Validation of a Dwelling Depression Scale Based on Analysis of Projective Images (투사이미지 분석기반 고령자 주거우울 척도 타당화 연구)

  • As the living environment is regarded as a key factor that affects the quality of life of the elderly, the necessity for an accurate measurement of depression for the elderly has increased. In order to diagnose accurately, it is crucial to consider variables such as the cognitive characteristics and living conditions. In this study, 301 persons over 65 years old who live in single and couple elderly households over 65 years were surveyed from 1 January 2018 to 2 February to measure the dwelling depression by applying projective images. The correlations between the dwelling depression and projective images are clarified and the reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated. The correlations between the geriatric dwelling depression index(GDDI) and the GDDI based on projective images(GDDI-I) are clarified. The accuracy of the GDDI-I is analyzed. As a result the projective image questionnaire has a correlation with the existing self-report questionnaire. It is hoped that the results will provide a basis for further researches on psychological diagnoses using the projective method.

  • Busan still has a lot of densely populated poor residences on sloping hills, especially in the area behind the port, which is heavily affected by plans related to port facilities. In particular, the residential area of Dong-gu, Busan, is expected to see the Bukhang Redevelopment Area, and the landscape change is expected to be significant where the residential environment improvement project is currently planned. In this study, the landscape image analysis and prediction (SD analysis and factor analysis) of the poor residential area of Dong-gu, Busan is expected to be able to organize, organize the image of the area.

A Study on the Effects of Choice Attributes of the Housing on the Loyalty (주거선택속성이 애호도에 미치는 영향력에 관한 연구: 서초구를 중심으로)

  • Residential environment is not only the physical aspects affected by the unique characteristics of the residents, social, economic, cultural, etc. are closely related to many environmental factors. This research is based on choice attribute theory that substantially explains how housing choice attributes affect loyalty via image, perceived value in Secho. This paper investigate empirically relationship between selection properties of residential environment and loyalty, moderating effect of image and perceived value. Results were computed using SPSS 20.0 statistical analysis programs. The results are summarized as follows. First, The elements of choice attribute are divided into six factor, such as regional reputation, green environment, convenience, property value, safety, housing status. In the results of the analyses, housing choice properties gives a positive influence to the loyalty. Second, testing its mediating role, I use the three regression equation models by Baron and Kenny. When the mediator effect of image, perceived value was represented, the effect of image and perceived value was statistically significant. Thus, the mediating role of image and perceived value was supported. It means the higher image and perceived value can enhance loyalty of Secho.

  • With the change of the housing market, construction company should diversify publicity activities. Especially, TV advertisement exerts a stronger influence on customers. So it's important to understand process materialized with company's strategic image. 1) First of all, it was found that clusters is the assignment of a set of similar character with cluster analysis 2) An attempt was made to draw a diagram to measure the objective distance between advertisement Image and remained brand image. It's possible to confirm which Idea of advertisement concept is effective and whether present strategy is collect or not.

Dwelling Depression Measurement Based on Image Analysis Modeling: Focusing on K-HTP (이미지분석 모델링 기반 고령자 주거우울 측정 연구 -K-HTP를 중심으로-)

  • With the increase of the elderly population, demand for improvement of quality of life and measurement of mental state has increased. However, much of the self-reported diagnosis does not reflect cognitive impairment. This study aims to measure the dwelling depression by applying K-HTP and verify the validity. 301 persons over 65 years old who live as single and couple households in Daejeon and surrounding districts were surveyed during 22 January to 2 February, 2018. The correlations between the dwelling depression and K-HTP are clarified and the validity was evaluated. The correlations between the geriatric dwelling depression index(GDDI) and the GDDI based on K-HTP(GDDI-K) are clarified and the accuracy was analyzed. The results showed that the K-HTP can be utilized to measure the dwelling depression. We suggested a new measurement tool and provide further benefits for researches on diagnoses using the projective method.

Luminous Characteristics of Urban Street Between Day and Night (도시가로의 주.야간 빛환경 특성 분석에 관한 연구)

  • 도시에서의 빛의 연출은 도시의 축을 부각시키고, 가로의 아이덴티티를 연출함으로서 도시의 인지도를 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한 야간의 경관은 인공조명을 이용한 빛의 연출로 주간과는 다른 빛환경 경관을 연출할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 도시 가로 중에서 상업가로와 주거가로를 대상으로 주 야간의 빛환경 특성을 분석하여, 가로의 용도에 따른 주야간의 빛환경 차이를 고찰하였다. 이를 위하여 두 가로의 일정길이에 대하여 수평면조도, 스칼라 조도, 휘도 및 색온도를 측정하였으며 측정결과를 용도별, 주 야별로 비교하여 분석하였다. 측정한 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. (1)수평면조도의 측정 결과, 주간의 주거가로에 비하여 상업가로가 28.8[%] 높게 나타났으며 야간의 경우 87.2[%] 높게 나타났다. (2) 스칼라조도의 측정결과, 스칼라조도의 특성상 전반적으로 균일한 분포를 보이며, 수평면 조도와 마찬가지로 주간에 비하여 야간에 84[%] 높은 값이 측정되었다. (3) 휘도의 측정 결과, 주간 배경에 대한 대상의 휘도비는 상업과 주거가로가 1:2이하로 나타나 조화로운 가로경관을 연출하며, 야간배경에 대한 대상의 휘도비는 상업가로는 1:17로 활기 있는 경관을 연출하고 주거가로는 1:5로 가로경관 이미지에 적당한 강조효과가 나타났다. (4) 색온도의 측정 결과, 주간의 배경은 맑은 하늘의 색온도를 나타냈으며 대상은 상쾌하고 활동적인 이미지의 색온도를 나타내었다. 또한 야간의 경우 상업가로와 주거가로 모두 나트륨 등의 영향을 받아 전반적으로 따뜻한 느낌의 색온도가 연출되었다.

  • In part 1, the image common to Jingu′s shrines can be represented as "strict" and "beautiful", regardless of their age. The image changed from gorgeous/orderly to modest/disorderly with times. In part 2, the image was considered on the characters of those architecture′s members and elements. The conclusion is as fellows; 1. The members that strongly influenced on the image of "strict" is a roof with it′s shape and color. 2. The decrease of lightness, yellowness and luster of members changed the image of architecture, from "gorgeous" to "modest". 3. Because of "Sabi" made from "modest", Jingu′s shrines look "beautiful".

  • The brand is getting more important purchase factor in apartment market, so domestic construction companies have tried to differentiate it from others using the unique brand image. The purpose of this study is to investigate consistency brand images as a process which includes publicity, design and customer service and to analyze how using intergrated brand image affects brand preference and purchasing intention. To examine hypotheses, empirical study survey questionnaire for consumers who reside in 4 different brand apartments in Dongtan, Hwasung city is conducted. The results of the study are expected to become the useful data in developing sustainable apartment brand and building the marketing strategy of construction companies.

A Study on the Characteristics of Preferred Housing Interior Image and Sensibility of University Students (대학생의 감성과 선호하는 주거 실내공간이미지 특성에 관한 연구)

  • Due to the belief that housing for university students is uniform materialistic and non-human, a variety of needs and preferences of the residents is becoming more important. In order to more positively identify the user's emotional needs, a design that meets the needs of the resident's living space is absolutely necessary. The purpose of this study is to group the sensibility types of university students, to analyze the preferred interior image and interior design elements, and then to understand the preferred characteristics according to sensibility type. To collect the data, a survey method was used for 224 university students in Seoul and the metropolitan area. The data analysis used SPSS PC 14.0 to find the frequency, t-test, chi-square, factor analysis, and cluster analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows: First, sensibility types were segmented into four groups including 'Unique & Elegant', 'Static & Tidy', 'Warm & Comfortable', and 'Characteristic & Free'. Second, the preferred interior image was the Minimal-Dandy-Natural Image, the preferred floor_material was wood, and the preferred wall_material was marble. Third, there were different interior preferences according to each type of gender & sensibility.

  • 이미지를 보호하기 위한 보안 수단으로는 크게 워터마킹, 스테가노그래피 기법 등이 있다. 그 중 워터마킹 기법은 배경 이미지 위에 사용자가 워터마크로 사용하기 위해 원하는 텍스트나 이미지를 새겨 다른 사람이 사용했을 때, 새겨둔 워터마크를 통해 저작권 등을 증명할 수 있는 용도로 사용하여 이미지를 보호하는 기법이며, 워터마크의 속성에 따라 텍스트 워터마킹, 이미지 워터마킹으로 나뉜다. 본 논문에서는 워터마킹 기법을 이용한 이미지 생성 시, 워터마크 대상 텍스트나 이미지의 크기 및 배치 등을 알맞게 설정하는 방법을 제시하였다. 워터마크 대상의 크기를 배경 이미지에 알맞게 자동으로 조절해 주거나 사용자가 임의로 지정하도록 하여 더욱 자유롭고 효과적인 워터마킹 기법을 구현하였다.
