극심한 주택난을 겪게 되었다. 전국의 주택보급률은 국토교통부가 발간한 '2014년 국토교통통계연보'에 따르면103%(서울 97.5%, 경기 98.7%)에 이르러 주택의 공급측면에서 큰 문제가 없어 보이지만, 2014년 전국 자가 주택 거주율은 53.6%로 절반 정도의 가구가 타인 소유의 주택에서 임차인으로 거주하고 있다. 이와 관련하여 가장 큰 법률문제 중의 하나는 임차주택에서 임차인이 그 가족들과 모두 함께 안정된 생활을 하는 것이라고 볼 수 있는데 만약 임차인이 사망한 경우에 그동안 임차인과 함께 생활 해온 가족들이 종전과 마찬가지로 당해주택에서 주거를 계속할 수 있는가 하는 문제이다. 이에 대해 주택임대차보호법은 임차주택에서 가정공동생활을 하고 있는 자에게 임차인의 권리 및 의무를 승계하도록 인정하고 있다. 그러나 사망임차인과 동거해온 상속인이 아닌 사실상 혼인관계에 있는 자에 대해 상속인이 아니라는 이유로 선순위상속인이 당해주택의 명도를 청구할 수 있다면 이것은 사망임차인과 동거해온 가족으로서 심각한 사회적인 문제가 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 주택임대차보호법상 임차권승계와 관련하여 제기되고 있는 문제점을 검토하고 그에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

There has recently been an increasing interest of the watershed management as a solution to a wide range of problems related water environment, therefore this study attempted to construct the environment information system to monitor the Geumho River watershed, and to evaluate the impacts of the watershed characteristics on stream water quality. A detailed GIS database to analyze the environmental characteristics at the subwatershed units, including 1:25,000 scale topographical maps, detailed soil maps, land use, 10m-resolution DEMs, roads, streams, vegetation index(NDVI) calculated from Landsat TM imagery, rainfall, and soil loss using RUSLE, is compiled for the study area. The set of variables representing watershed urbanization or industrialization, residential and commercial landuse, industrial landuse, and road area have significantly negative(-) relationship with water quality variables(BOD, COD, SS, T-N, T-P). On the other hand, watershed indicators related to natural environmental conditions, forest cover and vegetation index(NDVI) in each subwatershed were significantly positive(+) relationship with water quality. Three other variables, agricultural landuse, amount of fertilizer and pesticides, and potential soil loss, were not significant in explaining the correlations between watershed environment and stream water quality.

최근 들어 광우병 소고기, 멜라민분유, 식품첨가물 등과 관련한 여러 사건들이 발생하여 대중들에게 식품선택에 있어서 공포와 혼란을 가져왔다. 대기, 수질, 토양, 주거, 식품 등의 환경 영역은 21세기를 살고 있는 우리들에게는 과거 어느 때보다도 더욱 큰 관심을 유발할 뿐만 아니라 실제 인류의 생존에도 중요한 문제가 되고 있다. 올 한해 발생한 여러 환경문제 중 식품환경만큼 대중들의 관심을 촉발한 때는 없었을 정도로 많은 사건들의 연속이었다. 예를 들면, 위의 식품관련 사건 외에도 태안반도의 허베이스피릿호 기름유출사건, 지하철 역사 내의 석면문제, 포장용기 등에서 방출되는 환경호르몬, 휴대폰의 전자파 문제 등과 같은 문제들은 이 땅에 살고 있는 어느 누구도 자유로울 수가 없다. 그러나 사건이 발생할 때마다 정부당국, 기업, 시민단체, 학자 등의 이해당사자들의 의견은 다양한 정보를 넘어 상반되는 입장으로 대중들을 더욱 혼란케 하였다. 본 기고에서는 환경문제를 중심으로 하여 대중들에게 혼란을 유발하는 여러 위해(risk)를 접하면서 대중과 소통하기 위한 원칙들을 제시하고자 한다.

유비쿼터스 켬퓨팅 환경에서는 디지털 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 사용자가 언제 어디서나 컨텐츠를 소비할 수 있도록 다양한 환경에 맞게 능동적으로 적응변환 시켜주는 기술이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경이 가능하도록 구성된 가정에서 여러 종류의 디스플레이에 색각인 사용자에게 필요한 서비스와 정보를 제공해 주는 시스템을 제안한다. 단순히 세션 정보를 이용하여서 다양한 위치의 디스플레이에 정보를 제공해주는 기능에 '사용자의 취향과 색각 유무에 따라 변형되어진 정보' 를 제공해주게 되는 시스템을 설계하였다. 제안한 시스템은 크게 사람의 위치 정보를 인지하는 센서 입력부, LCD 모니터나 TV 브라운관과 같이 영상 정보를 출력해 줄 수 있는 출력부, 사용자에 대한 세션 정보 관리와 스트리밍 서비스를 제공해주는 서버 부분으로 구성되어 있다. 사용자의 위치에 대한 정보는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경으로 구성된 테스트 베드 내부 센서를 통해 각 디스플레이의 해당 서비스 지역에 사용자가 들어가게 되면 사용자를 인지하도록 하였다. 제공되는 영상은 인지된 사용자 정보를 통해, 색각자인 경우, 색각자를 위해서 변환 되어진 영상을 사용하며, 또한 미리 설정되어진 사용자의 취향에 관련되어진 장르로 구성되어진 메뉴를 통해서 제공된다. 제안한 시스템은 가정에서 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅이 가능하도록 한 구성한 Active Home상에 구현하였다. Active Home에서는 서버에서부터 실시간으로 사용자의 위치 정보를 제공 받으며, 사용자의 색각 유무에 따라 색각자를 위해 변환된 영상 또는 원본 영상을 보여준다. Active Home에서의 실험을 통해, 제안한 시스템은 유비쿼터스 컴퓨터 환경에서 사용자의 취향에 따라 자연스러운 인터렉션과 세션 정보를 Seamless하게 제공해주는 도구로 사용 가능함을 보였다.

This study aims to verify the possibility of using the blog mining to collect public opinion in the field of housing policy, thus, it collected blog posts with the keyword 'Happy Housing', extracted the main keywords from them, and analyzed the public's perception through keyword and word cluster analysis. 137,002 blog posts were used as analysis data from May 2013, when social discussion about happy housing spread, to August 2021, and the words derived by dividing the period into three stages in consideration of major housing policies and data collection were analyzed. The results are as follows. In the keyword analysis, overall, the importance of words related to the location, the number, the size, and the conditions for occupancy of Happy Housing is high. In the first stage, government policy implementation, in the second stage, the application process for Happy Housing, and in the third stage, recruitment notices, occupancy qualifications, and rental conditions are found to be highly important. In cluster analysis, project progress, application process, and project area were drawn as main themes at all stages. In particular, policy implementation and implementation plan in the first stage, occupancy qualification and financial support in the second stage, and policy implementation and occupancy qualification in the third stage were drawn as main themes. These results present the possibility of the blog mining as a method of collecting public opinion by sharing policy-related information, reflecting social issues, evaluating whether policies are delivered, and inferring the public's participation in policies.

This study attempts to introduce the methodology for accounting real-time population distribution in the urban areas. For the purpose, we utilize the media user's time-space information from the media users' media diaries in the media panel survey databases. We analyze the space-time population rate for each activity space related with everyday urban lifes. Seoul has been selected as a case study area, since space-time information are relatively rich there, and thus the comparisons are available. The space-time population rates have been verified by the comparative analysis with the T-card results. We propose a real time population measurement method by combination of the space-time population rate with geographical data. The real time population of each activity space at each dong in Seoul has been calculated by multiplying the space-time population rates to the numbers of employer of three categories of activity spaces(residential, working, and commercial). By utilizing GIS, we visualize the results of two time points (3AM and 3PM) and then analyze the spacio-temporal characteristics of real time population distribution in Seoul. The Day time population distribution pattern shows strong relationships with the distribution of business and commercial activities, while the night time population distribution pattern can be explained by resident population distribution almost perfectly.

본 논문에서는 TV 시청환경에서의 실내소음의 스트레스 평가를 위한 소음 데이터베이스(database, DB) 설계 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 DB 는 TV 시청공간을 포함하는 실제 주거환경 내에서 binaural recording을 위한 1 개의 dummy head 와 multi-channel recording 을 위한 2 개의 다채널 마이크 배열을 활용하여 TV 콘텐츠 및 실내소음의 음향 정보를 취득한다. 설계된 DB는 TV 시청자의 청각정보에 해당하는 binaural recording 신호와 실내소음의 위치 및 종류 추정을 위한 multi-channel recording 신호를 모두 포함하기 때문에 TV 시청환경에서 실내소음이 시청자에게 유발하는 스트레스의 분석 및 평가 관련 연구에 적합하게 설계되었다. 본 DB 는 5 가지 종류의 TV 콘텐츠 10 시간 분량, 30 가지 종류의 실내소음 2 시간 분량으로 구성되었다.

스마트폰의 도입으로 인하여 증강현실이 널리 알려짐에 따라 대중들의 관심은 이에 집중되고 있으며 휴대성으로 인하여 모바일 기기에서의 증강현실 연구가 하나의 흐름으로 자리 잡고 있다. 기존의 증강 현실 관련 응용 기술들이 많이 연구되고 있지만 실제 게임에서 사용되고 있는 인공 지능과 결합된 연구는 이루어지고 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 폰의 기능중 하나인 3축 가속도 센서를 이용하여 증강 현실 환경에서 3D 에이전트의 상태를 동적으로 변환하는 인공 지능 알고리즘을 제안한다. 인공지능이 적용된 에이전트의 상태를 제어하기 위한 전통적인 방식으로서 사용자가 직접 입력해 주거나 이를 인식하는데 마커를 사용하여 해결하였다. 본 논문에서는 증강 현실 구현을 위해 마커리스 추적 기술을 사용하였고 3축 가속도 센서를 이용하여 동적으로 에이전트의 상태를 변환하도록 하였다.
