Provision of in-vehicle warning information is of keen interest since it can be effectively used to prevent traffic accident on the road. This study evaluates the effectiveness of information provision modalities based on kansei engineering. Various warning information scenarios using different modalities are devised for the evaluation. Statistical data analysis techniques including factor analysis, correlation analysis, and the general linear model are used to assess the user's affect for information modalities. The evaluation result shows that the provision of visual information consisted of 'text and pictogram' leads to higher understandability. The combination of beep sound and voice message' was identified as a more effective modality for auditory warning. In addition, the red color for the blinking warning signal was preferred by users.

The purpose of this study is to analyze two mechanisms appeared in Educational crisis by Korea mass media, which are discoursive constitution of meaning and the mechanism for discoursive constitution of subject. The analysis will classify ideological characteristics and conflict opposition of conservative and progressive media. As background for chosen case study, language structure and combination methods in Theory of Discourse of M. $P\hat{e}cheux$ will be discussed. Specifically, choices and combination methods of the chosen language structure-the preconstructed, articulation, mechanism, and structuring method of ideology will be main topics. Following case study will be Chosun and Hankyoreh newspaper, each representing conservative and progressive side. Discussion regarding educational crisis news, such as "Collapse of Classroom", "Collapse of School" is selected, and analyzed in terms of insight story, cause and responsibility, and taken measures.

Team standings in the regular professional baseball league should be determined based on a reasonable criterion; however, an unreasonable Japanese method is being used in Korea as of 2011. In this paper, we suggest a new method of computing the percentage of victories constructed by combining the advantages of the methods to determine team standings used in Korean professional baseball. We also have applied preexistent methods and suggested method to past and present Korean professional baseball data.

우주발사체 추적용 지상국비행종단지령장비는 위성발사체 발사 후 비행 중 일어날 수 있는 비상사태(비행안전영역을 벗어나거나 지상에서 더 이상 추적이 불가능할 경우)에 대하여 지상통제장치에서 비행종단을 명령하여 비행을 강제로 종단시키는 역할을 한다. 일반적으로 발사체에 비행종단을 명령하는 방식은 발사체의 종류 및 운용개념에 따라 다르게 적용되며, 가청주파수 대역의 톤 신호를 조합하는 IRIG 표준 톤 방식과 Secure 방식, 또한 잡음 및 보안특성에 강한 암호화 코드화 방식이 사용되고 있다. 본 글에서는 비행종단명령에 사용되는 다양한 전송방식 및 적용 사례를 살펴보고 세계 각국 및 국내 나로우주센터(고흥)에서 설치 운용 중인 지상국비행종단지령장비에 대한 운용개념 및 주요특성을 살펴보도록 한다.

이 논문은 multicarrier CDMA 이동 통신 시스템에서 직-병렬 혼합 pseudo-noise (PN) 코드 동기 획득 기술을 제안 했으며 다중경로 페이딩 채널에서 multiple access interference (MAI) 의 영향을 분석하였다. 직-병렬 혼합 동기 획득 방식은 입력되는 코드 위상의 불확정 영역 전체를 직렬 획득 방식과 병렬 획득 방식을 조합하여 탐색하는 방식이다. 이러한 방식은 완전 병렬획득보다 MAI의 환경에서 mean acquisition time (MAT)이 조금 늦어지지만 하드웨어의 구조를 훨씬 단순화 할 수 있다. 검파 및 오경보 확률을 closed-form 표현으로 mean acquisition time (MAT)를 유도하였다.

본 논문에서는 NTSC칼라 TV합성신호를 프레임내에서 색도신호와 명도신호성분으로 분리하기 위한 두 종류의 적응 필터링 방식을 제시하였다. 적응 필터링 방식에 있어서 합성신호는 수직필터와 수평필터에 의하여 필터링 되어 지고 화상의 국부적인 특성에 따라 필터의 출력이 선택되어 진다. 첫번째 방식에서는 조건형 스위칭 알고리즘에 의하여 수직필터 또는 수평필터의 출력이 최종단의 출력으로 결정되어 진다. 두번째 방식에서는 선형 조합 검출 알고리즘에 의하여 수직필터와 수평필터의 출력의 가중치합이 최종단의 출력이 된다. 사용된 필터들은 NTSC 칼라 TV 합성신호를 4fsc로 샘플한 경우에 대하여 설계되어졌다. 몇가지 정량적인 기준을 이용하여 여러가지 방식들을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션에 의하여 비교평가하였다.

The efficiency of an adder which plays an important role in micro-process and DSP greatly depends on the kinds of carry generation method. So in this paper. I used both CLA excellent in the speed and CSA best in the chip-size. The 64bit adder is designed with high speed which is two optimum combination. Therefore this paper suggested the way of CLSA improving both speed and chip-size. and proved the excellence of the designed circuit.

본 논문에서는 무제한단어 음성합성 시스템인 한소리에 대해서 간략히 기술하고 청취실험을 통한 성능평가에 대해 논한다. 음성합성시스템의 음질을 결정하는 주요 요소들은 합성의 기본단위, 합성방법, 음운학적 전처리방법 및 운율조절방법이다. 한소리 합성시스템은 반음소를 음성합성의 기본단위로 하고, 형식형태소를 이용 음성학적 전처리를 실행하며, 개선된 한국어 운율조절방법이 적용되고, 음성단편조합방식을 합성방식을 사용한다. 청취실험결과 매우 한소리 합성시스템의 합성음이 자연스러움을 알 수 있다.

레이저 시스템의 정밀한 동작시점 제어를 위해서 초정밀 동기용 시간 지연 발생기(time delay generator)를 제작하였다. 제작된 장치는 8 비트 delay line IC를 조합하여 구현하였으며 사용자 프로그램에서 지연 시간과 펄스폭을 설정할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 RS232 통신 방식으로 설정 값을 전달할 수 있도록 하였고 모듈 단위로 2 개의 채널을 사용할 수 있도록 하였으며 7 비트 어드레싱 방식의 $I^2C$(Inter IC Bus)를 이용할 경우 최대 127 개의 모들을 동작시킬 수 있도록 하였다.

바보상자로 불리던 TV가 제3의 혁명을 시작했다. 디지털TV(DTV) 전송방식을 둘러싼 정부와 방송업계간 논란이 4년 만에 타결됐기 때문이다. 지난 7월8일 진대제 정보통신부 장관, 노성대 방송위원장, 정연주 KBS 사장, 신학림 전국언론노동조합 위원장 등 4인 대표로 구성된‘DTV 비교시험 추진 4인 위원회’가 서울 마포의 홀리데이인 호텔에서 만나 DTV 전송방식에 관한 최종 합의문을 작성했다.
