A Study on the Structural Relationship between Employee Services and Store Loyalty (종업원 서비스와 점포충성도간의 구조적 관계에 관한 연구)

  • Store loyalty is increasingly being recognized as a path to long-term business profitability. Customer contact employees deliver a service firm's promises and create an important image for the firm. A major purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of customer service and product value on store loyalty. In order to test research hypotheses, data were collected through surveys administered to 300 apparel store customers. Two hundred thirty nine usable data were used for the analysis. The findings of this research are as follows: First, a employee's voluntary service(EVS) has a positive impact on interpersonal r elationship, which then affects switching barrier and store loyalty. Second, a employee's regular service(ERS) has an influence on store satisfaction, which in turn affect store loyalty. Third, product value is shown to be a significant antecedent to store satisfaction, which have a direct effect on store loyalty. The study concludes with implications, contributions, and limitations of the research and the empirical findings of this research should be beneficial to marketing practitioners and retailing businessmen in developing effective marketing strategies.

  • Decision problem called an optimal release policies, after testing a software system in development phase and transfer it to the user, is studied. The infinite failure non-homogeneous Poisson process models presented and propose an optimal release policies of the life distribution applied extreme distribution which used to find the minimum (or the maximum) of a number of samples of various distributions. In this paper, discuss optimal software release policies which minimize a total average software cost of development and maintenance under the constraint of satisfying a software reliability requirement. In a numerical example, extreme value distribution as another alternative of existing the Poisson execution time model and the log power model can be verified using inter-failure time data.

Automatic Metallic Surface Defect Detection using ShuffleDefectNet

  • Steel production requires high-quality surfaces with minimal defects. Therefore, the detection algorithms for the surface defects of steel strip should have good generalization performance. To meet the growing demand for high-quality products, the use of intelligent visual inspection systems is becoming essential in production lines. In this paper, we proposed a ShuffleDefectNet defect detection system based on deep learning. The proposed defect detection system exceeds state-of-the-art performance for defect detection on the Northeastern University (NEU) dataset obtaining a mean average accuracy of 99.75%. We train the best performing detection with different amounts of training data and observe the performance of detection. We notice that accuracy and speed improve significantly when use the overall architecture of ShuffleDefectNet.

Antecedents of Brand Loyalty in South Korean Rice Market (한국쌀시장에서 상표충성도의 선행요인에 관한 연구)

  • The objectives of this study are to develop and test a research model specifying the relationship between brand loyalty and sales of rice brands and to provide insight on establishing a marketing strategy for rice brands in South Korea. Results indicate that the information source a consumer relies upon is related to brand loyalty in the rice category. Second, consumers who are highly involved with the product category tend to be more brand loyal. Third, demographic of purchasing behavior are positively related to rice brand loyalty. Fourth, demographic characteristics can partially explain differences in rice brand loyalty. Finally, rice brand loyalty was positively related to consumer satisfaction.

  • E-commerce customers can reduce purchasing cost by the help of comparison shopping agents that collect price information of products in the shopping malls. However, user expects a software agent that can recommend product information satisfying various purchase conditions besides price. In this paper, we present a MAS (multi-agent system) which retrieves and recommends book information suitable for various user needs to realize an agent-based E-Commerce. We implemented and tested our MAS to help on-line bookstore customers. From the results, we could provide E-commerce customers various book purchase conditions for several online bookstores in real-time.

  • This paper shows how the ACLR of power amplifier can be reduced by using Anti-phase IMD linearization technique which generate anti-phase IMD in the driver stage compare to output stage's IMD. And design process proposed. From the experimental result of W-CDMA 4FA input signal, this amplifier has ACLR -55 dBc@5 MHz offset at 30 watts average power. Compare to optimum matching technique to get maximum power gain, this technique has been improved ACLR by 12 dBc. Also this amplifier meets 50 watts average output power amplifier specification in domestic market.

A Study on Service Quality and Repurchase Intention of Home Shopping Apparel (홈쇼핑의 서비스품질과 의류제품 재구매의도에 관한 연구)

  • The purposes of this study are to determine dimension of apparel expectations. performances and service quality of home shopping and thereby, to analyze effect of apparel commodities dimension (expectations, performances, disconfirmation and satisfaction) and service dimension (service quality and satisfaction) on repurchase intention. The subject were 351 women in the age of twenty to sixty years old who live in Seoul and the suburban of Seoul. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : 1. It was found that home shopping consumers' expectation and performance with apparel commodities were classified 3 factors. On the other hand, the dimensions of service quality were found to have such 3 factors as convenience reliability, personal factor, and apparel one. 2. More frequent users of home shopping scored more on average than less frequent users in terms of service quality, service satisfaction and intention of repurchase. On the other hand, the cable TV users scored more on average than catalogue users In terms of service quality and intention of repurchase. 3. It was found that consumers' intention of repurchase of home shopping were affected by such variables as discofirmation and satisfaction with apparel commodities, service quality and service satisfaction. While less frequent users were affected by disconfirmation and service quality, more frequent users were affected by such variables as apparel commodities satisfaction, service quality and service satisfaction. Meanwhile, both cable TV and catalogue users were found to be affected by service quality and service satisfaction.

  • Most of current shooing malls on the internet do not satisfy all customers because they present arrangements of goods and suggestions uniformly and comprehensively according to the thinking of their managers. When classifying into groups according to generations, gender, income, job, hobby, etc. the propensity of purchase is showed differently and the interest and real purchasing power of the customer is different in shopping malls. This paper describes the development of customer oriented intelligent shopping mall system that is added not only statistical analysis dynamical activity of customers but also weight and construct optimal according to group of goods automatically.

  • 자동차가 처음 만들어진 당시에는 목적지까지 무사히 도착하는 신뢰성이 중요한 과제가 되었으리 라 생각된다. 무사히 도착되니 다음은 어떻게 하면 빨리 도착할 수 있을까하는 요구에서 고속화 즉 기관의 고출력화가 이루어졌다. 자동차의 편리함이 인식되고 또 보급됨에 따라 자동차가 주 위한경에 미치는 영향이 문제가 되어 1960년대 후반부터 자동차배출가스규제가 시작되고 이어서 소음규제가 실시되어 점차 강화되고 있다. 1973년부터 시작된 석유위기이래 자동차의 석유사용 량을 저감시키는 목적으로 미국에서는 연비규제가 실시되기에 이르렀고 다른 국가들도 거기에 따르고 있다. 미국의 1975년 에너지정책, 보존법(Energy Policy and Conservation Act of 1975 )은 1974년의 평균연비 14mile/gallon을 1985년까지는 약 2배의 27.5mile/gallon까지 높이고자 하는 것이다. 가까운 일본에서도 약 35%정도 향상되고 있는 실정이다. 자동차의 저연비특성은 제품기능으로 점차 중요시되는 동시에 국가차원에서는 석유에너지절약의 한 방편으로 사회적으 로도 해결하여야할 입장에 이르렀다. 이 에너지 절약 문제는 자동차의 소형화를 포함한 국제 적인 자동차 재개발문제로 발전, 80년대의 신기술개발의 최대과제가 되고 있다. 또 최근의 사용 자의 요구는 운전성, 실용성에 대해서도 까다롭고 또 다양화하고 있다. 이들 요구와 엄격한 배 출가스규제 및 소용규제를 만족시키면서 연비저감을 꾀하느것인 만큼 실로 어려운 일임에는 틀 림없다. 여기서는 가솔린기관 승용차의 연비저감을 중심으로 규제의 상황, 연비의 향상기술에 대해서 논하고자 한다.

  • This paper is the research on SMSR yield improvement of the optical transceiver using modulated DFB laser. In general, the wavelength of DFB laser optical transceiver are 1310, 1490 and 1550 nm. Usually SMSR in modulated DFB is difficult to improve as low as 30 dB because of high slop efficiency trade off. In modulation condition, we studied SMSR improvement according to adjust bias current, extinction ratio and optical line terminal receiver sensitivity. As our test results, we can found a method how to improve SMSR for optical transceiver for long distance.
