우리나라 경제가 급속도로 개방화되면서 우리나라 농업은 매우 어려워 상황에 맞이하게 되었다. 이에 정부는 농산물의 수급안정과 농가소득 안정화를 위해 농업관측사업을 정책적으로 실시하고 있는데, 매년 사업이 확대됨에 따라 품목별 조사체계 확립과 효율적인 정보관리를 위한 정보시스템 구축이 필요하게 되었다. 이러한 필요성에 힘입어 농업관측사업 전담기관인 한국농촌경제연구원에서는 2001년부터 농업관측정보시스템을 구축하여 이를 운영하고 있다. 최근 현재 운영되고 있는 농업관측 정보시스템에 대한 평가에 관한 논의가 진행되기 시작했지만, 이에 관한 연구는 아직 없는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 관측정보 웹조사시스템을 중심으로 이 정보시스템을 이용자(품목별 관측모니터요원 및 품목별 관측담당 연구원)를 대상으로 농업관측정보시스템의 정보시스템 영역과 사용자영역 및 성과영역에 대한 설문을 실시하여 농업관측정보시스템의 성과 분석을 통해 평가요인을 검토하여 향후 관측정보시스템 종합적인 평가모형 개발을 위한 지표로 활용코자 한다.

현재 여러 기업들에서 자율 출퇴근제 및 자율좌석제를 시행하고 있으나, 이를 관리할 수 있는 시스템이 상용화되지 않고 있다. 이러한 제도를 시행하면서 발생하는 불편함을 해결하기 위해 본 프로젝트는 최근 주목받는 BLE 비콘을 활용한 블루투스 통신으로 모바일 어플리케이션 내에서 실내 위치 기반의 다양한 서비스를 제공하여 기업 및 직원 불편을 해소하고, 보다 나은 근무 환경과 새로운 형태의 비즈니스 종합편의 플랫폼을 제안한다.

Vulnerability analysis helps to remove discriminating vulnerabilities that exist in various equipment that composes operating information system. It is possible to explain representation and exclusion method about vulnerabilities of each equipment by vulnerability analysis. But it is difficult to display the weakness of whole information system. To do this, analyst synthesizes several information that achieved by vulnerability analysis. But the existing method does not provide fair evaluation because operators' personal opinion. In this paper, we explain about method that unites discriminatively vulnerable point and expresses whole weakness degree in numerical value by equipment, by system class, or by overall system.

Recently great construction companies strive for utilization of integrated safety management information in advanced IT in many fields. And construction companies have a interest and effort to construct system for integration and management of safety management information. Some earlier companies are appling to construction site ,but that is limited great construction company But it need to solve the origin problem because of it continually keep up the rate of disaster. Namely management system need more manage subcontractor that safety management in construction site. This purpose of study is an offer of foundation data to introduce and improve of safety management Information system. The paper is supposed to choose the essential regular items and going to propose improvement of safety information system according to the survey

The aim of this study is to analyze informatization competencies of the international ship supply companies at Busan port. This study comprehensively suggests certain issues attributed to the successful implementation of total information management system for ship supply. To achieve this objective, evaluation was undertaken based on the model of the National Competency Standards (NCS). This model consisted of three evaluation areas, including 20 items. Analysis of information competencies of ship supply companies was undertaken using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method. Survey data was collected from ship supply companies located in the ship supply center at Busan port. Results found that there were significant differences between importance and performance. In addition, overall informatization competency was very low. Thus, in order to ensure successful implementation of total information management system, re-education programs for ICT usage and dedicated support organization are necessary.

This study intends to evaluate the quality of the KERIS UNICAT DB, and to suggest both theoretical and practical methods for the quality improvement of the DB. To the end. this study developed a quality evaluation model and verified the quality of the UNICAT DB in a comprehensive way, Emphasis was on analyzing the factors causing such inferior and substandard bibliographic records in the UNICAT DB. Also suggested are the management strategies and substantial guidelines to improve the quality of the UNICAT DB.

그리드 컴퓨팅의 기본 개념은 여러 대의 저 성능 컴퓨터 자원을 통합하여 고성능 컴퓨팅 환경을 구축하는 것이다. 이런 환경을 관리하기 위해서는 요청된 작업에 대해 자원 관리 시스템의 효율적인 자원 탈당 기능이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 효과적인 자원의 선택을 위해 CPU의 종합적인 성능을 평가하는 UC 단위 모델을 제안하고, 제안된 모델을 기준으로 자원관리 시스템에서 저 성능 컴퓨터 자원을 효율적으로 할당 할 수 있도록 저 성능 자원 우선 알고리즘을 제안하며, 이를 이용한 에이전트 기반 자원관리 시스템을 구현한다.

This paper describes the result of a case study for developing an expert system framework in order to support Korean Army tactical C4I system. Korean Army had developed an expert system, STAFS(Situation & Threat Assessment Fusion Expert System), for supporting field intelligence analysis activities which has been implemented through traditional manual process inside the division level combat briefing room. STAFS, however, has serious limitations for supporting combat commander's decision making processes because of its limited capabilities, since the system had been developed for supporting only intelligence analysis function rather than for integrated combat decision making processes inside the combat briefing room. Thus, this paper proposed an integrated expert system framework for supporting the commander's decision making by addressing various activities implemented in the briefing room.

다중 데이터베이스 시스템은 분산되어 있고 이질적이며 자치적인 데이터베이스 시스템들의 연합이다. 다중 데이터베이스의 환경에서는 공간적으로 데이터들이 분산되어 있고, 자료의 특성에 따라 서로 다른 데이터 모델에 의해 데이터베이스가 구축되어 있으며, 독자적으로 각각의 데이터베이스 시스템에 의해 관리되고 있다. 이러한 환경하에서는 정보를 효율적이고 종합적으로 관리하고 공유할 필요가 있으며, 이에 따라 사용자 관점의 논리적인 통합이 이루어 질 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 논리적인 통합을 위해 분산된 그리고 자치적이며 이질의 데이터베이스를 통합하기 위한 통합 데이터 모델이 요구되며, 이러한 통합 데이터 모델에 의해 완전하고 일치된 정보 모델이 제공될 것이다. 본 연구에서는 객체-관계형 데이터 모델을 토대로 하여 분산·이질·자치적인 데이터베이스들을 효율적이고 종합적으로 통합하기 위한 효과적인 방안에 대하여 연구하였다.

본 논문에서 기술하는 연구는 한국종합주가지수(KOSPI)의 장기적 변동 경향에 대한 확률적 예측 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 방법론은 이미 단백질 상호작용 예측 시스템과 스트레스 확률 예측 시스템 등에 적용되어 유효성이 입증된 방법으로, 이미 알려진 데이터를 바탕으로 다양한 요인들의 가능한 모든 조합에 대한 경우의 수를 고려한 학습 결과에 기반하여 새로이 주어진 대상의 요인들을 분석해서 학습시 사용된 특정 군(class)에 속할지의 여부를 확률적으로 나타내준다. 이 방법론을 구현하기 위해 실제 과거 주가지수 데이터를 수집하여 CI(Combination Interrelation)행렬을 구현하였으며, 현재 진행중인 검증작업에 대해서도 기술하였다.
