  • In this paper, a vector control system is implemented to drive CRPWM inverter fed induction motor. The rotor flux is estimated using the rotor coordinates flux model and the stator coordinates ramp comparison controller is used as a current controller. The microcontroller 80C196 is used for the computation of the estimation of the rotor flux, the speed controller, the flux controller, the vector rotation, and the phase transformation The current controller is implemented using the analog circuit in order to reduce the burden of the microcontroller. For the proposed system, the digital simulation is performed to examine the feasibility and the superior characteristics of the current controller and the system transient response is verified through the experiment.

  • This paper presents an effective energy saving algorithm for lighting control systems using M&V method in various buildings and factories. It is important to aggregate a various demand side resource which is controllable at the peak power time to reduce the energy cost. Previous demand side algorithm appropriate for building is based on peak power. In this paper, we develop the new energy saving algorithm using M&V method to reduce the quantity of power consumption. The simulation results show that the proposed method is very effective.

  • This paper deals with the modeling and simulation to control the torque and speed of an induction motor using field-oriented control methods. Rotor flux is estimated using the indirect sensing method based on the rotor circuit equation in the synchronously rotation reference frame, and slip angle and rotor position are calculated from rotor angular velocity and stator current. As results of modeling and digital simulation with a voltage source inverter, it is shown that the proposed scheme gives good static and dynamic performance to the induction motor drive.

  • In this paper we propose high performance system with reduced hardware architecture to convert a color tone. Conversion for the color tone of a input image is necessary to calculate the color temperature of the image Conventional way of calculating the temperature uses algorithm using the method calculating 2-D chromaticity coordinates. But it requires bulky hardware[1]. This paper propose the color temperature calculation method about 1-D chromaticity coordinates that reduces the hardware complexity while keeping the performance of the 2-D color temperature algorithm . The proposed method is verified by fLCD-TV system using the Xilinx Virtex FPGA XCV 2000E-6BG560 that has 1344*806 resolution and requires a high-speed 65MHz operation.

  • Until now, the electrical monitoring system had been used of the Graphic-Mosaic panel, which is located to the cellar at the apartment complex. it was inappropriated to man-power and system-organization at apartment complex. for that reason, in this paper IMS is presented. An Intelligent Monitoring System can provide and explanation of real-time opera- state of an electric power apparatus to its operators in apartment complex. IMS is proposed as a model for integration supervisory system whose primary tasks are to communicate line data with host-computer and slave-controller it is based on a generalized version of use-career and a trouble shoot knowledge base for diagnostic problem solving. to operate it, both of controller and its operator-view is deigned by the real-tune O.S TREND 940.

  • This paper is a study on the development of optimal control system for lighting and air conditioning equipment to save the energy in campus environment. In the case of controling system developed through this research, lighting and air conditioner are controlled by both information on the number of people entering and leaving the room through the motion sensor and image processing, and the information on temperature and humidity. In addition, energy saving is enabled by the results that are controlled through data integration monitoring and command execution functions according to the control signals.

  • This paper was proposed drive strategy Induction Motor using the fuzzy algorithm of auto-tuning PID control. In fuzzy control, the 1M driving system is controlled in trial and error without the mathematical modeling and using fuzzy lookup table the real time control is possible. Also, ,dividing the fuzzy rules in several zone, the stability and response of the 1M driving system is improved. The parameters of 1M are varying according to the environmental conditions, the variance of the parameters is affected with the driving characteristics of 1M. Using the fuzzy algorithm of the driving system which has the auto tuning control function for high performance, high accuracy of the driving system, a designed and proposed through the comparision with the PID control method and the driving characteristics is reviewed and analyzed.

  • Various efforts have been made worldwide to respond to environmental problems such as climate change. Research on artificial intelligence (AI)-based energy management has been widely conducted as the most effective way to alleviate the climate change problem. In particular, buildings that account for more than 20% of the total energy delivered worldwide have been focused as a target for energy management using the building energy management system (BEMS). In this paper, we propose a multi-armed bandit (MAB)-based energy management algorithm that can efficiently decide the energy consumption level of the lighting system in each room of the building, while minimizing the discomfort levels of occupants of each room.

  • Recently, As increasing cleanroom size, Stocker system is trending the large size and long distance for LCD material transfer system. In order to rise a rate of production, the manufacturer are on the decrease of total tact time with Stocker system. And the manufacturer are requested to high speed of next generation Stocker system. Therefore, this paper propose Contactless Power Supply(CPS) system about high speed of next generation Stocker system. This paper proposes CPS system is applied in the long distance and straight section with Stocker system. The test results of input/output characteristic and efficiency of CPS system on operating pattern of Stocker system were analyzed, and proved the applicability on commercial use.

  • This paper proposes the hybrid fuzzy control system for fast response time and precision control of auto-equipment which exist disturbance, parameter alteration of system, uncertainty. The purposed system, which provides the improvement in terms of the control region in high speed and precision control, first used the fuzzy control method for fast response time and when the error reaches the preset value, used the frequency-locked method for precision control. The theoretical and experimental studies have been carried out. The presented results from the above investigation show considerably improved performance in the position control of auto-equipment.
