  • 科學의 발전과 經濟의 高度成長으로 食生活의 向上은 人間의 수명을 크게 연장시키고 있다. 韓國에 있어서도 이러한 傾向은 같은 樣相이며 더욱이 보건형태가 차차 변경되어 가고 있다. 女性의 平均수명은 男性보다 길며 近來에 이르러 女性人口의 95%가 閉經을 經驗할 때까지 生存하고 있다고 한다. 이러한 실정임에도 불구하고 우리나라 女性의 閉經年令, 更年期에 處한 婦人들의 건강 및 營養攝取狀態, 食生活 態度등에 關한 情報가 파악되어 있지 않고 있다. 本 硏究는 이 點을 감안하여 우리나라의 中年女性의 건강管理의 指針을 세우기 위하여 생물학적 요인 및 환경적 요인이 閉經年令 및 更年期婦人의 건강狀態와 食行動에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검토하여 보았다. 本 硏究는 1980년 12월에서 1981년 2월까지 3개월간 韓國의 2個의 大都市와 5個의 小都市에 거주하는 40歲에서 60歲까지의 女性을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 다음과 같은 사항을 조사하였다. 조사내용으로 1) 폐경연령, 주거환경, 사회경제적 조건, 체위, 임신횟수, 유산경험의 유무 2) 건강상태, 갱년기 자각증상, 유경시 월경의 순, 불순상태 그리고 3) 영양섭취상태와 식행동 등이다. 本論文은 調査內容 中 第 2 報로 更年期女性의 영양섭취상태와 식생활 행동 그리고 更年期 현상과의 關係를 關例시켜 검토하였다. 간이식품 섭취 사항 조사표를 사용하여 영양소의 섭취상태를 조사한 결과 大都市群은 energy, 지방, thiamin 및 ascorbic acid 의 섭취상태가 그 對照群에 比하여 높은 경향을 나타냈다. 열양 구성비에 대한 검토를 보면 糖質:蛋白質:脂肪(C:P:E)의 比가 64~67%:14%:19%~22%였으며 大都市群은 小都市群에 比해 脂肪에서의 energy섭취가 유의적으로 높았다. 더욱이 사회 경제적 측면으로 보아도 지방섭취는 저소득층에서 낮은 경향을 보여주었다. 更年期女性의 음식에 대한 기호變化의 검토를 통해 관찰한 것에 의하면 閉經者가 未閉經者에 比해 더 많이 食品嗜好의 變化를 경험하고 있다고 지적\ulcorner\ulcorner있다. 37.4%와 28.1%가 각기 기호의 變化를 경험하고 있었으며 이는 兩群間에 有意차가 높음을 보여주었다. 閉經 후 2年頃부터 食品의 嗜好變化를 느끼고 있다고 하는 사람이 많았으며 음식은 기름기 있는 것보다 담백한 것, 肉類보다는 生鮮, 果實, 野菜를 더 선호하는 경향이라고 하였다. 자극성이 있는 것에서 덜 자극성 있는 것을 찾는 경향이었다. 이들의 食品선택구조를 파악하는 것은 그 지역의 특수한 영양문제뿐만 아니라 그들의 영양교육, 더 나아가서는 그 지역의 식량영양정책 수립을 위해 중요한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 大都市群은 肉類, 卵類, 乳類 및 그 製品등의 선택과 빵이나 butter 등의 食品과 正의 相關性을 나타내고 있었으나(p<0.01) 김치와 같은 韓國의 傳統的 食品의 선택時는 乳類, 果實, 빵과 같은 近代的 感覺의 食品과는 負의 相關性을 나타냈다. 한편 김치는 밥 및 기타 곡류 그리고 서류와는 正 相關性을 시사하였다. 小都市群은 對照群과는 多少 상이한 식품선택 구조를 보이고 있다. 즉 卵類나 乳類를 섭취할 수 있는 사회경제적 조건, 그리고 기호를 갖는 사람들은 서류를 제외한 모든 식품과 正의 相關性을 나타냈다. 어느 群이든 밥과 김치는 높은 相關性을 나타내고 있으며, 이 두 식품은 韓國人의 食生活의 基本이 되고 있으며 이를 土臺로 다른 食品의 선택은 地域的, 社會經濟的, 그리고 個人의 기호에 따라 다르게 나타난다는 것이 시사되었다. 閉經前 後의 更年期라는 것은 30餘年 間의 性 hormone의 周期的分泌에 依한 月周期가 停止하는 時期이며, 內分泌環境의 變化에 依한 生體 리듬의 異常은 各種 更年期증상의 원인이 되고 있다. 有經時의 月經주기의 이상을 경험하는 사람에게 특히 更年期증상中 食慾不振이나 不眠 등의 不平 數가 많았다. 이러한 점으로 미루어 보아 estrogen과 食慾과의 相關性은 높음이 시사되었다. 이는 不眠症과는 연관성이 있으며 性홀몬 分泌의 亂脈은 食事攝取의 리듬을 흐틀어 놓으며 이것이 生體리듬의 變化를 유발한다고 본다.

Design of a Real Estate Knowledge Information System Based on Semantic Search (시맨틱 검색 기반의 부동산 지식 정보시스템 설계)

  • The apartment' share of the housing has steadily increased and property assets have been valued in importance as the one of asset value. Information retrieval system using internet is particularly active in the real estate market. However, user satisfaction on real estate information system is not very high, and there is a lack of research on real estate retrieval to increasing efficiency until now. This study presents a new knowledge information system developed to consider region-related factor and individual-related factor in the real estate market. In addition it enables a real estate knowledge system to search various preferential requirements for buyers such as school district, living convenience, easy maintenance as well as price. We made a survey of the search condition preference of experts on 30 real estate agents and then analyzed the result using AHP methodology. Furthermore, this research is to build apartment ontology using semantic web technologies to standardize various terminologies of apartment information and to show how it can be used to help buyers find apartments of the interest. After designing architecture of a real estate knowledge information system, this system is applied to the Busan real estate market to estimate the solutions of retrieval through Multi-Attribute Decision Making(MADM). Based on the results of the analysis, we endowed the buyer and expert's selected factors with weights in the system. Evaluation results indicate that this new system is to raise not only the value satisfaction of user, but also make it possible to effectively search and analyze the real estate through entropy analysis of MADM. An Analysis Affecting Commercial Use Penetration within Single-detached Residential Units in the Residential Development Complexes : Focused on Cheong-ju Cases (택지개발지구 단독주택용지내 상업용도 침투의 영향요소 분석 : 청주시 사례를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual condition of commercial use of housing site in residential development complexes, and to derive effective future development plan by analyzing the influence of penetrating factors of commercial use. The foJlowing are the results of the analysis. First, characteristics of roads showed that the wider the widths of roads adjoining individual lots have more influences on commercial use penetration. This means that non-residential facilities tend to be located on regions where frequencies of uses are high, preferring regions having good transportation accessibility. Second, characteristics of adjacent usage showed that the distances of common housing, neighborhood facilities, schools to single-detached residential units acted as a factor for higher penetration ratio of commercial use when they were closer.ors an opposite, it showed as distances to parks were further, the penetration ratio were higher. This can be inferred that the condition of detached houses located closer to parks have pleasure environment, and act as a factor preventing commercial use penetration. Third, the official land price presents as a form of quality, as the analysis showed that the higher official land price, the more it acts as a factor increasing the penetration ratio of commercial use.

  • 생활이 풍족해질수록 사람들은 음식이나 음료를 통하여 미각을 즐기는 경향이 강해지고 있다. 미각이 발달한 사람들은 다른 감각이 발달한 사람들보다 소비 욕구가 왕성하여 상품정보에 밝은 편이고 신제품에 대한 호기심도 많아 주요고객으로 환영받을 수 있는 가능성이 매우 높다. 이러한 점을 고려할 때 미각은 소비성향의 척도가 될 수 있으며, 이것이 상품개발에 중요한 지표가 될 가능성이 있다. 그러나 맛에 민감하다거나 둔감하다고 표현되는 개인의 미각물질에 대한 감도는 개인마다 일정치 않다. 이것은 미각물질에 따라 개인의 상대적인 역치의 고조나 미각 강도의 대소가 다르거나 감도가 다른 미각물질에 대한 수용구조에 개인차가 있기 때문이다. 이처럼 개인차가 있는 미각을 표준화된 방법으로 측정하는 것은 그리 쉬운 일이 아니다. 미각강도 측정을 위한 Time-Intensity curve는 1958년 음식물의 특성에 대해 관심을 가졌던 Nielson에 의해 개발되었는데 최근에 Takagi와 Asakura가 Time-Intensity curve분석과 기록을 위해 microcomputer를 이용한 방법을 개발하였다. 그들의 방범은 Time-Intensity curve를 모니터에 보여주고 data를 floppy discs에 기록하여 software로 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구는 이것을 좀더 편리하고 단순하게 만들기 위해 감각의 강도를 전기적 저항의 interface를 통하여 computer에 입력하는 대신에 mouse를 이용하여 입력하는 방법을 개발하였다. 새로이 개발된 Time-Intensity curve를 이용하여 커피성분 중 설탕과 프림의 농도에 변화를 주어 맛의 좋고 싫음의 미각강도를 측정하는 실험을 하였다. 그 결과 상품개발의 중요한 지표가 되는 미각의 강도를 측정할 수 있었고 이것은 향후 commercial한 상품의 개발에 유용한 지표가 될 것이라고 본다.시사한다. 본 연구에서는 한국 연구 조직에서 일하는 외국인 연구자들의 동기 및 성과에 영향을 미치는 많은 요인들을 확인할 수 있었다. 상관관계, 분산분석, 회귀분석 등을 통해 활용 성과에 미치는 영향 요인들을 도출하였다. 설문 분석을 통하여 동기 및 성과 사이에는 강한 상관관계가 존재하는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 이는 전통적인 동기 이론들과 부합한다. 대부분의 변수가 동기 및 성과에 동시에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었으며 그중에서도 조직 협력 문화, 외국인 연구자의 의사소통 및 협력성, 외국인 연구자의 연구 능력 관련 변수들 및 연구 프로젝트의 기술수명주기, 외국인 연구자의 기존 기술지식의 흡수 등이 가장 중요한 변수로 나타났다. 이는 우리가 주로 중국 및 러시아 과학자들을 활용하여 상업화하는 외국인 연구인력 활용 패턴과도 일치하는 결과이다. 즉 우호적인 조직문화를 가지고 있는 연구 조직에서, 이미 과학기술 지식을 많이 가지고 있고 연구 능력도 높은 외국인 과학기술자를, 한국에서 기술이 태동 또는 성장하고 있는 연구 분야에서 활용하는 것이 가장 성과가 좋다는 사실을 확인시켜 주고 있다. 국내에서 최초로 수행된 본 연구는 외국인 연구 인력의 활용 성과가 매우 높으며, 우리의 과학기술혁신시스템을 보완하는 유효한 수단으로써 외국인 연구 인력이 중요한 대안이 될 수 있음을 발견하였다. 외국인 연구 인력을 잘 활용하기 위하여 문제점 및 개선방안을 활용 환경, 연구 인력이 중요한 대안이 될 수 있음을 발견하였다. 외국인 연구 인력을 잘 활용하기 위하여 문제점 및 개선 방안을 활용 환경, 연구 인력관리. 인력 교류사업, 외국인 과학자 지원 창구 등으로 나누어서 정리하였다. 연구시설, 주거시설 등의 하드웨어적 환경에 대한 개선도 중요하지만 연구 인력의 관리 능력 제고, 인력 교류 사업의 개선, 정보 제공 등 소프트웨어적인 활용 능력을 제고하는데 정책적인 관심을 기

A Study on the Factors affecting the Utilization of Waterscape Facilitiesin Apartment Complexes based upon Resident Perception - Focused on the Factors of Planning·Design, Maintenance and Usage - (주민인식에 기반한 아파트단지 내 수경시설 이용 영향 요인 분석 - 계획·설계, 유지·관리, 이용 행태를 중심으로 -)

  • This study analyzes the multiple effects of the following three aspects of waterscape facilities within apartment complexes: planning/designing, maintenance/management, and use of the facilities and suggests primary documents that will be fundamental for the methods to accelerate the implementation of waterscape facilities. A survey and analysis was conducted among a few of the most representative private apartment complexes in Seoul in accordance with the management and operation of waterscape facilities. The analysis used frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, reliability test, t-test, and PLS regression analysis. The research findings are as follows: first, the degree of use of waterscape facilities was found to be low regardless of the levels of operation, but residents' preference for the facilities was shown to be high, thus indicating there are still high expectations on the part of residents. Second, regardless of whether the facilities are being operated efficiently, the two items of location and display method under the section of planning and designing and the two items of aptitude and convenience under the section of use were found to positively affect the operation and use of waterscape facilities. Particularly, the item of freshness, cleanliness was shown to be directly and indirectly correlated with obsolescence, administration costs, and noise, which negatively affect the operation. Third, it was found that the administration costs itself that had been shown as the most negative factor of operating landscaping facilities in previous research did not cause problems in the residential area where the facilities are not operated efficiently. The finding suggests that the administration costs do not matter but that in the case of experience- and entertainment-typed facilities that residents want, they are linked to problems that do not introduce the desired facilities. Fourth, it was found that various aspects of planning, designing, maintaining, and using facilities interconnect and affect one another in the process of operating and using waterscape facilities resulting in the need to have a comprehensive approach to these three factors of planning, design, maintenance, management, and utilization. This study proposes that the needs and values of residents should be reflected to activate the introduction of landscaping facilities in the apartment complexes.

Dynamic Behavior of Reactor Internals under Safe Shutdown Earthquake (안전정기지진하의 원자로내부구조물 거동분석)

  • The safety related components in the nuclear power plant should be designed to withstand the seismic load. Among these components the integrity of reactor internals under earthquake load is important in stand points of safety and economics, because these are classified to Seismic Class I components. So far the modelling methods of reactor internals have been investigated by many authors. In this paper, the dynamic behaviour of reactor internals of Yong Gwang 1&2 nuclear power plants under SSE(Safe Shutdown Earthquake) load is analyzed by using of the simpled Global Beam Model. For this, as a first step, the characteristic analysis of reactor internal components are performed by using of the finite element code ANSYS. And the Global Beam Model for reactor internals which includes beam elements, nonlinear impact springs which have gaps in upper and lower positions, and hydrodynamical couplings which simulate the fluid-filled cylinders of reactor vessel and core barrel structures is established. And for the exciting external force the response spectrum which is applied to reactor support is converted to the time history input. With this excitation and the model the dynamic behaviour of reactor internals is obtained. As the results, the structural integrity of reactor internal components under seismic excitation is verified and the input for the detailed duel assembly series model could be obtained. And the simplicity and effectiveness of Global Beam Model and the economics of the explicit Runge-Kutta-Gills algorithm in impact problem of high frequency interface components are confirmed.

Estimating the Switching Cost in the Korean Residential Electricity Market Using Discrete Choice Model (이산선택모형을 이용한 주거용수용가의 전력서비스 전환비용 추정)

  • Generally, electricity market has monopoly market structure because of need of enormous investment for infrastructure. However, the introduction of competition in network industry as electricity is a tendency of the world with decreasing the effects of economy of scale due to the advancement of technology. Now, electricity industry restructuring is in progress but the competition in electricity retail market is not in force yet in Korea. Whether a effective competition exist or not is very important to policy decision maker who drive restructuring, but there are small numbers of quantitative researches on that. In this study, we estimated the effectiveness of competition in the electricity retail market through switching costs. If switching costs are high, consumers actually can be locked in incumbent firm in spite of introduction of competition. Therefore switching is a critical factor to determine effectiveness of competition and to estimate the size of switching costs quantitatively can proffer the information about whether the competition in the electricity retail market is effective or not in the future. We estimated switching costs using consumer' stated-preference data by conjoint analysis. In according to estimation results, the cost of switching process is not so high, but the relative brand loyalty of an incumbent company is significantly high. And the price is considered as the most important factor choosing an electric service commodity. Based on the empirical results, it is possible to analyze the relationship between suppliers' competitiveness resulted from management efficiency and customers' switching possibilities. The paper therefore provides guidance for suppliers in deciding to enter into retail competition and for policy makers in introducing retail competition. And it has a significance of estimating the switching costs directly.

Change in Species Composition of Shallow Water Fish at the Namdang Beach after Dike Construction in Cheonsu Bay (천수만 방조제 건설 후 남당 천해 어류 종조성의 중장기 변화)

  • Monthly variation in species composition of shallow water fish in Cheonsu Bay were determined using samples collected by a beach seine in the shallow water at Namdang beach from April 2010 to March 2011. The species composition were compared to the data obtained in 1885~86 and in 1993, and factors affecting the long-term change in species composition were analyzed. Fish collected during the study were 25 species, 2,194 individuals and 16,762 g. Chelon haematocheilus were predominated in abundance, accounting 68.5% in the number of individuals. A few number of fish were collected during the cold months from November to April. Abundance was high from July to September by a large catch of juveniles of pelagic fish. Species composition in 1993 did not differ significantly from that in 1985~86 although Fabonigobius gymnauchen living in the fine sediments were increased in abundance. Abundance increase of this gobiid fish was considered to be related to the sedimentation of fine particles due to weakened water circulation after dike construction. The number of species and catch amount in 2010~11 were significantly decreased comparing to those of the former periods; especially in pelagic fish and benthic fish, but C. haematocheilus were greatly increased in abundance. C. haematocheilus is an estuarine fish being able to survive in relatively poor quality of water. This increase seems to be related to fish larvae from the culture net cages recently installed in the inner bay. Recent decrease in abundance of shallow water fish suggested that water quality has been gradually getting poor and recently attained over a critical level for the nursery function of fish.

Types of Tenants Participation in Public Housing Maintenance Analysed by Q Method (자치 역량 수준별 임차인 주민조직 참여에 관한 주관성 유형 연구)

  • The public housing needs maintenance administration for improvement and retainment of residential condition by means of tenants participation. However, most researchers have considered tenants as passive participants in this context. The previous studies did not comprehend perspective of tenants participation and just measured the management preference and the level of satisfaction on maintenance. This study investigates the attitudes and perceptions of tenants on participation in public housing maintenance by introduced Q method that provides a systematic and rigorous quantitative means for examining human subjectivity. The subjectivity is classified as types according to cost and benefit factors by principal components analysis and varimax rotation of the extracted factors. As a result, this study present 5 types of tenants participation and expect to discuss desirable roles of tenant and org anization in public housing maintenance.

A Study on the Interest in Menu and Food Purchase of Some Housemakers in Yosu, Chonnam Area (전남 여수시에 거주하는 일부 주부들의 식단작성의 관심도와 식품 구매에 관한 조사 연구)

  • This study was carried out to examine the interest in menu and food purchase of housewives living in Yosu, Chonnam. The survey was conducted by questionnaire including question about general characteristics of the subjects, meal planning and food purchase from October to November in 2000. The major general characteristics of subjects are summarized as follows: The forties was 39%, having a job was 44.5%, a high school education was 53.0%, and 1~2 million won in monthly household income was 50.1%. A couple with children was 75% and a 3~4 headed family was 57%. An apartment resident was 67% and one's own house was 67%. The higher the education level was, the higher the percentage of menu preparation and necessity was significantly (p<0.0001). On grocery purchase, the percent of planned purchase was higher than that of impulse purchase, which was higher in housewives without a job. The subject's favorite place for grocery purchase was a traditional market. The higher the age of subjects and the lower the education level of subjects were, the higher the grocery purchase at a traditional market was. However, the younger subjects and subjects with higher education level preferred to purchase groceries in a mart stores in an apartment, and supermarkets in order (p<0.0001). The factors to be considered during purchasing grocery were freshness of materials, price, nutrient, and taste in order. The results of this study showed that it is necessary to educate older person for importance of planning menu and encourage housewives with a job to plan grocery purchase to provide nutritionally adequate meals at reasonable coast.
