The purpose of this study is to present basic data of basic concept that planners should consider in planning process. For this purpose, we have proposed the determinant factors of basic concept. In particular, this study focuses on the physical planning elements among the various planning elements that determine the basic concept. The research method is the case study and analysis for the competitions of LH for the past four years. After dividing the residential environment area, the planning elements was derived and the planning direction is arranged for the case district. The determinants factor were determined by the structure of each area. Three area, including the degree of urban context, were found to be the main determinants of the basic idea. The results of the study are as follows. (1) The degree of reflection of urban context, the degree of effort to resolve environmental influences are determinant factors of basic concept. (2) The degree of connection between urban and site area, the degree of overlapping of the boundaries, and street are determinant factors of basic concept. (3) The degree of appropriateness of the residential layout, the degree of rationality of the moving plan, the adequacy of the community space plan are determinant factors of basic concept.

수중주거시설의 설계에 있어 수중생활안전요건을 확인하고자 이를 예상시설환경 하에서의 생활안전계획 수립, 근로안전계획 수립 및 비상탈출계획 수립 영역으로 구분하고 각각에 대한 위험성을 지수화하여 평가했다. 각각의 생활안전 위험성에 대응한 생활안전매뉴얼, 이동안전매뉴얼 및 비상탈출매뉴얼을 제시하였다.

현행 환경영향평가 체계 내 건강영향평가 대상사업은 「환경보건법」 시행령 제12조(건강영향 항목의 추가·평가 대상)에 따라 일부 대상사업으로 한정되어 있으나, 대상사업이 아닌 다양한 환경영향평가 대상 사업들에 대해서도 협의과정에서 건강영향 관련 사항들이 추가로 평가·검토되고 있다. 특히 주거지 관련 개발계획에 있어 개발부지가 오염원 주변에 계획될 경우 건강영향 측면에서의 입지 타당성 확보 여부를 평가·검토하게 되는데, 개발부지에서 주요 유해대기오염물질들의 현황농도 조사를 통한 위해도 기준 만족 여부를 확인하여 사후관리 방안을 마련하는 수준에 그치고 있다. 본 논문에서는 주거지 개발계획에 있어 개발하고자 하는 주거지역에 대한 입지의 타당성을 확인하는 정량적 방법을 마련하고 환경영향평가 절차 내에서 건강영향평가 대상사업의 확대 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 환경영향평가 체계의 스크리닝 및 스코핑 절차를 검토하여 세부 방법론을 제안하였으며, 방법론 검증을 위해 과거 협의된 도시개발계획에 대한 사례분석을 진행하였다.

This study was designed to know the planning for future elderly living of middle aged women. The specific objects were to grasp preferred characteristics of their living together and housing in the elderly stage, economic preparation for the elderly. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey. The subject were 342 middle aged women living in the capital area. Frequency, percentage, and f2_test were used. The results showed that they wanted more emotional support than physical support from adult children, and wanted to make career for themselves in economic aspect. The most preferred housing for the their elderly stage was not only silver town. but also general housing type, for example, apartment and detached house. Therefore, it will be necessary to develop new housing and remodeling system of existing house for more independently elderly living.

한국 베이비붐세대는 은퇴 후 주거선택에서 은퇴 전과는 다르게 쾌적성과 편의성을 중시하여 선택할 가능성이 높을 것으로 예상된다. 또 은퇴 후에 주거면적을 일괄적으로 축소하는 것이 아니라 현재 보유 주택규모에 따라 다른 형태를 보일 것으로 추정된다. 그리고 은퇴 후 62.4%가 주거이동을 계획하고 있고 지역간 이동은 주거이동가구의 52.3%에 달하여 은퇴 후 활발한 주거이동이 예상되며, 지역내 이동과 지역간 이동에 영향을 미치는 영향변수도 다른 것으로 나타났다.

지구차원의 특성을 반영하여 쾌적한 주거환경을 창출하고자 하는 제도의 취지는 공감대를 형성하고 있지만 이해관계로 인해 다양한 의견이 제시되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 지구단위계획의 운용과 과제, 우리나라의 지구단위계획과 일본의 지구계획, 공동주택에서의 지구단위계획을 심층적으로 파악해 보고자 한다.

본 연구는 급속히 고령화되는 현 사회와 그에 따라 증가하는 고령자 주거시설에 적용하기 위한 조명환경 계획의 방법론을 제시하는 것에 그 의의가 있다. 이를 위해 일차적으로 고령자의 심리 생리적 특성을 파악하고, 빛과 인간의 건강 감성의 관계에 관한 연구의 경향을 파악하였다. 또한 현재 고령자 주거시설의 조명현황을 파악하고 문제점을 분석한 후, 이의 개선을 목표로 고령자의 생리 심리적 특성을 고려한 고령자 주거시설 조명환경 계획의 방법론을 제시하였다. 그리고 고령자의 일일 생활패턴에 따른 시나리오를 구성하고, 이에 따라 제어가 용이한 인터페이스를 계획하였다.

The purpose of this study is to apply the basic data of the color plan to satisfy the internal desire of residents by considering residents's special in housing space. So we analyzed and surveyed the current condition of color plan in housing space where age units of 30~40 are living. The results of this study are as followed. when the current place of color distribution was observed, ceiling and general wall showed that N(white) systems and YR of bright tone was mostly distributed. On other hand the bottom showed that the calm tone YR was mostly distributed. we could know that residents wanted to show the special of rooms by using point wall. This tendency more presented in privacy room than public room. Through this study, we could evaluate that the special of residents is not presented in color plan of the housing space where age units of 30~40 are living. So we could think that it is needed methods of color plan considered the special of residents for discriminative characteristic of the design in housing space.

The purpose of this study is to suggest that dwelling site planning of residential improvement district is to make in the point of sustainable improvement. The methods of this study are as follow, first, introduce the concept of sustainable improvement and research possibility of adaption of the concept. second, make a survey of the Nanminchon II District in Jeonju as a sample of residential improvement district and make a comparative study of the before and after the development. third, research adaptable elements of sustainable residence concept to Nanminchon II District to dwelling site planning. Progress and result of residential improvement district affects dweller to character of place and habitation and will gain summits of architecture.
