최근의 서비스 마케팅 문헌은 서비스 조직의 경쟁력 향상의 방편으로 서비스 고객에게 관심을 집중하고 있는 실정이다. 특히 서비스 고객은 부분적 종업원으로 인식될 수 있기 때문에 서비스 조직에 대해 참여행동을 나타낼 수 있으며, 이를 통해서 서비스 조직은 추가적 비용 없이 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 이에 따라 고객행동 관리가 강조되고는 있으나 아직까지 실증적 연구의 주제로는 거의 다루어지고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구는 지금까지 간과되었던 부분인 고객참여가 고객만족에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대한 메카니즘을 실증적으로 분석하기 위해, 고객참여의 영향을 매개하는 변수로서 서비스 성과와 기대를 제시하는 연구모델을 설정하였다. 구성개념을 측정하기 위해 관련 문헌들을 참고하였으며, 본 연구의 서비스 상황에 적합하도록 수정을 가하였다. 최근에 교육 서비스와 병원 서비스를 제공받은 경험이 있는 대학생을 대상으로 구조방정식을 사용하여 분석한 결과, 연구모델의 적합도는 양호하였으며 모든 연구가설이 지지되었다. 참여는 매개변수로 제시된 성과, 기대와 유의한 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났으며, 성과와 기대는 또한 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 통해서 서비스 관리자는 종업원과 마찬가지로 서비스 고객을 적극적으로 관리할 필요성이 있고, 특히 고객의 서비스 성과지각과 서비스 기대에 더욱 관심을 기울여야 함을 이해할 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 이러한 실증결과에 대한 시사점을 논의하였고 미래연구를 위한 방향을 제시하였다.

Workflow systems are software systems that control the execution of long-term processes. Members of an organization are in charge of executing processes. A work assignment policy, i.e who should perform a certain piece of process, has to be modeled and implemented in workflow systems. Organizations may have a large variety of problems in work assignment, and it may not be feasible to devise a single model to cover all problems. In this paper, we introduce generality to work assignment design problems in workflow systems We provide a meta-model based approach which enables us to define arbitrary problem oriented work assignment policies.

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between communications satisfaction and service quality perceived by the case managers in the long-term care institutions. For this, multiple regression analysis was conducted for the 104 case managers who were selected from the 48 long-term care institutions in Seoul metropolitan city and Kyungki province. The results showed that the communication satisfaction of care mangers was statistically significant variable in predicting the level of service quality. Based on the results, several practical implications were provided.

The organization and company's effort to improve software qualify contributes to the increase of software productivity and quality in some sense. However, it has not been a solution of root causes. This result is caused not because of people or technology, but process in-stitutionalization. Recently SQA (Software Quality Assurance), which provide mechanism to make sure that the software development process and products follow the assigned requirements, plan and standards, is applied to achieve the quality improvements. Several standards and models are developed for SQA activities. However, those standards and mode]s are written in form and do not provide information related to the detailed procedures, methods and outputs. Therefore, the organizations that want to adopt those models or standards have to put a lot of effort to acquire the knowledge about the models and to set up SQA Process that is tailored to meet organization's goal and objectives. In this research, we developed SQA support package to support the organization to develop their SQA process in more convenient and systematic ways. With this package, the organizations can establish SQA Process by tailoring those features necessary to reflect organization's characteristics. We expect this package contribute the organizations in a way that it reduce the effort and cost for establishing SQA process.

Recently, several studies have reported on the successful repair of osteochondral defects by transplantation of cultured chondrocytes, but the method requires a sufficient number of cells obtained from the donor site in the articular cartilage. This can potentially be overcome by the use of undifferentiated or partially developed cartilage precursor cells drived from early embryos and fetal tissue. Neonatal cartilage unlike adult cartilage has the capacity for rapid regeneration. the purpose of this study is to determine effective regeneration method using early cartilage precursors for tissue-engineered cartilage. Cells isolated from neonatal (immediately postpartum, 2 hours of age) SD rats were seeded onto biodegradable polymer matrices and transplanted in nude mice's subcutaneous sites for 4 and 8 weeks. Tissue-engineered cartilage showed gross and histologic evidences similar to native articular cartilage.

본 연구는 데이터 품질개선을 위해 사용자들에게 베타데이터 관리 시스템 사용의도에 영향을 줄 수 있는 주요 요인들이 무엇이 있는지 식별해보고 요인간의 관련성을 분석 하였다. 최근 이슈화고 있는 Data Architecture, Data Integration, Data Quality 프로젝트를 계획 또는 경험이 있는 조직 IT담당자들을 대상으로 메타데이터 관리 시스템 사용의도 설문을 하였고, SPSS를 이용하여 통계적 희귀분석을 수행하였다. 분석에서 이를 설명하는 연구모형으로 정보기술수용모델(Technology Acceptance Model:TAM)을 적용하였으며, 사용 용이성(Perceived easy of use), 유용성(perceived usefulness)에 영향을 주는 외생변수로는 개인의 데이터 품질개선의도, 동기부여, 조직의 지원 등으로 나타났다. 분석결과 데이터품질 개선의도가 시스템 사용의도에 영향이 있음을 실증하였고, 사회적 요인(동기부여, 조직의 기원) 모두 유용성에는 영향을 미쳤으나 사용 용이성에는 유의하지 많은 결과를 보였다. 이 연주에서는 조직이 데이터 품질 개선을 위해 메타데이터 관리시스템을 사용하고자 할 경우 고려사항과 향후 사용자 관점의 기술수용들을 확장된 연구를 수행하여 데이터품질 개선에 방안들을 탐색할 것을 제안하였다.

다수의 소방공무원이 화재나 고온 조건 등에 노출되어 화상을 입고 심리적 신체적 고통 받고 있다. 화상 관련 연구는 피부조직의 비선형성, 혈류에 의한 열전달 분석의 불확실성 등 신체 내부의 복잡한 물리현상으로 인하여 국내에서는 연구가 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 따라 화상 예측에 대한 연구를 기반으로 화상을 방지할 수 있는 예방법이 필요하며, 화상 예측의 기초 연구로 피부조직의 형상 모델링 및 열물성치를 정확하게 파악하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 피부조직의 형상 및 열물성치와 관련된 기존 연구를 수집 및 정리하여 향후 화상 예측시 좋은 결과를 얻을 수 있도록 하는 데에 그 목적이 있다.

프로젝트를 수행함에 있어서 빈번한 소프트웨어의 변경을 관리하는 작업은 필수적이다. 안드로이드 플랫폼은 거듭된 업그레이드와 제조사에 특화된 다양한 기능의 추가로 프레임워크가 점점 복잡해지고 있다. 특히 안드로이드 단말 개발에는 여러 조직이 유기적으로 연관되어 있기에, 안드로이드 플랫폼의 변경내역은 관련 조직들과 연계되어 변경이 제어되어야 한다. 이로 인해 모델 별 변경내역을 분석하고 이를 관련 조직 내에 원활하게 공유하는 것은 매우 중요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 단말 제조사에서 자사에 특화된 서비스를 위해 변경한 안드로이드 플랫폼의 공개 API 변경내역을 추출하는 방법과 이를 관리하기 위한 관련 조직들의 연계활동을 소개한다.

본 연구는 우리나라 ICT기업들을 대상으로 가족친화적 기업문화가 조직몰입 및 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 본 연구에서는 대표적 가족친화적 프로그램인 근무제도와 휴가제도들이 조직몰입과 직무성과에 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치며 또한, 한국 ICT 기업들만이 가지는 특징을 실증분석을 통하여 알아보고자 한다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅은 인터넷 기술을 기반으로 소프트웨어, 스토리지, OS 등의 가상화된 IT 자원 서비스로서 이용한 만큼 비용을 지불하는 방식으로 제공된다. 따라서 이를 이용하는 사용자 또는 조직이 IT 자원의 유지비용을 절감할 수 있는 이점이 있다. 하지만 기존의 단일 클라우드 서비스 모델은 가용성 문제, vendor lock-in 문제 등의 해결하기 어려운 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이에 따라 최근 클라우드 서비스 간 상호작용을 통해 기존 단일 클라우드의 문제를 해결하고자 하는 모델에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 앞서 언급한 모델을 hybrid 클라우드 서비스 모델이라 칭한다. 현재까지 hybrid 클라우드 서비스 모델은 multi-cloud, inter-cloud, collaborative-cloud 등 크게 세 가지 형태로 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 hybrid 클라우드 서비스 모델에 대한 전반적인 내용을 분석하고, 서로 다른 클라우드 서비스 간 상호작용 과정에서 새롭게 발생할 수 있는 보안 문제를 분석한다.
