A Study on the Ship Collision Avoidance Model considered Speed (속력을 고려한 선박충돌회피모델에 관한 연구)

  • From a point of view of suggesting the method to avoid ship's collision, the speed of ships has to be considered sufficiently according to encounter angle of ships. But with respect to the establishment of Safe-Guard Ring of Ship Collision Avoidance Support Model in Close Quarters Situation that had been newly studied to avoid ship's collision, the ratio of own ship' speed to a target ship's speed was limited to about less than 1.7. Therefore in this paper, as doing a study concerned with the establishment of Safe-Guard Ring reflected the encounter angle and the speed of ships, we will propose the new model of ship collision avoidance for safe maneuver of ship's collision avoidance.

  • As the substantial increase in battlefield density, multiple and complex weapon systems, Ensuring the Survivability of the platform has been emphasized. Most of platforms have equipped with ASE (Aircraft Survivability Equipment) system in order to protect the platform and operator against at modernized hostile weapon. ASE system enhance the survivability of the platform through providing accurate situation awareness information by detecting and countermeasuring hostile threats. One of Key factor of the AE system performance is handling multiple and complex threats. In this study, it describes the fact that the performance of ASE system with proposed threat integration algorithm is verified in the developed threat emulation system and also, suggests system verification method before deployment by dealing with complex threat situation.

  • For artificial cultivation of Phellinus baumii, we have conducted a study on cultural characteristics and condition of fruitbody formation in sawdust cultivation. Mycelial density and incubation rate were higher in oak sawdust+rice bran (4 : 1) medium than oak sawdust 100% medium. However, primordia and fruitbody formation were higher in oak sawdust 100% medium than rice bran added medium. Bigger bottle capacity (1,100 ml) resulted in a little higher yield and more biological efficiency than 850 ml bottle.

  • Korea coastal area is highly potential dangerous zone of marine accident due to frequent ship's encounters. VTS center can't identify ship's information because of beyond VHF range. It is also difficult of us to efficiently manage vessel traffic beyond VTS control area, so that it can't prevent marine accident. Presently, korean government is conducting maritime traffic safety assessment according to enlargement of harbor & development of new port but do not have the system which provide danger of information depending on maritime traffic environment with real time. So it is necessary to develop evaluation index which can assess sea risk through the evaluation of maritime traffic environment. In this paper, on the basis of vessel navigator's risk consciousness, we carried out survey & statistical analysis vessel navigator's subjective risk depending on the LOA, crossing situation($045^{\circ}$, $090^{\circ}$, $135^{\circ}$), overtaking, head-on situation, encountering vessel's side, within or outside harbor, speed with other vessel(ex. same, fast or slow), speed difference with other vessel and distance with other vessel & propose basic expression to develop maritime traffic safety evaluation model. And by using this model, we can confirm that this proposing expression is suitable for domestic maritime traffic environment.

  • Up to now a lot of the study on ship collision avoidance systems has proceeded actively. However the frequency of ship collision accidents didn't decreased. If there is collision risk in close quarters situation none the less manouvering ship for collision avoidance according to the system, only use of TCPA and DCPA as input factor for collision risk decision is not useful to avoiding collision action. For the recent 5 years by the analysis of first observation distance about approaching ship in domestic collision accidents, nearly $45\%$ of accidents is close first observation less than 2 miles. Therefor it is essential part for safety navigations to study for collision avoidance action in close encounter. In this paper, as foundation study of supporting collision avoidance manoeuvring for navigators, we proposed ship collision avoidance support model in close quarters situation through analysis of collision accidents for effective getting rid of the causes.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 학생의 주도적 학습을 돕는 하브루타 학습방법을 대학의 비대면 실시간 온라인 수업에서 활용할 수 있는 하브루타 학습모델 개발과 그 적용 가능성을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 온라인 학습환경에서 하브루타 학습법 적용사례에 대한 선행연구 고찰과 관련 이론들을 분석하고 하브루타 수업운영 경험자 2인의 인터뷰를 통해 비대면 실시간 온라인 수업 상황에서 적용 가능한 학습 모델안을 고안할 것이다. 이를 하브루타 수업 운영 경험이 풍부한 6인의 전문가를 대상으로 수업 모델안의 적절성과 적용가능성에 대한 평가를 실시하여 비대면 실시간 온라인 수업을 위한 하브루타 학습모델을 개발하고자 한다. 이 연구를 통해 비대면으로 수업을 해야 하는 상황에서도 학습자의 주도적 학습을 가능하게 함으로써 학습효과를 높여 미래 사회에 필요한 역량을 개발하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이라고 기대한다.

  • 본 연구는 대학의 실시간 비대면 수업에서의 문제중심학습 수업모형 개발과 그 적용가능성 탐색을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 선행연구 및 문헌분석을 통해 문제중심학습의 특징 및 수업운영 전략 등에 대하여 고찰하고, 문제중심학습 수업운영 경험자 3인의 인터뷰를 통해 실시간 비대면 수업 상황에서 적용 가능한 수업모형을 개발할 것이다. 이를 문제중심학습 수업 운영 경험이 풍부한 5인의 전문가를 대상으로 수업모형의 적절성과 적용가능성에 대한 평가를 실시하여 실시간 비대면 수업에서 적용 가능한 문제중심학습 수업모형을 개발하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 학습자가 실시간 비대면 수업상황에서 주어진 문제 해결을 위해 협력하고 창의적 사고를 하며 주도적으로 학습에 임하게 함으로써 미래사회에 필요한 역량을 개발하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이라고 기대한다.

  • In ports of Korea, the marine traffic flow is congested due to a large number of vessels coming in and going out. In order to improve the safety and efficiency of these vessels, South Korea is operating with a Vessel Traffic System, which is monitoring its waters 24-7. However despite these efforts of the VTS (Vessel Traffic System) officers, marine accidents are occurring in their assigned districts. VTS Officers are controlling subjectively based on their experience due to no VTS guideline. On this paper, we listened to Busan VHF channel for 3days and applied to collision risk model. With collision risk model, We deducted a moment which advise or recommend to vessel in encounter situation, VTSO's career, day&night.. We suggested a collision risk value as guide line of VTSO's control time.
