The block chain, which is characterized by a distributed ledger that stores the same data in several places, has various technical features including security and stability. Due to these characteristics, various researches are being conducted on the application of the block chain. In this paper, we consider the issues to be considered for applying the block chain to the Korea Real Estate Administration Intelligence System (KRAS). Based on this, we propose a block chain reference model for KRAS including a system configuration method and a consensus algorithm.

RUP의 Unified Process Model에는 Use Case Model, Analysis Model, Design Model, Deployment Model, Implementation model, Test Model의 6가지 모델이 있다. 이 모델들은 모두 일관성이 있다. 한 모델에서 나오는 요소들은 전, 후 단계에서 다른 모델들과 Trace Dependencies를 갖는다. 이러한 관계들은 각각의 요소들 사이의 진행, 기록 관계를 나타낸다 그러나 일반적인 데이터간의 관계와 데이터 모델 설계는 이러한 관계없이 설계되어져 전체적인 일관성을 이루지 못 하였다 본 논문에서는 이러한 관계를 유지하면서 요구사항에 맞는 데이터 모델을 설계하고자 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 대학 종합정보시스템 구축의 일부분인 자산관리 시스템을 분석하여 데이터 모델을 제시한다.

고품질의 소프트웨어를 개발하는 사업의 중요성이 나날이 증대되고 있는 시점에서 소프트웨어를 종합군수지원 관점에서 해석하려고 하는 연구가 최근에 진행되고 있다. 즉, 소프트웨어 설계자의 입장은 소프트웨어 개발도 중요한 문제이지만 소프트웨어를 얼마나 가용성 있게 유지하는가에 더 많은 관심을 갖게 된다. 하드웨어는 개발 시부터 종합군수지원이라는 기법을 적용하여 체계 배치 시 체계 장비가 최상의 가용도를 가질 수 있도록 하는 노력이 이루어지고 있으며, 그 결과도 현실화되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 하드웨어에서만 적용하고 있는 종합군수지원 개발 기법을 소프트웨어에 적용하여 소프트웨어에 대한 종합군수지원 적용방안을 제시하고, 향후 소프트웨어 개발/배치 시에 경제적이고 가용도가 높은 소프트웨어의 개발/활용이 가능하도록 군수지원 분석을 통한 종합군수지원 활용 방안을 제안한다.

Korean general trading companies had started their business to benchmark and to adopt the successful new business models of the Japanese ones. Nevertheless, the strategic gaps between Korean and Japanese GTCs, Sogo-Shosha, still exist, including financial profitability and managerial competencies. In this regard, it is academically and practically required to find out the differences between Korean and Japanese GTCs. This study overviews the previous researches and the business cases to understand the features of GTCs and to get recent and meaningful factors which are related with the rebirth of Sogo-Shosha. Thereafter, in-depth interviews with industry experts and scholars and subsequent investigations were also conducted to suggest meaningful implications for both academicians and practitioners with the found factors. This study suggests four fundamental differences between the Korean and Japanese GTCs: ① the origin and growth path, ② business ownership, governance strategies and contracts management, ③ availabilities of investment portfolio and risk management, ④ business operation system and organizational culture. This study suggests meaningful implications for Korean GTCs to apply the experiences and lessons learned from Japanese Sogo-Shosha into their own business.

2020년 집중호우로 인하여 우리나라 전국에 걸쳐 약 2,000여 곳의 산사태, 토석류가 발생하였고 약 1,217ha의 피해 면적이 발생하였다. 피해지역의 특히 생활권 중심의 사면과 계류의 관리 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 산림청 산사태정보시스템에서는 토양함수지수가 80% 도달 시 주의보, 100% 도달 시 경보를 발령하는 대국민 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 토층의 깊이에 따른 함수비 분포에 따라 토석류의 발생 가능성에 대한 분석을 수행하고자 하였으며, 토양함수는 기상 수치모델에 의한 예측 강우 자료를 활용하였다. 예측 강우 모델은 토석류가 주로 발생하는 여름철 집중호우 시기인 남서풍을 고려하여 도메인을 구성하였고 산림의 증발산 및 토양수분 모의 정확도 향상을 위해 임상도와 토지피복도를 사용하여 보정하였다. 토층내 토양수분의 함량은 토질에 따라 그 특성이 다르기 때문에 토질과 관련한 주제를 이용하여 토양정보를 활용하였다. 내부마찰각, 점착력, 단위중량, 밀도, 지질도, 지형경사, 표고, 유효토심에 대한 정보를 구축하여, 예측강우에 따라 토층의 수분 함량을 추정하여 붕괴 발생 가능성을 분석하였다. 2006년 평창지역에서 발생한 토석류에 대하여 수행하였으며 토층의 심도는 0.5~1m 범위의 분포에 대하여 체적함수에 따른 실제 토석류 발생에 대한 검증을 수행하였다.

최근 정보시스템에 대한 품질평가가 사용자만족이라는 개념을 중심으로 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 그것은 단기적인 관점에서의 평가모델로서 장기적인 관점에서의 종합적인 품질평가가 필요하다. 기술적 측면과 인간적 측면의 성공요인을 모두 포함하여 평가차원을 분류하고, 사용자만족에서 희생을 함께 고려하는 사용자가치가지 확장하는 종합적 품질평가모형을 제시하고 국내기업을 대상으로 실증분석해 보고자 한다.

종합적인 오존대책을 구축하기 위해서는 광화학 옥시단트의 생성물리ㆍ화학과정 및 생물기원(자연발생원) 탄화수소의 영향을 고려한 3차원 광화학반응 모델의 구축이 가장 절실하다. 특히, 광화학 옥시단트는 국지적인 순환(해륙풍)및 혼합층에 의해 지배되기 때문에 지형을 고려한 3차원 기상장 수치모델(도시규모)과 광화학을 포함한 농도장(광화학반응 모델) 모델에 의한 대상지역의 시간적, 공간적인 오존농도 분포를 재현할 수 있는 모델 개발이 필요하다. (중략)

멀티미디어 시대로의 진입에 따른 인터넷에서의 실시간 데이터 전송을 위한 어플리케이션의 요구에도 불구하고 현재의 인터넷은 최선형 서비스만을 제공할 뿐 QoS(quality of service)를 제공하지 못하고 있다. 이에 인터넷 표준화 기구에서는 종합서비스(IS : integrate service)모델을 정했다. 〔5〕 그러나 기존의 shared LAN 환경에 이를 적용하기에는 자원의 공유로 인한 어려움이 있다. 반면. 직렬 버스의 표준으로 자리잡은 IEEE 1394 고속 직렬 버스〔1〕〔2〕는 예약된 대역폭을 보장할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 고속통신이 가능하여 IS 모델의 적용에 적합한 기술이라고 할 수 있다. IS over 1394 프로토콜〔8〕은 IS 모델을 IEEE 1394 고속 직렬 버스에 적용하기 위한 프로토콜로써 본 논문에서는 이의 구현을 위한 구조를 고찰하였다.
