In most countries, public libraries play a role as a knowledge and information hub for local communities, a complex cultural space, and a third place for meetings and communication. Among the work of public libraries for this purpose, the key point is systematic collection development, and the established collection is essential for all knowledge and information services. In particular, local representative libraries must perform legal duties as a comprehensive knowledge information center for metropolitan governments, and develop, preserve, and service specialized collections that are difficult for other public libraries. Therefore, we analyzed the development cases of specialized collections of public libraries in large cities in foreign countries and local representative libraries in Korea, surveyed the degree of awareness of specialized collections for employees of public libraries and the cultural to geography in Gyeongbuk region. Based on the background information, this study proposed the development plan and establishment strategy of the Gyeongbuk Library specialized collection, which was named "Gyeongbuk Knowledge and Cultural Heritage."

This study is to analyze the selection criteria for street dance institutes in the subjects of ordinary people and students majoring in street dance who select the institutes. Moreover, it aims to enhance the perception and values of street dance and to provide with the required data for the development of institutes that train street dance. To do so, a survey was conducted in the subjects of 300 street dance learners who went to the street dance institutes. Frequency analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were performed using SPSS 18.0 Program with the collected data, and the results are as follows. In summary, training programs, services, and promotional environment were identified to be important criteria to select the street dance institutes by the learners while the low level of perception on the price was found.

We analyzed research trends of 288 Korean academic dissertations and articles regarding platform work, using topic modeling and keyword network analysis method. Research disciplines of many studies were laws, business administration, and economics fields. Thigh frequent themes were platform labor protection measures and direct or indirect effects of the sharing economy. The main keywords were digital, value, industry, and labor in terms of infrastructure and structural change. Besides, the main topics were the protection of platform workers, the values of sharing services, digital paradigm, and platform regulations. Based on the results of the analysis, we derived four implications and suggestions such as researching structural frames in macroscopic contexts, generalizing case analysis, and technology supplementation by applying average and quantitative analysis methods, researching individual competency development to realize the essential symbiotic value of sustainability, and developing customized vocational education and training programs.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the degree of non-nursing tasks and nursing care left undone in integrated nursing care wards, and examine their relationships with nurses' burnout, job satisfaction, turnover intentions, and medical errors. Methods: A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires from 346 nurses working in 20 wards of seven small and medium-sized general hospitals, and analyzed using multiple regression and multiple logistic regression analysis with the SPSS WIN 25.0 program. Results: The mean score for non-nursing tasks was 7.32±1.71, and that for nursing care left undone was 4.42 ± 3.67. An increase in non-nursing tasks (β = .12, p = .021) and nursing care left undone (β = .18, p < .001) led to an increase in nurses' burnout (F = 6.26, p < .001). As nursing care left undone (β = .13, p = .018) increased, their turnover intentions also (F = 3.96, p < .001) increased, and more medical errors occurred (odds ratio 1.08, 95% confidence interval 1.02~1.15). Conclusion: Non-nursing tasks and nursing care left undone are positively associated with nurses' burnout, turnover intentions, and the occurrence of medical errors. Therefore, it is important to reduce non-nursing tasks and nursing care left undone in order to deliver high quality nursing care and in turn increase patient safety.

Recently, content using VR technology in various fields is gradually increasing, and the technology is also rapidly spreading. Against this background, public libraries also need to provide services using VR technology according to the flow of the times. Therefore, this study drew application points through the investigation and analysis of domestic and foreign public libraries where VR programs are underway. And based on this, a final proposal is prepared after planning and reviewing VR-based educational and cultural programs in public libraries. VR-based educational and cultural programs introduced can be used as basic data for planning VR-based cultural programs in public library.

This study examines the importance of factors that influence the online platform selection decision to support operational optimization strategies. For the research purpose, we first reviewed previous studies on service encounters and identified those factors that have been proven important for using online platforms. Second, this study analyzed the factors that customers perceived as important based on analytical hierarchy process (AHP) of the data we collected from 10 mobile or computer-based Internet users. The study results revealed that the important factors for the online platform selection were in the following order: product diversity (27.4%), ease of use (21.5%), brand credibility (18.1%), interactions with the service provider (17.7%), and ease of accessibility (15.3%). The study provides useful insights to online platform service providers in developing strategies for customer-focused value creation.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the information needs, information seeking behavior, and information use of people who seek information on Korea overseas. A total of 382 survey responses from 52 countries and in-depth interview data from 26 participants were collected and analyzed. As a result, the respondents were categorized into three groups, namely Hallyu culture enjoyment, Korean language learning, and Korean studies research groups, by their unique information needs and information seeking behaviors. Pandemic boosted the demand for digital data expansion and digital archiving efforts. Various information problems caused by language, technology and policy obstacles were revealed. Findings suggest strategies to assist Korea-related information users.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to develop an evaluation index for reliable information provision and operation management of traffic safety facilities. Method: As for the analysis method, evaluation indicators were selected by grasping the current state of operation and management of traffic safety facilities, and the importance of each indicator was analyzed through the AHP survey. Result: As a result of the comprehensive importance analysis, it was found that the highest priority was given in the evaluation index for information accuracy and computer system construction. On the other hand, the evaluation index corresponding to the service management was analyzed as having the lowest priority. Conclusion: The results of this study are expected to serve as a yardstick for understanding the management level of each institution for efficient operation and management of traffic safety facilities, and it is expected to establish a foundation for providing accurate information in consideration of the commercialization of autonomous driving in the future.

This paper presents a framework, MADAM(Multidisciplinary Analysis and Design for Advanced Mobility). For the actual UAM operation, not only aircraft performances but also demand, cost and flight scenarios are in connection; the overall framework is essential for the multidisciplinary design. In this study, the framework is developed and introduced. Demand and cost analysis of Gimpo-Samseong line in the Seoul area using the framework is conducted as an example result. Also, future ticket prices are estimated by applying changes in the aspects of major cost components and the price, ￦76,000, is calculated with the target for maximizing the total profit in the year 2035.

In this study, we proposed a hierarchical model of a mobile fashion shopping apps to find out factors that consumers consider when choosing a mobile fashion shopping apps, and also derived priorities by calculating the weights of the selection factors. To estimate the priorities of selection factors, we analyzed survey data collected from consumers who are currently using a mobile fashion shopping apps. As a result of this study, the first-step selection factors of the mobile fashion shopping apps consisted of economics, informativity, convenience, reliability, and additional service, and economics factor revealed to be the most important. Additionally, in the result of synthesizing the weights of the first-step and second-step selection factors, the coupons and discount event factor was found to be the most important. In the fierce competition of various mobile fashion shopping apps, the findings of this study not only proposed the evaluation model of mobile fashion shopping apps using the AHP technique but provided the priority of consumers' selection factors for mobile fashion shopping apps.
