2007년부터 공공분야 일정 금액 이상의 정보화 사업은 정보시스템 감리를 의무적으로 시행해야 한다는 관련 법안이 2005년도 12월 말에 공포되었고, 시행령 및 시행규칙도 조만간 공포될 예정으로 알고 있다. 그리고 이는 정보화의 제일선에 있는 필자와 IT 관련 종사자에게는 기회인 동시에 위기로 작용할 것으로 본다.

2007년 국내 정보보호 관련 업무 종사자는 약 3만명으로 추산되고 있다. 비록 69만명에 이르는 IT 산업 인력에 비해 턱없이 부족한 숫자임에도 불구하고, 직업으로서 정보보호 전문가에 대한 사회적 관심은 분명 높아져가고 있다. 실제로 언론 등에서 발표되는 자료에 따르면, 향후 5년 이내 가장 주목받을 유망직종으로 정보보호 전문가가 빠지지 않고 등장하고 있다. 이로 인해 정보보호 분야로의 진출을 희망하는 사람들이 증가하고 있지만, 또 한편으로 기업이나 기관 등에서 필요로 하는 정보보호 전문가 부족 현상은 여전하다.

국가 정보보안 정책 이행실태 확인을 통해 각급기관이 체계적으로 정보보안 업무를 수행토록 지원하고 국가 공공기관 종사자의 보안의식을 함양함으로써 각급기관 정보보안 수준 제고 및 국가 사이버안전 확보한다. 공공기관을 감독하는 주무 행정기관에 공공기관 보안평가 결과 통보, 부처 산하기관 대상 정보보안 관리 강화한다. 보안평가 우수기관 대상 보안업무 유공포상 실시하며 보안평가 결과는 국가 정보보안 정책 수립 시 기초자료로 활용한다.

The increased risk of cancer with exposure to low-dose radiation was estimated through longitudinal study for radiation workers at the nuclear power plants in Korea. The radiation dose data were collected from the Radiation Safety Management System(RSMS) of the Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., Ltd(KHNP). The cancer risks with radiation exposure were evaluated in terms of relative mortality ratios(RMR) and relative incidence ratios(RIR) to the unexposed employees at the nuclear power plants, and of the standardized mortality ratios(SMR) and standardized incidence ratios(SIR). There were no significant increases of canters of all sites in the exposed group either in RIR[1.08, 95% confidence interval(CI) 0.74-1.58] or in RMR[1.21, CI 0.70-2.08]. Neither SIR[0.81, CI 0.28-0.96] nor SMR[0.86, CI 0.66-1.10] significantly deviated from 1.0 for cancers of all sites. The trend analysis did not identify evident dose-response relationship due to insufficient numbers of the cases. Consequently, it is concluded that increases in cancer risks in the radiation worker group exposed to low doses at the nuclear power plants in Korea are not identified at this time.

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence on Organizational Performance of Autonomy in Cadastral Employees. The survey was conducted around the branch Korea Cadastral Survey Corporation. Using SPSS 20.0 and Amos 19.0, Structural Equating model was verified. The results of the analysis and the proposal is as follows. First, autonomy not directly but indirectly affected job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This had a positive impact on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, autonomy existing research. But it was not the organization's performance by increasing the autonomy to higher study. Perhaps it is analyzed the results of the public sector. Second, the relationship between autonomy and organizational performance in leadership had a mediating effect. And increase organizational performance factors, leadership has a very important meaning. Public good is not guaranteed autonomy. Therefore, it is possible to compensate through leadership. Third, cadastral field manager leadership competencies, it is necessary to develop a training program to enhance the organizational commitment and job satisfaction.

본 연구는 광고정보 이용자들의 정보요구와 이용행태에 있어서 이용집단 사이에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 밝히려 하였다. 자료의 수집은 광고회사 자료실 이용자들에게 질문지를 배포수집하여 광고기획집단과 제작집단으로 구분하여 SPSS를 이용하여 분식하였다. 연구결과 광고기획집단은 제작집단에 비하여 통계자료, 데이터베이스의 이용도가 높지만 자료실 이용도는 낮은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 대부분의 광고정보 이용자는 당면문제의 해결과 광고관련된 새로운 정보를 입수하기 위하여 소속기관 자료실의 자료에 본인이 직접 접근하며, 입수한 자료가 불충분하다고 생각될 때 유사한 관련자료를 찾거나 자료실 직원에게 도움을 요청한다.

정보통신이 국가경제발전에 차지하는 선도적 역할과 기반산업이란 인식이 확산됨에 따라 이 분야의 종사자 뿐만 아니라 일반인들의 관심이 날로 증대되고 있다. 더우기 정보통신산업의 개방화, 자유화 되어가는 추세에 따라 통신산업은 선진국과의 경쟁산업으로서 국가경제에 차지하는 비중 또한 점증되고 있다. 한국정보통신진흥협회에서 발간한 정보통신용어해설집을 토대로 하여 조금이나마 정보통신용어에 쉽게 접근하고자 본고에 게재하고자 하며, 우선 첫번째로 3회에 걸쳐 데이터베이스용어에 대하여 알아본다.

Based on the number of employees and sales of tourism establishments in Chungnam ares for the period from 2009 to 2013, this study analyzes the regional growth characteristic of tourism industry using dynamic shift-share analysis. The data used for this analysis are obtained from "The Census on Basic Characteristic of Tourism Establishments". This study decomposes characteristics of Chungnam Area tourism industrial structure into three components: national growth effect, industrial mix effect and regional share effect. The results help to well understand the development and the competitive situation of Chungnam area tourism industry.
