This study conducts analysis on integrated care cases in Korea and other nations regarding health, medical, and welfare services that are segmented and fragmented in order to provide foundational data to establish an integrated care system appropriate for the situation of Korea. According to the result of the cases, integrated care provides various services in common through cooperation with organizations, collaborative participation of various professionals, provision of intervention and individualized protection, and experts for taking care of the cases. Based on those cases, this paper provides suggestions to establish an integrated care system of Korea. In fact, it is necessary to build integrated care general support centers, arrange service providing places in common, establish a care management system, develop resources and expand manpower, develop an integrated care case management system, and develop integrated care computer network.

This studying is on the degree of reuse that runs from Seoul Palace Y elderly welfare and general social demographic is to the welfare service factors of the path Restaurant (hygiene, workers, convenience, food, accessibility, environmental, and social relationships), and influence, the process of was to effect on determining on to the mediating effect on the satisfaction with the meals ages overrun 65 years using the path restaurant was applied to the final total of 310 valid samples were subjects. Recently, discussions on strengthening publicness have emerged to solve social service problems. Its importance is also emerging, but there is not enough discussion about the significance and importance of publicness. Therefore, in this study, the concept of social service publicness, which was presented in previous studies, was categorized and examined, and the future tasks were sought by restructuring the concept of social service publicness. Social service publicness can be variously understood as the concept of organic union in terms of the publicness of the subject, the publicness of the process, and the publicness of the content. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss it from an overall and broader perspective than the existing concept of publicness. In addition, empirical verification and typological studies of publicness can be a useful way to understand the current publicness. Furthermore, social service publicness needs to materialize realistic meaning through a process of discourse rather than a simple conception. It is meaningful in that it attempts to define the elements of social service publicness from a new point of view and suggests future research directions in previous studies in the field of social welfare.

The purpose of this study is to discuss about the current status and problems of 24 public libraries in Daejeon metropolitan city and to suggest strategies for the development of public library system in Daejeon. For this purpose, first, this study investigates facilities, human resources, collection, and budget in public libraries in Daejeon metropolitan city and compares to the standards in "The Third Comprehensive Library Advancement Plan(2019-2023)", "The library Act" and "Korean Library Standards". Secondly, this study analyzes administrative organization system. Finally, suggested are both strategies and methods for continuous construction of new public libraries, librarian recruit, collection increase, better service for older adults, budget increase, organization exclusively responsible for library policy.

In recent years, partnership has become a central strategy for welfare provision worldwide. Particularly, civil society organisations have obtained considerable attention as the most accountable and democratic partner for public welfare delivery. Yet the mainstreaming of civil society into welfare policies challenges the conventional nature of civil society as an independent sector, and brings into critical question, how the political position of the civil society sector could be redefined in the new era of multi-sectoral partnership. The purpose of this study is to explore the current debates of state-civil society partnership and to propose three theoretical viewpoints (i.e. the mainstream, critical and alternative perspectives) regarding the role of the civil society sector in partnership. In doing so, this article introduces the key literature and scholars in partnership debates and provides analytical frameworks that researchers can use in examining state-civil society partnership cases.

지난 4월 제47차 정기대의원총회에서 정보통신위원회 신설에 대한 승인으로 치협 내에 정보통신위원회가 신설됐으며 서울지부에서도 정보통신부가 설립돼 이제는 치과계도 바야흐로 정보화 시대로 접어들게 됐다. 보건복지부와 의료보험연합회 역시 EDI 방식인 통신을 이용한 의료보험 청구를 적극 권장하고 있어 의료계에서도 컴퓨터를 활용하는 분야가 점차 확대될 전망이다. 개원가에서는 의료보험청구 외에도 덴탈 비전이나 디지털 엑스레이를 네트워크화 하여 활용하고 있으며 대학의 치과병원이나 종합병원 치과에서는 OCS(order communication system)와 PACS(picture archiving & communication system))를 중심으로 전산화 작업을 추진하고 있다. 컴퓨터 없이는 생활할 수 없는 현실 앞에서 치과계에는 전산화가 어느 정도 이루어졌는지 살펴보고 단국치대 교정과 김창환 레지던트의 글을 통해 교정분야에서 컴퓨터가 어떻게 활용되고 있는지에 대해 알아본다.

In this study, in order to practice the social inclusion of libraries, the related policies currently announced in the 3rd Comprehensive Library Development Plan were examined, and the current status of tasks promoted by central administrative agencies and metropolitan and provincial libraries was examined based on these policies. As a result, first, in terms of active information welfare realization, various programs and services are being implemented to bridge the knowledge and information gap, but it seems that the scope of the target should be expanded in the future, cooperation with related organizations, and infrastructure improvement. Second, in terms of expanding the openness of the space, the expansion of the open space as an open space and the application of universal design are being performed. In the future, it seems that the scope of universal design application should be expanded in consideration of budget investment for continuous space reconstruction and diversity of users. Third, in terms of linking services across boundaries, services and programs are provided to infants and toddlers, children, women, the elderly, the underprivileged, job seekers, and multicultural families. In the future, it seems that the improvement of the service system for the expansion of inclusive services in libraries should precede, and cooperation between related ministries should be made to provide differentiated services. Finally, it is expected that future policy-making tasks for social inclusion should be considered not only for books, programs, and spaces, but also for librarians' education, establishment of cooperative networks with related organizations, and marketing for services and programs.

Many studies verified the relationship between parenting stress and the abuse of children with disability. It means that disability is a risk factor for abuse. The purpose of this study is to examine the parenting stress as a predictor of child abuse potential. For this study, 150 parents of children with disabilities were recruited. A personal questionnaire, parenting stress index, and potential factors of child abuse were responded. According to the results, parents who have children with disabilities reported high parenting stress and also parenting stress significantly affected parents' attitudes toward child abuse. Income, level of education, social involvement, governmental support, and social services for disabled were related to parenting stress and child abuse. Stepwise multiple regression analysis identified the variables of social involvement and social services for disabled as the most important variables in explaining parenting stress and child abuse. This study suggests that social supports and services for the parents of children with disabilities should be provided.

Objective: The study wanted to find out what changes the mother, who is the main parent of the severely disabled children, experienced in their lives through the use of day hospitals and child care services, and what difficulties they had, and discussed policy practical improvements that could satisfy both the medical and developmental needs of the severely disabled. Methods: The participants of the study were 9 mothers of a child with severe disabilities who had experience using hospitals and kindergarten. They were recruited by snowball sampling method. Focus group interview and individual interview were conducted. Results: As a result of the analysis, the mother of severely handicapped child gradually began to seek the balance of life as her child grew and became aware of the institution other than the day hospital. - (e.g) Although I was distracted and worried for the first time, I was gradually adjusting to the time away from my child thinking positively. Children with severe disabilities were also positively influenced by various experiences. They become to show som positive behavior or feeling such as brightening facial expressions or smile as they were using daycare centers or kindergartens in addition to daytime hospitals. Conclusion/Implications: Through the results of this study, comprehensive policy proposals on child care, welfare, and medical care were discussed.

South Korea's socioeconomic status is high enough to support services for the protection of crime victims. Until now, the Ministry of Justice was the only institution to protect and support the victims, but recently the national police is included. This is considered preferable, since the police is the one to contact the victims first- they can provide immediate support after the incident. Several limits in current laws and crime protection system exist. Therefore, given the importance of protecting victims, model of public-private joint forms should be considered. In premise of establishing a new relationship between the public-private joint system of justice and the maintenance, the range of police's involvement with crime supports will be determined. In the case of developed countries, the police and private organizations maintain close cooperation, appearing as substantial care and support for crime victims. Therefore this study reviews the problems in crime victim protection, assistance from the police stage, and suggest the improvements as follows. The first is to redefine the role of the police who first contacted in the crime victims protection support, the second is to establish a permanent cooperation framework, such as victims specialized police, victims protection agency, the third is to develop services for victim protection available from the police stage, and the fourth, opening Victim Support Center functioning as a temporary accommodation or safety zone for the personal protection of victims. The fifth is to regularize solution conference for victims' protection, and the sixth is to divide of roles in state organization government in charge of victim's protection and local government responsible for victim's support.
