Recently, large-scale projects are required in the water resources sector considering safety and publicitythe due to uncertainty of securing water resources and changes in the ecological environment by climate change. Among these large-scale projects, the projects that fall under the preliminary feasibility study are determined by comprehensive analysis based on economic analysis, policy analysis, and balanced regional development analysis. However, most of the results of the preliminary feasibility study showed a tendency to depend heavily on economic analysis. For this reason, projects in non-metropolitan areas sometimes fail in the preliminary feasibility study. To supplement this point, the Korea Development Institute revised the standard guidelines for preliminary feasibility studies for water resources sector projects that place a high weight on policy feasibility analysis. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the cases of the preliminary feasibility study conducted previously and to suggest the direction of policy analysis in the preliminary feasibility study for water resources sector projects. For this, we analyze preliminary feasibility studies conducted for 18 years from 2002 to 2019, and suggest direction of policy analysis method using the benefit items not included in the economic analysis.

This research purpose to improve the qualification items for electronic commerce manager. Former qualification system for the electronic commerce manager was executed 11 times from year 2000 to 2005. To improve the standard for test questions and contents of qualification items, we reviewed literatures about job analysis for electronic commerce manager, electronic commerce curriculum, e-Business market and other countries' similar qualification systems and items. We also analysed the job related knowledge, skill, and abilities using job analysis by DACUM method, subject matter experts interview and workshop committee for development and validation of qualification items. Based on the results of job analysis and DACUM workshop, we derived a job model for electronic commerce manager and then validated it through field survey and additional expert review. Finally we developed and suggested an alternated qualification items using matrix analysis between categorized job knowledge and job tasks.

본 연구는 한국 특산식물이고, IUCN Red List의 EN(위기종) 등급에 속하는 개느삼(Echinosophora koreensis)을 대상으로 자생지 분포, 식생구조 등의 생태적 특성과 현지 내외 보전 방안을 제시하기 위해 수행되었다. 개느삼의 자생지 분포 조사 결과 강원도 양구군 13곳, 인제군 3곳, 춘천시 2곳, 홍천군 1곳 총 19곳에 분포하는 것을 확인하였다. 개느삼 자생지의 해발고도는 169-711m에 분포하는 것으로 나타났고, 평균 해발고도는 375m 인 것으로 조사되었다. 개느삼 자생지의 면적 조사 결과, $8,000-734,000m^2$인 것으로 분석되었고, 평균 $202,789m^2$으로 조사되었다. 개느삼 자생지의 입지환경 분석을 수행한 결과, 자생지 내 우점종은 교목층에서 소나무가 대부분 우점하였고, 아교목층에서는 신갈나무가 우점하는 것으로 분석되었다. 관목층은 생강나무가 우점하였고, 초본층은 모든 조사구에서 개느삼이 우점하는 것으로 분석되었다. 개느삼 자생지의 식생군집분석 결과, 신갈나무, 소나무, 굴참나무 우점 군집 3개 군집으로 분류되었다. 개느삼 자생지를 대상으로 관속식물상을 조사한 결과, 총 82과 204속 289종 4아종 43변종 5품종 341분류군으로 확인되었다. 개느삼의 출현지점을 이용하여 자생지 분포역 예측 model 중 하나인 MaxEnt 분석을 통하여 잠재 분포지 분석을 수행한 결과, AUC값은 0.9762로 분석되었다. 분포예측 자생지는 강원도 양구군, 인제군, 춘천시, 화천군 지역에 집중되어 분포하는 것으로 나타났다.

This study tried to analyze the factors affecting consumers' vehicle selection for the spread of eco-friendly vehicles. We used the energy census data for this purpose, and although the energy census collects useful information from a large number of samples, it has been limitedly used to create simple statistics in many cases. Based on 2,771 transport sector microdata from the 2017 Energy Census, we collected vehicle price, fuel efficiency, and number of vehicle models, which are alternative characteristic variables that change according to consumers' choice, and converted and analyzed data to enable conjoint analysis. The analysis results in two-folds. First, it was confirmed that the official fuel efficiency of a vehicle and the fuel cost, which is affected by changes in the relative price of each fuel, are important variables in selecting an eco-friendly vehicle. In order to achieve the goal of spread of eco-friendly vehicles, it is necessary to develop technologies to improve fuel efficiency and set appropriate electric rates for charging electric vehicles. Second, an increase in the number of vehicle models through the expansion of the eco-friendly car industry and market also affects consumers' choice of eco-friendly vehicles, so efforts to expand the supply of eco-friendly vehicles will be an important factor. In addition, it is also significant that this study showed that the use of the energy census can be diversified by deriving meaningful policy implications using the results of the energy census periodically conducted in the country without a separate survey.

This study aims to analyze the usefulness of the survey procedures developed for telephone surveys using a random sampling method. We conducted a telephone survey of residents in a local area from October 26 to November18,2009. We applied random sampling procedures with five call-backs. Particular attention was given to the conversion of refusals. Out of 2,454 phone numbers, we succeeded in getting responses from 637 numbers. The absence of residents was the primary cause of non-response. We received responses from 45.7% of those with whom we successfully made contact. One finding of this study is that, contrary to our initial expectations, call-backs do not significantly increase the percentage of responses from young people. Also we cannot find any significant differences in responses to various questions between the responses received from the first round of calls and later responses. However, these results are not conclusive; another survey may produce different results. Therefore, further research is needed.

1992년 국민인체측정조사 결과를 이용하여 도시규모, 거주권역에 따른 체위차이유무를 검증한다. 분석결과에 따르면 남자의 경우 청소년층에서 거주권역별 체위차이가 나타났으며, 반면 여자의 경우 장년층에서 그 차이를 나타났다. 본 연구는 이러한 분석결과를 이용하여 보다 경제적인 조사를 수행하기 위한 개선된 표본설계를 제안한다.

본 고에서는 현재 IMT-2000/FPLMTS의 표준화에 대해 가장 적극적으로 추진하고 있는 일본의 차세대 이동통신 연구개발 현황 및 표준화 연구활동에 대해 조사 분석하였다. 일본 이동통신가입자 폭증에 대한 표준화 기관 TTCouncil의 대응책과 차세대 이동통신 시스템에 관한 조사연구회의 활동 결과를 우선소개하고, 표준화 관련 두 기관인 망분야의 TTC와 무선분야의 ARIB에서 추진중인 IMT-2000 표준화 연구조직, 내용 등에 대해서 조사 분석하였다.

본 연구는 신축된 군산대학교 중앙도서관을 대상으로 학생들의 이용 및 만족도를 조사 분석하여 개선점을 파악하고, 보다 나은 도서관이 될 수 있도록 그 방향을 설정하기 위한 것이다. 설문지법을 채택하여 조사 연구를 진행하였으며, 조사대상은 전교생의 10%에 해당하는 740명을 표본으로 선정하여 설문지를 배포하였고, 672명으로부터 설문지를 회수 받았으며 SPSS/PC+를 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다.
