조우내(대표 이우백)는 지난 11월 3일 파주 출판단지에 위치한 본사에서 100여 명의 고객들과 관계자들이 참석한 가운데 다이니폰스크린 코리아의(대표 전익성) 풀 컬러 초고속 잉크젯 프린팅시스템 Truepress Jet520ZZ의 도입식을 가졌다. 이번 도입으로 조우니는 현재 보유하고 있는 트루프레스셋520 작업라인을 더욱 확장해 One to One 마케팅 시장을 대상으로 최신 생산설비를 갖추고 신속하게 대응할 수 있는 시스템을 공고하게 됐다. 조우니는 지난 1969년, 전산용지를 생산 판매한 이래 40여 년 동안 다양한 제품의 개발과 생산으로 전산관련 업무설계, 처리 및 통계, 전산출력, 봉입발송에 이르기까지 DM토탈 솔루션을 전문적으로 공급해 왔다.

The vessel encounter data collected from the vessel trajectories in the maritime traffic situation is possible to analyze vessel collision and near-collision risk using statistical method. In this study, analyzing variables extracted from the vessel encounter data using factor analysis, we determine main factors effecting vessel collision risk from vessel encounter data. In order to calculate each factor, it used principal component analysis for factor analysis after normalization and standardization of vessel encounter variables. As a result of the factor analysis, main effect factors are summarized into the vessel approach factor and collision avoidance variance factor.

This study is described for the RAMS activities of performed to 2008.12 ~ 2010.10 KTX CTC Project. RAMS activities follow EN50126, EN50128, EN50129. CENELEC standards(EN50126, EN50128, EN50129) to the System Development Life-cycle are defined. This study is RAMS activities of life-cycle that can be found to satisfy SIL2. In addition, assessment of the ISA was completed. This paper is describe RAMS activities results of each phase and Safety Case according to Verification/Validation result.

The primary purpose of the safety management is to prevent the loss of lives or physical damages arising from potential hazards in the railway signaling system. Since such potential hazards may occur at any time during the system life-cycle from design and development to maintenance, safety management activities have to be continuously taken in the course of the system life-cycle. VTS에서 정보제공실적은 대내 외적으로 많이 활용되며, VTS 성과평가 자료로 중요하게 활용되고 있다. 지금까지 VTS에서 산정되는 정보제공 실적은 대부분 관제사가 관제업무 중 정보제공 발생시 관제일지에 수기로 기록하고 있으나, 선박관제 및 선박모니터링, PORT-MIS 등 여러 업무를 수행하고 있는 관제사가 정보제공 실적을 일일이 기록하는데 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 객관적인 정보제공 실적 산출을 위해 VHF 음성 자료 및 선박간 조우데이터를 분석하여 선박교통데이터 기반의 선박 안전정보 제공 회귀모형식을 도출하고자 한다.

2010년부터 최근 5년간 해양안전심판원의 충돌사고 통계분석 결과에 따르면 98%가 인적과실이 원인이 될 정도로 경계소홀 등 해기사에 의한 운항과실이 해양사고의 대부분을 차지하고 있으나 그동안 외국뿐만 아니라 국내에서도 이에 대한 연구는 극히 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 항해중인 선박이 타 선박과 6가지 유형(Head-on, $045^{\circ}$, $090^{\circ}$, $135^{\circ}$, Overtaking, Overtaken)의 다른 방위각으로 조우 상황시 양 선박의 거리가 가까워지면서 거리별 항해당직사관인 해기사가 느끼는 스트레스(주관적 위험도)를 실제 항해중인 선박에 승선하여 실험하였고 획득한 데이터를 통계적으로 분석 및 처리하였다. 데이터를 곡선적합(Curve fitting) 적용 결과 6가지 조우각도별 거리에 따른 연속 데이터 획득이 가능 하였고 인적과실의 주요 원인 중의 하나인 타 선박 조우 상황시 해기사가 느끼는 스트레스 일반화 모델을 위한 기초 식을 제안하였다. 이러한 결과는 향후 해기사의 인적과실을 줄여 해양사고 예방을 위한 기초 자료로 활용 할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to research the costume styles during the Silla(新羅), and Paekje dynasty[百濟] in 'Seodong tale'. In those days, costume form, color, pattern, and ornaments played an important role in representing the differences in social status. The Methodology of this study is reviewing and researching the symbolic meaning and classifying the types of the style of the Costume in 'Seodong tale' through the antique records and tombs bequests and expressing the clothing of the appearance people in the picture. This study is about the costume styles representing the differences in social status during the Silla and Baekje dynasty in 'Seodong tale'. Sedong wore 'Heug Geon(黑巾)' and 'Yu', 'Ko(袴)'. The king of Silla, Jinpyung wore Tree and Antler-typed Diadem and 'Po(袍)' with 'GwaDae(銙帶)' and Earrings, Necklaces, Rings. The servant of Baekje wore 'Eunmhwakwansik[silver crown]' and 'Jangyu' bound the silver belt and 'Ko'. Silla Princess of the court, Seonhwa wore Feathered Trim with Conical hat, and 'Yu' bound the belt and 'SangdongChima' and Earrings, Necklaces, Bracelets, Rings. Sedong's mother's hair style was 'Eonjeunmeori' and wore 'Yu' and 'Ko'. The queen of Baeje, Seonhwa wore 'Keumhwasik[Gold crown]', and 'Po' bound the belt and Earrings, Necklaces, Bracelets.
