빅데이터 기술은 기업의 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 혁신 기술 중 하나로 급성장하고 있는 가운데 농업 분야 또한 빅데이터를 활용한 경쟁력 제고와 미래 산업으로의 발전이 중요 당면과제로 부상하고 있다. 해외의 경우 농업 빅데이터를 활용한 스타트업이 빠른 속도로 증가하며 성장하는 반면 국내의 경우 생산 분야 일부 농업 벤처 외에는 빅데이터 활용이 미흡한 실정이다. 또한 기업의 빅데이터 활용수준이나 활용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구가 대기업이나 특정 산업에 국한되어 이루어지고 있으며, 연구마다 영향요인 변수의 검증결과가 상이하게 나타나 산업/기업특성에 따라 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 농업벤처기업에서 새로운 ICT인 빅데이터를 도입하고 사용하는 데 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고, 이를 통해 기대하는 편익에 대해 파악함으로써 활용을 촉진할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 빅데이터가 조직의 프로세스를 변화시키고, 최고경영층의 지원이 필수적이며, 기업이 처한 환경적 압박에 대응할 수 있는 수단으로 보고 기술·조직·환경(TOE: Technology-Organization-Environment) 프레임워크를 기반으로 혁신확산이론(Diffusion of Innovation Theory) 모형을 결합하여 본 연구에 적합한 변수들을 도출한 후 이들 변수간의 인과관계를 설정하여 연구모형을 구성하였다. 이에 따라 TOE모형의 기술적 요인에 관한 변수로는 혁신확산이론 변수인 상대적이점, 호환성, 복잡성을 채택하였고, 조직적 요인에 관한 변수로 최고경영층 지원, 비용부담능력을, 환경적 요인에 관한 변수로는 법적·정책적 지원, 경쟁자 압력을 채택하였다. 이들 3가지 요인에 속한 7가지 변수들과 빅데이터 사용의도와 기대편익 간의 관련성, 그리고 농업벤처 사업분야의 조절효과에 대한 8개의 가설을 설정하였다. 본 연구는 실제 농업벤처기업 종사자 대상 설문을 통한 실증연구를 통해 벤처 현장에서의 빅데이터 활용수준을 높이기 위한 기술적, 조직적, 환경적 관점의 정책 개선방안을 제시하고, 생산/가공/유통 등 사업분야별 비교를 통해 영향요인의 중요도 차이를 규명해 영역별로 차별적이고 효과적인 정책 방향성을 도출하는 데 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

This study is performed to measure a performance of IMS using Delone & McLean's Information Success Model as a practical analysis for IMS implementation and their effects. For this, I reviewed the pre-research literatures to attain the measurement factors for IMS implementation and information system success model. For inspecting the hypotheses, answered the questionaries to the IMS managers. The results are as follows: the first, to improve the user's will, they have to focus on the service quality. The second, to improve the user's satisfaction, focus on the system quality. Finally, which affect on the performance is user's will rather than satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to establish the initial computerized management database which can be applied to a universal project management computer system for managing universal project management and operation. Database construction model presented in this paper suggested the model of organization, activity and operation of bridge construction(two abutment-three-span) based on the organization information classification system of the facility classification, functional component classification, work classification, resource classification. Database model established in this study are considered to be able to take advantage of a very systematic and scientific management for future universal project management and operations.

This study aims to increase effectiveness of human resources management of food service industry by identifying relationships if influence among leadership of manager supervisor, employee' empowerment and organizational effectiveness in food service industry. To achieve the purpose of this study, documentary study and empirical study using a structural equation model analysis was conducted. Based upon the relationships among leadership, empowerment and organizational effectiveness in food service industry, comprehensive methods for human resources management can be presented.

본 연구는 변혁적 리더십이 조직몰입을 통해 창의성에 미치는 관계모형 측면에서 연구가 이루어졌다. 연구를 위해 직무의 특성상 공통점이 있고 매일의 수업상황에서 창의성이 요구되는 사립유아교육기관에서 근무하는 207명의 유아교사들을 분석대상으로 하였다. 연구결과는 변혁적 리더십이 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 조직몰입은 창의성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 조직몰입은 변혁적 리더십과 창의성간의 정(+)적 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 구성원이 조직의 목표에 부합하는 창의성을 발휘하도록 하는 조직몰입의 역할을 실증하였다는 점에서 그리고 실무적으로 리더의 변혁적 리더십 행위가 구성원의 조직몰입을 이끌어내면서 조직에 유용한 창의성 발휘를 높일 수 있다는 전략적 제안을 마련하였다는 점에서 그 시사점을 찾을 수 있다.

According to several researches and news reports on the lottery system for a school entrance, the private education fee, lower quality of education and classroom crisis at our real education settings are serious. The author analyses that those problems are not because of the lottery system for a school entrance itself, because of not changing the lecturing to all the students in a class into proper teaching and learning method for school condition regards to the lottery system changed 30 years ago. The lottery system makes that the different levels of students are in one class. The author recommends changing the general lecturing into the teaching and learning method by using the information processing models which are made for individual study. She also interprets the synthesis level of a information processing model for the use of teachers and librarians. The synthesis level is most ambiguous process for students when they organize the information gathered into a report.

The aims of this study are to investigate the influence of the newly developed cataloging rule, RDA on the LIS cataloging education and to propose Korean LIS cataloging curriculum in a time of RDA. This study specially intended to examine the coexistence of the AACR and RDA and its implications on the LIS cataloging curricula design in the limited time of the course of study. For this purpose, this study examined the rapidly changing cataloging circumstances and how it affects on the cataloging education in LIS. This study also explored the students' as well as instructors' opinion and demand on cataloging education specially regarding RDA. As a result, this paper designed a cataloging education model including RDA curriculum and it also suggested cataloging syllabus based on the education model.

It is searched that 56 out of 185 university libraries(30.2%) has adopted 'subject specialization' organization. This 'subject specialization' emerged when university libraries began to care about their users and services for them more than other factors in planning and structuring their organization. The number of university libraries which try to adopt that organization has been continuously increasing. To settle 'subject specialization' in the university libraries under Korea's proper condition and to maximize its effect, each library should consider one's own conditions and step the reasonable procedure in adopting that system. Considering the similar condition which the university libraries in Korea face such as shortage of material support, 'Mixed Model of subject specialization" is reasonable, which means in whole structure of library function-oriented organization is adopted and in Reference Service, subject specialization is adopted. However, the ideal and final destination of Korea's university libraries is the adoption of 'Full subject specialized model": it can be reached when they are supported by sufficient human resources and good conditions.

Recently, many Korean construction companies have tried to modify organization structures in order to increase the performance profit while coping with environmental changes in the construction market. Most Korean construction companies are adapting to environmental changes and devote various struggle for maximizing the result of receiving order. Especially, the organization structure of Marketing Divisions is the important for management performance and is the important key elements to attain the management goals. This research on construction companies organization has never been dealt before in korea. Through this research, the relationship between construction environmental changes and management performance profit is proven and is reflected when making the Marketing Divisions. It suggests the Marketing Divisions structure model by business type and receiving order type. Also, the result of this research could be used the important basic data that is necessary to the organization model development and this model development can be prepared for facing the new environmental changes in the near future.

The purpose of this research is to explain what affects the volunteer center's performance on the basis on the program logic model. We assume that internal factors and external factors influence the organizational performance. For the empirical analysis, we use SUR(seemingly unrelated regression). The major findings of this research are as follows: Frist, organizational budget as internal factors are important influential factors. Second, civil society's capacity variable and stakeholder's support variable affect positively volunteer center's performance. Third, the contract out variable's effect as an operation types is not proven statistically. In case of estimating the multi organizational performance, lastly, the SUR method is prefer to the OLS method in the aspect methodology. However, more systemic study is complemented the panel data for organizational performance.
