With the expansion of Voucher program, academic and practical concerns of performance evaluation of voucher service has been more emphasized. Accordingly, client satisfaction survey are expanding these days, but the study of client satisfaction as a performance indicator aimed at service client has not been yet conducted systematically. The purpose of this study is to develop Satisfaction Index, targeting at client of community-development voucher program in Community Service Investment Project conducted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Data were collected from 1800 client of community-development voucher program. This study summarized theoretically many kinds of satisfaction measurement and composed the Satisfaction Index reflecting characteristics of Voucher. By the item analysis and reliability analysis, the element satisfaction was identified as homogeneous items. General satisfaction were obtained using element satisfaction and overall satisfaction, it was found to be valid through the evaluation of convergent and discriminant validity as a tool for satisfaction. This study suggest using the '1step weighted approach' than '2step weighted approach' having weakness of complex overlapping manner.

As the rapid develoment of internet and information technology, the traditional library has been altered to the digital content service based on the world wide web. This paper proposes a design and implementation of an Artcle Union Catalog System(AUCS) based on metadata. The metadata set for the AUCS consists of twelve Dublin Core elements and one holdings element. The qualifiers of the proposed metadata elements are also represented. The AUCS system has an online cooperated cataloging system using the web interface or the 239.50 protocol, an union cataloging management system, and an integrated information retrieved system service. The integrated search and retrieval service of the AUCS displays not only the summary and detailed bibliographic information, but also the abstract, the table of contents, the digital content, and the copylfax service.

IP 망에서 서비스 품질을 제공하기 위한 기술로 RSVP 신호 프로토콜을 사용하는 종합 서비스 모델(Integrated Service Model)과 차등화 서비스(Differentiated Service)가 있다. 그러나, RSVP는 플로우별로 상태를 유지하고, 처리하기 때문에 거대한 네트워크에서는 확장성 문제가 고려되어야 한다. 반대로, 차등화 서비스는 클래스별로 처리하기 때문에 확장성 문제를 해결할 수 있지만, 완전한 형태의 서비스 품질을 보장하지 못한다는 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 RSVP의 장점과 차등화 서비스의 장점을 상호 결합하기 위한 통합 모델을 살펴보고, 경계 라우터의 각 모듈과 기능을 정의하였다. 또한, 차등화 서비스 영역에서 자원 예약 메시지를 최우선 서비스로 처리함으로써 동적인 자원 예약 프로토콜의 단점을 보완 하도록 하였다. 경계 라우터는 RSVP 메시지를 처리하는 RSVP 처리 모듈, RSVP의 자원 요청에 대응하는 차등화 서비스 클래스를 결정하는 서비스 매핑 처리 모듈, 마지막으로 패킷 우선순위에 따라 차별화된 서비스를 제공하는 차등화 서비스 처리 모듈로 구성되어 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 자원 예약 메시지의 우선 처리 방법과 경계 라우터의 설계는 향후 IP 네트워크에서 쉽게 적용하고, 확장될 수 있으리라 사료된다.

우리나라 종합병원의 의료서비스의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위해 K대학병원의 소아과와 처방전 서비스를 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구방법은 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 분석였다. 시뮬레이션을 수행하기 위해서는 네트워크 모델링 방식인 SLAM II를 사용하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 소아과보다는 처방전의 서비스를 향상시키기 위한 대안적 방법을 고려할 필요가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

텔레매틱스 서비스를 위해서는 우선 가장 기본이 되는 교통정보의 제공체계가 뒷받침되어야 하는데, 현재 우리나라의 교통정보 수집 및 제공 체계는 이를 담당하는 각 지자체 및 업체들에 따라 별도의 시스템들을 구축하고 있어 종합적이며 체계화된 정보서비스를 필요로 하는 텔레매틱스 상용화에 문제점으로 지적되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 범국가적 차원에서 교통정보의 수집 및 활용, 통합운영ㆍ관리방안을 마련하여 종합교통정보서비스 사업을 활성화할 수 있는 체계화 방안을 제시할 필요가 있으며, 이는 텔레매틱스를 위한 통신 인프라의 국제적인 기술 방향에 따른 국가 도로체계 정보화 인프라 구축방안을 전략적으로 제시하기 위한 필수적인 요소라 할 수 있다.(중략)

하천정보의 관리기관이 다양하고 정보의 표현 및 분석단위가 관리주체에 따라 다르며, 하천정보의 체계적이고 종합적인 정책자료 분석 제공 기능의 부재로 인한 이수 및 치수, 하천 환경 등을 고려한 국가수자원종합계획의 수립을 어렵게 해왔다. 하천 및 유역정보의 관리단위를 일원화하여 국가적으로 표준화시키고, 유역정보, 수문정보 등에 대해서 국가 수자원 정보망의 형성을 통해서 하천정보의 유기적인 공동이용을 추구해야 한다. 또한, 정보시스템 구축에 있어서 시스템간 중복을 방지하고 상호 연계가 원활히 이루어져 대정부, 대국민에 대한 종합적인 정보 제공이 가능하도록 추진을 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 하천정보 신뢰성 높고 다양한 하천정보 DB 구축을 통하여 보다 편리하고 유용한 시스템 사용 환경을 제공 및 지원하기 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 하천정보서비스 구축사례를 분석하고 국내 실정에 맞는 하천정보서비스의 구축방안을 제시하였으며, 이를 위해서는 지속적인 중장기종합정보화전략계획 수립과 국내에 적합한 필수 데이터 항목도출, 데이터모델과 구축방법론 표준화로 체계적인 유지관리가 가능하도록 하여야 할 것이다. 또한 하천공간정보의 유통체계는 기존의 국가공간정보 유통 기구를 이용하는 것이 합리적인 것으로 사료된다.

멀티미디어 시대로의 진입에 따른 인터넷에서의 실시간 데이터 전송을 위한 어플리케이션의 요구에도 불구하고 현재의 인터넷은 최선형 서비스만을 제공할 뿐 QoS(quality of service)를 제공하지 못하고 있다. 이에 인터넷 표준화 기구에서는 종합서비스(IS : integrate service)모델을 정했다. 〔5〕 그러나 기존의 shared LAN 환경에 이를 적용하기에는 자원의 공유로 인한 어려움이 있다. 반면. 직렬 버스의 표준으로 자리잡은 IEEE 1394 고속 직렬 버스〔1〕〔2〕는 예약된 대역폭을 보장할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 고속통신이 가능하여 IS 모델의 적용에 적합한 기술이라고 할 수 있다. IS over 1394 프로토콜〔8〕은 IS 모델을 IEEE 1394 고속 직렬 버스에 적용하기 위한 프로토콜로써 본 논문에서는 이의 구현을 위한 구조를 고찰하였다.

This study was conducted to identify the relationships between emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and quality of nursing service for hospital nurses, and to serve as a basis for improvement of nursing service and nursing resources management. All data were collected and conducted with the cooperation of the nursing service department in a tertiary general hospital and two general hospitals located in G province. Questionnaires were completed by 195 nurses who consented to participation in the study from 7 to 28 April 2014. Data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0. A highly positive relationship (r=0.624, p<0.001, r=0.612, p<0.001) was observed between emotional intelligence and quality of nursing service in the superior general hospitals and the general hospitals. Based on this study, quality of nursing service could be improved by a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction in the superior general hospitals and general hospitals (r=0.430, p<0.001). Therefore, it is important to provide a good occupational environment and develop educational programs to enhance the emotional intelligence of nurses, and a positive measure focused on less experienced and young nurses to improve emotional intelligence.

본 논문에서는 SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) 기반으로 국가 R&D 정보의 종합 조회 기능을 제공하는 국가 R&D 정보시스템(RnDIS: R&D Information System)을 설계 및 구현하였다. 물리적으로 분산되고 각각 별도의 DB를 구성하여 활용하는 이질적인 4개의 응용시스템의 기능을 효과적으로 연계 및 활용하기 위해 유연하며 확장이 용이한 SOA를 채택하였다. 서비스의 식별, 정의, 분석 등의 개발을 위해 CBD 방법론을 확장한 새로운 서비스 개발방법론을 정의 및 활용하였으며, RnDIS를 위해 4개의 어플리케이션 서비스와 4개의 비즈니스 프로세스 서비스를 정의 및 설계하였다. 어플리케이션 서비스는 기존의 자바코드로부터 WSDL(Web Service Description Language)을 생성하는 래핑(wrapping) 방식을 사용하여 구현하였며, 비즈니스 프로세스 서비스는 BPEL(Business Process Execution Language) 엔진을 이용하여 어플리케이션 서비스를 조합하는 방식을 이용하여 구현하였다. RnDIS는 NTIS(National Science and Technology Information System) 공식 홈페이지(http://www.ntis.go.kr)의 종합검색 메뉴로 시범서비스 되고 있으며, 향후 서비스 대상 데이터의 확장과 기능 추가를 통해 정식 서비스를 오픈 할 예정이다.

No.7 신호방식은 종합정보통신망에서 음성 및 비음성의 회선교환 서비스를 제공하기 위한 국간 신호방식 기능을 수행할 뿐만 아니라, 망을 지능화하고 여러가지 보조서비스들을 제공하며 망을 보다 효율적으로 운용 관리하기 위하여 통신망내의 프로세서들 간에 사용되는 범용적 데이터 통신 프로토콜로서, 디지틀 가입자-망 액세스와 함께 종합정보통신망을 실현하기 위해 필수적으로 요구되는 새로운 신호방식이다. 본 고는 최근의 CCITT 연구결과를 바탕으로 종합 정보통신망과 비관련된 전화사용자부(Telephone User Part)와 데이터 사용자부(Data User Part) 를 제외한 전반적 No. 7 신호방식에 대하여 기술한다. 더불어 이러한 No. 7 신호방식이 운용되는 공통선 신호망에 대하여 간략히 설명한다.
