  • In this paper, we propose an algorithm for analyzing personal health log information in android environment, providing personal health log information in android environment, providing personalized exercise information and monitoring the condition of pedestrians. Personal health log data collection is performed based on raw data of user using MPU6050 sensor based on Arduino. Noise was removed and age threshold was applied to distinguish movement information. In addition, to protect personal information, safety is enhanced by providing anti-compilation prevention and encryption/decryption of APK file, and the result of movement information collection is measured according to sensor location. Experimental results showed that the MPU6050 sensor mounted one the ankle wsa measured 98.97% more accurately then the wrist. In addition, the loading time of SEED 128 bit encryption based DEX file has the average time of 0.55ms, minimizing the overhead.

  • We Have fabricated a holographic polymer-dispersed liquid crystal (HPDLC) thin film, which is composed of multifunctional acrylate monomer blended with the nematic liquid crystal mixture, and then investigated the real-time diffraction efficiencies for various amounts of liquid crystals and applied AC electric fields. It is experimentally shown that the holographic gratings recorded in the HPDLC film can be reversibly erased and reconstructed by switching on and off an appropriate applied AC electric field. By use of these electro-optic properties we have developed bifocal holographic lenses having two different focal lengths of 30cm and 40 cm.

  • QR Code has been used in various forms such as simple business cards and URLs. Recently, the influence of Corona 19 Fundemik has led to the use of QR Codes to track travel routes through visits and entry / exit records, and QR Code usage has skyrocketed. In this way, most people have come to use it in the masses and are constantly under threat. In the case of QR Code, you do not know what you are doing until you execute it. Therefore, if you undoubtedly execute a QR Code with a malicious URL inserted, you will be directly exposed to security threats. Therefore, this paper provides a cloud-based malware QR Code detection system that can make a normal connection only when there is no abnormality after determining whether it is a malicious QR Code when scanning the QR Code.

  • Along with the growth of u-Healthcare, we propose a security enhancement based on network separation for CloudHIS with for handling healthcare information to cope with cyber attack. To protect against all security threats and to establish clear data security policies, we apply desktop computing servers to cloud computing services for CloudHIS. Use two PCs with a hypervisor architecture to apply physical network isolation and select the network using KVM switched controller. The other is a logical network separation using one PC with two OSs, but the network is divided through virtualization. Physical network separation is the physical connection of a PC to each network to block the access path from both the Internet and the business network. The proposed system is an independent desktop used to access an intranet or the Internet through server virtualization technology on a user's physical desktop computer. We can implement an adaptive solution to prevent hacking by configuring the CloudHIS, a cloud system that handles medical hospital information, through network separation for handling security enhancement.

  • This study proposes a malware classification model that can handle arbitrary length input data using the Microsoft Malware Classification Challenge dataset. We are based on imaging existing data from malware. The proposed model generates a lot of images when malware data is large, and generates a small image of small data. The generated image is learned as time series data by Dynamic RNN. The output value of the RNN is classified into malware by using only the highest weighted output by applying the Attention technique, and learning the RNN output value by Residual CNN again. Experiments on the proposed model showed a Micro-average F1 score of 92% in the validation data set. Experimental results show that the performance of a model capable of learning and classifying arbitrary length data can be verified without special feature extraction and dimension reduction.

  • Prediction problem of the time-series data has been a research issue for a long time among many researchers and a number of methods have been proposed in the literatures. In this paper, a method is proposed that similarities among time-series data are examined by use of Hidden Markov Model and Likelihood and future direction of the data movement is determined. Query sequence is modeled by Hidden Markov Modeling and then the model is examined over the pre-recorded time-series to find the subsequence which has the greatest similarity between the model and the extracted subsequence. The similarity is evaluated by likelihood. When the best subsequence is chosen, the next portion of the subsequence is used to predict the next phase of the data movement. A number of experiments with different parameters have been conducted to confirm the validity of the method. We used KOSPI to verify suggested method.

  • Roblox, the world's No. 1 metaverse platform, has more than 3 billion subscription accounts and more than 150 millionmonthly active users (MAU). Despite such high interest in metaverse, existing studies on analyzing the risk of cyberattacks and security in the metaverse environment is insufficient. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a new steganography-basedcovert communication method in Roblox. In our proposed method, a secret message is hidden into an image by using a function provided in the Roblox Experience environment and then the image is automatically stored in the RobloxExperience participants' devices (PC or Smartphone) so that a malicious software can extract the hidden message fromthe image. By our experiments in the Roblox metaverse environment, we validated our proposed method works and thus want to inform our proposed method can be used in various cyberattacks and crimes such as the spread of secret commands, the establishment of a steganography botnet, and the mass distribution of malicious malware in metaverse platforms.

  • Purpose: Recently, enterococcus spp. have become one of the most common nosocomial pathogens with increasing rates of multi-drug resistance. However, study on enterococcal urinary tract infections (UTIs) in children is very limited, especially community acquired UTIs. We studied the clinical characteristics of enterococcus spp. in community acquired UTIs and antibiotic resistance within our urban area. Methods: All children with first episode of community acquired UTIs due to enterococcus spp. and Echerichia coli who were admitted in Pusan National University Children's Hospital between January 2010 and January 2013 were included in our study. We retrospectively reviewed their medical records. Results: During the study period, 201 patients were identified to have first episode of community acquired UTIs. 154 cases were E.coli UTIs (76.6%) and 11 cases were enterococcal UTIs (5.5%) and all enterococcus spp. were Enterococcus feacalis. In enterococcal UTI group, voiding cystourethrogram(VCUG) was performed in 7/11 patients and demonstrated 4 vesicoureteral refluxes (VURs) with renal scar and 3 patients underwent corrective surgery. In E.coli UTI group, VCUG was performed in 121/154 patients and demonstrated 23 VURs and 11 patients underwent corrective surgery. Enterococcal group had significant high rate of underlying urinary abnormalities and surgical corrections compared with E. coli group. All enterococcus spp. were susceptible to ampicillin, vancomycin and linezolid, but all were resistant to tetracycline. They also showed 71.4% resistance to trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole and 20% resistance to ciprofloxacin. Conclusion: Community acquired enterococcal UTIs in children were rare within our urban area. However, they could be indicative of severe underlying urinary tract abnormalities.

  • Background: Following the implantation of heart valve prostheses, it is important to maintain therapeutic INR to reduce the risk of thromboembolism. The objective of this study was to suggest a practical dosing guideline for Korean outpatients with prosthetic heart valves managed by a pharmacist-run anticoagulation service (ACS). Material and Method: A retrospective chart review was completed for all patients enrolled in the ACS at Seoul National University Hospital from March, 1997 to September, 2000. Patients who were at least 6 months post-valve replacement and had nontherapeutic INR value (less than 2.0 or greater than 3.0) were included. The data on 688 patients (1,782 visits) requiring dosing adjustment without any known drug or food interaction with warfarin were analyzed. The amount of adjusted dose and INR changes based on the INR at the time of the event were calculated. Aortic valve replacements (AVR) patients and mitral or double valve replacement (MVR/DVR) patients were evaluated separately. Result: Two methods for the warfarin dosage adjustment were suggested: Guideline I (mg-based total weekly dose (TWD) adjustment), Guideline II (percentage-based TWD adjustment). The effectiveness of Guideline 1 was superior to Guideline II overall in patients with both AVR and MVR/DVR. Conclusion: The guideline suggested in this study could be useful when the dosage adjustment of wafarin is necessary in outpatients with mechanical heart valves.
