폭증하는 토지행정업무의 효과적 처리 및 관련부처간의 원활한 업무 연계처리를 위해 정보기술의 도입은 필수적이다. 정부는 토지업무 전산화 중복투자 문제와 다양한 정보망간의 연계문제 해결을 위해 부동산 정보시스템의 구축의 필요성을 인식하게 되었고, 동 업무전산화의 올바른 추진을 위해 토지관리 종합전산화계획을 수려하였다. 본 연구는 현 토지관리 종합 전산화 계획중 개별 토지 공시지가산정 시스템의 문제점을 분석하고, 이러한 문제점의 해결을 위해 웹을 이용한 개별토지 공시지가 산정 프로토타입을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 한국통신 연구개발단에서 개발중인 국간중계회선의 종합관리 시스팀의 기능, 시스팀 구성, 시스팀간 통신에 대한 개략적인 소개를 하였다. 국간중계회선 종합관리시스팀은 현재 한국통신에서 대부분을 수작업에 의존하고있는 국간중계관련 업무를 종합전산화하는 시스팀으로 1991년부터 1996년까지 6년 개발과제로 1994년 1차 시범운용을 통해 시스팀 기능을 시험, 보완하므로써 1996년 이후부터 계획된 실제 운용을 대비하여 시스팀 사용자의 요구 및 실제 운용환경에 부합하는 시스팀을 개발할 예정이다.

This study aims at proposing the basic architectural data of the medical recording department for the general hospital planning and design. This research investigated the size of working space and the chart custody space through actual survey and the present conditions of space were analyzed. In result, this study proposes the formula for the calulation of the chart custody space according to computerization level and the chart custody planning year.

최근들어 SI 산업의 발전과 함께 공공부문에서의 대규모 전산사업의 추진이 늘어나고 있다. 이러한 대규모 전산 사업 시행의 첫단계에는 통상 전산화 종합계획을 수립하는 경우가 많으며 국가 행정망 개발의 표준 방법론인 관리기법/1을 사용하는 것이 일반적이다. 그러나 관리기법/1중 120G segment에 규정되어 있는 경쟁 전략의 도입 부분 및 Value Chain Analysis 는 공공부문의 특성상 적용하기 난이하다. 이 부분들은 잘 수행될 경우 매우 유익한 여러 정보를 제공할 수 있음에도 불구하고 실제 응용에서는 시간의 제약, 전문 인력의 부족, 그리고 비구조화된 수행 방법 등의 제 요인들로 인하여 피상적인 결과만을 산출하는 경우가 많다. 본 연구에서는 용이하고 비교적 효과적으로 단기간에 경쟁 전략 및 Value Chain Analysis를 수행 할 수 있는 방법론을 제시하고 사례를 통하여 그 효과를 보인다.

In these days, the attributes data recorded in computerization of cadastral maps is just written in its own format, not considered the relation with graphic data. Therefore, digital information linked attribute data to graphic data is necessary to be performed as fundamental data of graphic information and analysis of various spatial information. This study is to present the possibility of GIS application by constructing cadastral information related to graphic and attribute Information based on the cadastral map. Attribute information was constructed as a relational database form using data modeling and entity-relationship diagram. Thus, this study is expected to be used as a fundamental data for various public planning and design including the effective management of cadastral information and building parcel based land information system by presenting various spatial analysis and application methods.

To develop a technique classifying patients based on computerized clinical data followed by validity verification by comparing with nurse's examination. Class scores were determined by nurses for a day on 348 resident patients in 7 wards of a general hospital according to KPCS-1. The class scores were simultaneously evaluated by reviewing the computerized clinical data acquired from the hospital management information system. These two class scores were both significantly different among different departments as well as disease patterns. Intraclass correlation analysis resulted a very high correlation coefficient of 0.96(p<0.01) between the two scoring methods, but the clinical data scores were somewhat higher. An automated patient classification system seemed possible to be developed in future with further enhancement of the present results based on computerized clinical data without manual scoring, which can be applied for performance evaluation as well as workforce planning.

Recently, the government recommend the use of LCC analysis at a feasibility phase by comprehensive countermeasures for efficient public construction projects and comprehensive countermeasures against preventing unconscientious construction. From the end of 1980's, studies of LCC is in progress actively However, it is difficult to put to practical use for lack of a process, a detailed guideline and existing data about LCC analysis. This study proposes a analysis methodology and a cost model can estimate life cycle cost for Buildings. Furthermore, it develops algorithms for computerizing which is able to estimate efficient LCC assessment.

설비설계업계가 UR 타결로 인한 국제화 개방화 시대에 대비하기 위해 하나로 뭉쳤다. 지난 1월초부터 국내 굴지의 5개 기계설비용역회사들이 모여 설비설계의 전산화 및 기술개발을 공동으로 모색하기 위한 모임 CO-ME(Computer Mechanical Engineering)를 조직, 컴퓨터에 의한 설계의 표준화작업을 서두르고 있다. CO-ME의 회장을 맡고 있는 이홍규 기계설비엔지니어링협의회 회장(무애청우엔지니어링 대표)은 '국내 실정에 맞는 CAD를 개발, 설비업계에 종사하는 모든 업체가 손쉽게 사용할 수 있고 나아가 해외에서도 사용 가능한 프로그램을 개발할 계획' 이라면서 '각 업체의 적극적인 지원으로 빠른 성과를 보이고 있으나 투자액이 2억원을 넘고 있지만 아직 회수를 못하고 있어 안타깝다' 고 말하고 '그러나 지금은 고생이 되더라고 개척해 놓으면 개방화시대를 당당히 맞이할 수 있을 것' 이라고 덧붙였다. 이 회장은 또 설비업계의 5개 단체인 기계설비협의회가 상호 협력하여 공존공생할 수 있는 방안을 모색중이라고 밝혔다. 본지는 이홍규 회장의 CO-ME에 대한 자세한 소개를 게재한다.

현재 대학업무는 크게 학사와 행정 업무로 분류할 수 있다. 모든 대학에서는 이 업무들을 신속하고 정확하게 처리하기 위해 학사 업무를 클라이언트 서버 환경에서 전산화하여 사용하고 있다. 최근 컴퓨터 네트워크의 발전과 WWW의 확산으로 클라이언트 서버환경의 시스템에 대한 여러 문제점과 시대적으로 사용자에게 보다 친숙하고 편리한 서비스 강화 측면을 고려하여 학사, 행정 업무 처리는 학교 내에 국한되지 않고 시간과 공간을 초월하여 정보제공이 가능한 환경에서 이루어져야 한다. 본 논문은 대학의 모든 학사, 행정 업무를 웹 환경에서 구현한 개발모델 사례를 소개함으로써 현재 추진중이거나 계획하고 있는 시스템의 현안과 문제점에 대한 시행착오를 줄이고 개발 시스템의 사례정보를 공유하고자 하는데 연구의 의의를 두고자 한다.
