  • 3D rapid prototyping is the manufacturing technology to fabricate a prototype with the data stored in a computer, which differs from conventional casting technology in terms of an additive process. Various 3D rapid prototyping techniques such as stereolithograpy. fused deposition modeling. selective laser sintering, laminated object manufacturing have been developed but among them, 3D inkjet printing has a unique feature that materials could be jetted to directly form the body of a prototype, which could be a finished product functionally and structurally. However, this needs ink with a high solid content, which tends to increase the dynamic viscosity of ink. The increase of ink viscositytends to restrict the jettable range of ink and hence the jetting conditions should be optimized. The intrinsic speed of sound in a hot melt ink with ceramic nanoparticles dispersed is one of key components to determine the jettable range of ink. In this paper, the way to measure the intrinsic speed of sound in a hot melt ceramic ink is proposed and its influence on the jetting condition is discussed.

  • 공업제품이나 소비자제품의 종류가 다양해지고 개방경제하에서의 국제적인 상품 유통과 산업교류가 증가함에 따라 인간이 사용하는 제품이나 환경의 안전성 , 편제성, 더나가서는 괘적성을 보장하기 위해서는 제품이나 환경의 설계, 제작, 생산, 및 유통에 있어 인간공학적인 검토가 소비자 보호의 측면에서 각국의 중요한 관심사로 대두되고 있다. 또한 산업사회가 발전함에 따라 인간-기계- 환경 사이의 합리적인 조화가 점점 더 중요하게 여겨지게 되어 인간공학분야의 국제표준화가 활발하게 이루어 지고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 그간 우리가 등한히 하여온 인간공학분야의 국제표준화 동향을 ISO( International Organization for Standardization) 의 활동을 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다.

  • 제품 개발 초기부터 3차원 CAD를 이용하여 설계를 하고 쾌속조형기를 이용하여 시제품을 제작한 후 이를 이용하여 제품의 성능시험을 하는 새로운 개발공정을 제시하였다. 이 공정을 방향기 개발에 적용함으로써 기존의 시작금형을 이용한 공정보다 제품의 개발기간과 개발비용을 획기적으로 절감할 수 있었다. 또한 설계단계부터 3차원 CAD를 이용함으로써 제품개발의 시행착오 횟수를 크게 줄일 수 있었다.

  • 레이저를 통한 플라스틱 일체형 회로형성 기술은 레이저 직접 성형 (Laser Direct Structuring, LDS) 기술과 도금기술을 이용하여 기판 표면에 전도성 회로 패턴을 형성하고 소자를 집적하여 부품을 제작하는 기술이다. 종래에는 PCB 기반의 평면기판을 기반으로 하여 제작된 소자와 부품이 전자제품의 주를 이루었으나, 최근 소자의 집적화와 제품 디자인의 유연화(flexible)로 굽힘(bendable) 형태의 스마트 시계와 같은 웨어러블(wearable) 전자 제품이 출시되었으며, 레이저를 통한 플라스틱 일체형 회로형성 기술은 미래 사회의 주를 이룰 웨어러블 형태의 제품의 상용화를 가능하게 할 뿐만 아니라 회로 집적이 가능하여 제품 혁신을 주도할 기술로 주목 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 LDS 부품의 미세 회로 구현을 위한 공정 기술 개발에 있어서 고생산성 무전해 동도금액 및 부품 실장을 위한 표면처리 기술 개발에 대한 결과를 보고한다. 미세 회로 패터닝 기술의 상용화를 위해서는 도금액의 안정성뿐만 아니라 고속 공정기술이 필요하다, 현재 국내 무전해 동 도금의 석출 속도는 시간 당 $4{\sim}5{\mu}m$ 내외이기 때문에, 생산성을 향상시키기 위해서는 시간 당 $10{\mu}m$ 정도의 고속 무전해 동 도금 공정 개발 필요하다.

  • Due to the recent development of 3D printers, interest in 3D printing is growing. 3D printing should reflect individual needs and various requirements by designing products to suit the user's requirements. Research on how to use 3D printed products for the purpose of purchasing products according to user's demand characteristics is insufficient. Therefore, this study conducted a survey and statistical analysis to find out the factors influencing the intention of purchasing custom controller products in 3D printing environments. Research has confirmed that user innovation and convenience safety are important factors for the satisfaction and purchase intent of personal-tailored controller products. Considering user innovation, convenience, and safety when producing controller products using 3D printing, it is expected that value of custom controller manufacturing can be increased. Research is needed on the personalized product development framework that successfully introduces and systematically supports the production methods of personalized products in the early stages.

The Effect of Manufacturing Method Preferences for Different Product Types on Purchase Intent and Product Quality Perception (제품유형에 따른 제조방식 선호가 구매의도와 품질지각에 미치는 효과)

  • Studies have observed various phenomena regarding the effect of the interaction between type, price, and brand image of a product on consumers' purchase intent and product quality perception. Yet, few have studied the effect of the interaction between product type and manufacturing method on these factors. However, the advent of three-dimensional (3D) printers added a new manufacturing method, 3D printing, to the traditional methods of handicraft and automated machine-based production, and research is necessary since this new framework might affect consumers' purchase intent and product quality perception. Therefore, this study aimed to verify the effects of the interaction between product type and manufacturing method on purchase intent and product quality perception. To achieve this, in our experiment 1, we selected product types with different characteristics (drone vs. violin vs. cup), and measured whether consumers preferred different manufacturing methods for each product type. The results showed that consumers preferred the 3D printing method for technologically advanced products such as drones, the handmade method for violins, and the automated machine-based manufacturing method, which allows mass production, for cups. Experiment 2 attempted to verify the effects of the differences in manufacturing method preferences for each product type on consumers' purchase intent and product quality perception. Our findings are as follows: for drones, the purchase intent was highest when 3D printing was used; for violins, the purchase intent was highest when the violins were handmade; for cups, the purchase intent was highest when machine-based manufacturing was used. Moreover, whereas the product quality perception for drones did not differ across different manufacturing methods, consumers perceived that handmade violins had the highest quality and that cups manufactured with 3D printing had the lowest quality (the purchase intent for cups was also lowest when 3D printing was used). This study is anticipated to provide a wide range of implications in various areas, including consumer psychology, marketing, and advertising.

  • To see what the promotional movie of the same product, Each concept were respectively constructed for Optimized SNS marketing movie. There are two types of movies. One is the teaser of product design in the form of showing 'Feature Movie' and the other is the 'Viral Movie' presenting USP of the product in parody technique, which can be compared with each others. The two movies show on YouTube, then feedback from viewers were analyzed in detail. As a result, data for view and shares of viral movie showed relatively higher than the feature movie. It means that the viral movie is more effective for marketing since its various elements such as fun, story and visuals are sharable. It makes people more interested and immersed in these contents. Thus, viral movies for SNS marking are distributed to reflect the issue of the time, all the concepts are clear to show what the product is for, and most importantly it can trigger the attention of viewers.

  • This study offers the possibility of a new integrated product of video technology and public culture content. The Development of 'the Urinal of Emotional Type with Screen' will introduce a new sanitary pottery product and it will be a new attempt to combine hygiene pottery product with high-tech electronic product. It is a product development idea that presents the new marketability of the sanitary pottery product with the improvement of awareness of the restroom and the idea of wit through public information notification and advertisement effect. For the commercialization of the product, the prototype will be made through a separate production process with the design of this project, through 3D rendering, 3D mockup and so on. Various product expansions can be consulted with manufacturers after that. It is a new approach of image making with high quality and differentiated pricing strategy, that targeting small-scale business, such as franchise coffee shops and liquor stores with high quality and differentiated pricing strategy, and it will lead the market trend with various marketing availability through differentiated video contents.

  • 기존의 대부분의 안테나는 한정된 공간에서 한정범위의 인식이 곤란한 단점이 있었다. 이러한 단점을 개선하고 소형화를 위하여, 간단한 형태의 다이폴안테나를 설계 하였다. Ansoft사의 Designer를 이용하여 안테나 시뮬레이션을 수행 하였으며, 산업체의 자동화 공정이나, 컨베이어상에서 제품에 부착된 전자태그의 인식효율과 소형화를 고려하여 설계하였다. 설계한 안테나는 RFID 안테나의 소형화와 한정된 공간에서 Tag 의 인식을 위해 테프론 기판을 이용한 다이폴 형태로 구현 제작하였다. 본 연구결과 설계 제작된 안테나는, 도우넛형태의 방사패턴을 가지며, 협소한 지역에 전파를 방사시켜서, 주변의 불필요한 태그의 인식을 최소로 하였고, 실제로 컨베이어 장치를 이용하여 개발 제품의 성능 테스트를 수행하였으며, 그 결과 제품의 우수성을 검증 하였다.
