강원전문대학신축설계경기의 당선작이 지난 6월21일 발표되었다. 총 9개의 작품이 응모한 이번 설계경기에서는 주.엄앤드이건축사 사무소(이각표)와 주.종합건축사사무소 산(한광호)의 공동안이 당선작으로 선정되었으며 주.건축사사무소 원.시공.형제(정상원)와, 주,건축사종합건축사사무소(공순구)의 안이 각각 우수작으로 선정되었다. 이 설계경기는 강릉시 주문진의 주문진소속고등학교 4만 8천여평 부지의 기존교사동, 실습동 증축과 대학본관, 도서관 등을 비롯 부대시설을 건립하는 것으로, 한국교육개발원의 '강원전문대설립방안 및 중.장기발전계획연구'에 의거 전문대학의 설립이념 및 목적, 설치학과 및 학생정원, 시설확충계획의 반영, 옥외시설 오픈스페이스 등을 충분히 고려하여야하는 것을 기본 설계방향으로 잡았다. 이번 심사는 한봉기(기획관), 이중근(건설교통국장)과 강원대, 관동대, 삼척산업대, 춘천교육대의 건축 및 조경학과 교수 등 총 10명이 맡았다. 당선된 주.엄앤드이건축사사무소와, 주.종합건축사사무소 산의 공동안은 적절한 조닝캠퍼스 내외의 접근성양호와 보차분리와 토지이용계획의 우수 등 여러 부분에서 심사위원들의 높은 점수를 받았다.

In order to re-activation of shared cataloging, spirit of community and cooperation are most needed. But proper compensation about contribution would motivate. Through representing basic data for making compensation policy about university library's share cataloging system, this study analyzes activities about contribution and utilization of participated libraries. To put it concretely, this study considers overall status of contribution and utilization through descriptive statistics and analyzes relationship between both sides. Furthermore through clustering participating library, this study brightened the libraries that ought to be compensated and who would be need to be specially rewarded. And draw the libraries that need to be paid and need to be led for active participation of shared cataloging.

외국인 유학생 유치는 단기적으로는 양적 증가에, 장기적으로는 질적인 향상을 목표로 하여 종합적이고 구조적인 대책을 마련하여야 함은 물론 정부 주도의 과감한 예산 투자와 인력의 투입이 선행되어야만 성공할 수 있는 사업이다.

대학이나 학술연구의 진흥을 통하여 우리나라의 고유한 학술문화가 발전되고, 세계속의 우리 위상이 제고될 것이다. 21세기 한국의 학술문화를 선진 수준으로 끌어올리기 위해서는 학문의 균형적 발전이 필요한 바, 종합적인 학술진흥 정책 추진이 요구된다. 경제가 아무리 어려워도 과학기술 우선정책으로 인하여 인문.사회과학을 홀대하거나 침체를 외면해서는 안 된다.

공학교육인증을 실시하면서 설계교육의 중요성을 인지하고 있다. 특히 종합설계의 경우 설계의 기능적 요소와 제한 요소를 반영하도록 하고 있다. 그런데 이전에는 설계교육을 체계적으로 하지 않아서 대학마다 설계교육과 평가방법에 대한 어려움을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 종합설계 교과목 수행절차와 방법을 제시하고 이에 맞는 평가요소와 평가방법을 제시하고자 한다. 설계 수행절차에서는 설계의 기능적 요소와 제한 요소를 반영하여 설계를 진행하는 과정과 이 때 산출되는 결과물을 제시하여 설계 요소가 반영될 수 있도록 한다. 종합설계 교과목에 대한 평가는 팀별 평가와 개별 평가로 나누고 실제로 수행했던 평가 방법을 제안한다.

본 연구는 4주간의 종합선택실습이 간호대학생의 임상수행 능력 변화에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 것으로 4주간의 종합선택실습을 이수한 4학년 간호 대학생 128을 대상으로 하였고 임상실무수행능력 평가도구를 이용하여 실무능력변화를 측정하였다. 연구 결과 종합선택실습 전의 임상실무능력이 70.4점에서 실습 후에는 124.8점으로 증가(p<.001)되었고 직접간호활동과 간접간호활동의 모든 하위 영역에서 실습 후의 임상실무수행능력이 유의하게 증가되었다. 또한 상위 성적 30% 학생의 종합선택실습 후의 임상실무수행능력이 중간 40%의 학생에 비해 더 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다(p=.047).

This study tried to present rational policy direction of future university libraries through the policy process related to university libraries and the change of policy tasks adopted in the policy making process. The 2009 Development Comprehensive Plan was established with the aim of supporting the collection of information resources at university libraries, and the plan in 2014 was developed with the direction of policies to enhance the role of librarians for competition in university research capabilities. The Promotion Comprehensive Plan for 2019 was aimed at strengthening the role of university libraries in upgrading their research support. Through the research on the policy of the university library by the government, the policy direction of the future university library in Korea was presented, and the plan was to provide an institutionalized platform (labor, physical space, resources, etc.) for the university library to maximize the research productivity of the university.

Objectives: Rotavirus is one of the main causes of severe diarrhea in children under five. Two types of rotavirus vaccines [$Rotarix^{(R)}$ (RV1) and $Rotateq^{(R)}$ (RV5)] have been introduced and its administration was optional in South Korea. A systematic review (SR) on economic evaluation (EE) of RV was conducted to examine whether the introduction of rotavirus vaccine to national vaccine program (NIP) is cost-effective. Methods: Previous SR studies of EE for RV were searched in August 2017 through databases such as MEDLINE and EMBASE. Additional search was performed to include literatures published after or unincluded in the previous SR studies. Among the 11 SR studies identified, 2 studies were reviewed via inclusion/exclusion criteria. A previous SR study including 104 original articles was selected by A MeaSurement Tool to Assess systematic Reviews. Among the 36 original articles identified through additional search, 10 were selected, resulting in 114 studies included in our analysis. Results: RV1-only, RV5-only, and evaluating-both studies account for about 44%, 22%, and 33%, respectively. Among RV1-only, RV5-only, or evaluating-both studies, 90%, 64%, or 68% of the studies concluded RV as being cost-effective, respectively. RV5-only studies were usually executed in high-income countries (68%), whereas RV1-only studies were executed mostly in lower (32%) and upper (26%) middle-income countries. When classifying studies by their funding sources, RV1-only studies (82%; 28 of 34 studies specifying funding sources) were chiefly supported by non-profit organization, and 100% of these studies were concluded as being cost-effective. RV5-only studies were mostly supported by profit organization (68%; 13 of 19 studies specifying sources), and 92% of these studies concluded as being cost-effective. Conclusion: By reviewing global EE studies for RV, we have learned that about 70% of these studies was shown to be cost-effective and RV1 appeared to be more cost-effective than RV5.

교육전산망이 상용망 서비스 업체들에 위탁 운영되면서 각 대학은 자신의 교내 전산망을 다양한 방법으로 외부와 연결하여 사용하고 있다. 이런 환경하에서 대학들이 전산망 운영정책을 효과적으로 결정하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 지원 체계가 거의 없다. 본 논문은 대학의 외부망 다원화에 따른 전산망 운영정책을 지원하는 종합 정보시스템 NMIS_U(Network Menagement Information System_University)를 소개한다. NMIS_U는 각 대학의 전산망에 적합한 운영정책 정보를 동적 차트를 통해 실시간으로 제공한다.
