It has been 10 years long since the emergence of Dialpad, the first commercial VoIP service from Saerome Technology launched on 1999. In spite of so many research papers and implementations of the VoIP and commercial services with hundreds of VoIP-related products vendors and tens of VoIP service providers during the last decade, the resulting market share of the VoIP callings at the year 2007 in Korea is just about 0.3%, which is extraordinary lower one than expected. There have been proposed several facts for the reason including the QoS issue and the incomplete governing system. In this paper we suggest that the reason is based on the sociocultural issue and further we assert and verify that it can never replace the existing legacy telephone system for the current VoIP service model, as long as the telecommunication companies continue the legacy telephone service. We also suggest the another choice, to upgrade the concept of the current VoIP service to a new paradigm based on SIP and presence service, while letting the legacy telephone system be as it is.

Jinju City has been often called as the largest agglomeration of the silk industry in Korea. However Jinju's silk industry has experienced a continuous decline in employment and to production outputs after the late 1980s. This paper aims to explore innovation capacities of Jinju's silk industry and evaluate the government policy to promote the competitiveness of the silk industry in Jinju. The main findings are as follows. First, the survey shows that the major sources of innovation tend to come from customer firms in the Capital area and the innovation supporting agency and universities in Jinju City. Second, local silk production firms tend to by and large evaluate that the industrial policy projects to promote the competitiveness of Jinju's silk industry have been successful, particularly in terms of a joint branding project and the marketing support program.

A writer's text signals are converted into visual ones as a director exerts his fundamental capability to interpret and direct. On the other hand, his situational capability comes into play as the production environment changes. Such latest developments as the increasing popularity of production outsourcing, the sapped advertising market, and the growth in the number of the media channels and consequently heightened level of competition have led to changes in the way of advertising and production sponsorship. In turn, directors are faced with a new environment, where they are now required to pick up the role of an advertising director. Given that the production costs have been rising faster than the advertising revenue, such change in the director's situational capability seems to be part of the overall drama industry's evolution.

In this study, the efficiency of M/F(micro filtration) system was investigated about the wastewater generated from the production process of ${\beta}-glucan$. M/F membrane used the pellicon 2 cassette filter module of millipore(USA) for the operation of M/F plant system. Flux was rised as operation pressure increased, and decreased with the operation time. As concentration ratio increased, the recovery of ${\beta}-glucan$, which was remaind in retentate was effective. As the fermentation solution of ${\beta}-glucan$ reused, the conversion ratio was 42.5%, and the status of fermentation was stable. Based on these results, we suggested that permeate was applicable as water reuse in cleaner production technology.

This paper attempts to investigate how and why the additionality effects occur in the case when a firm receives government subsidy as opposed to counterfactual situation. To demonstrate this, we selected 12 SMEs(small and medium enterprises) firms in Daejeon area and have conducted multiple case studies. In order to analyse the multiple cases of firms, we classified firms innovative activities into three stages which are composed of input, behaviour and output stages and related various factors. Furthermore, we investigated the differences according to types of firms and stages of firm growth. Empirical results show that various input, behaviour and output additionality effects exist when firms receive public subsidies. Compared to companies in the growth and mature stages, startup phase companies depend on government subsidy extensively and they use public subsidies strategically to develop new product and to change their strategic direction. The attitude of firms to use government subsidies is different according to their types and stage of growth as well.

국내광업은 '90년대 이후 석탄산업합리화조치와 국제금속광물시장 가격안정화로 그동안 광업을 주도한 석탄산업과 금속광업은 급격히 위축되는 한편, 산업원료의 수요증가 추세에 힘입어 비금속광물 개발은 비교적 활발한 상태이다. 이와 같이 국내 광업의 주된 영역이 석탄광과 금속광에서 비금속광 중심으로 개편되고 있으나, 현재 가행중인 비금속광은 고품위광체 확보 미흡, 고부가가치 기술낙후 등으로 고가의 주요 산업원료는 주로 수입에 의존하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 국내광업으로서는 비금속광 중심의 단순한 원광석 생산$\cdot$판매체계를 고부가 산업으로 전환시키기 위한 전략적인 방안이 필요한 시기이다. 본 발표문은 이러한 국내광업의 향후 발전방향을 모색하기 위하여 국내 광업이 국가 경제에서 차지하는 영역을 중심으로 $\ulcorner$광업동향$\lrcorner$ $\ulcorner$광업의 국내$\cdot$외 환경분석$\lrcorner$ $\ulcorner$광업의 경제활동 현황$\lrcorner$ $\ulcorner$광업의 경제적 위치와 역할$\lrcorner$로 분류하여 자료분석을 실시하였으며, 분석한 자료를 토대로 국내광업의 중요성과 당면과제를 도출하고 이에 따른 광업의 새로운 역할을 제시하고자 하였다. 국내광업은 각종 지표에서 나타난 바와 같이 여러 가지 구조적인 문제점으로 인해 개발에 어려움을 겪고 있지만 각종 산업원료의 중간재 공급원으로서의 전통적인 역할을 충실히 담당하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 과학기술의 급격한 발달, 소비패턴의 변화, 생활환경과 삶의 질을 중시하는 새로운 가치관의 확산 등으로 광업의 역할도 새로운 변화의 전기를 맞이하고 있음을 볼 수 있다. 국내광업이 21C 급변하는 산업환경에 적응하여 생존하기 위해서는 각종 첨단산업에서 요구하는 소량 다품종의 원료광물을 적기에 공급 할 수 있는 전문화된 기술력을 하루속히 확보해야 하며, 이를 위해 고품위의 원료광물 확보를 위한 탐사 및 개발을 적극 추진하고 가공기술의 선진화를 위해 선진국과의 기술제휴 등 자원산업 글로벌화 정책이 절실히 요구되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 삶의 질을 향상시키려는 현대인의 가치관에 부합하기 위해서는 각종 소비제품의 원료를 제공하는 광업의 본래 목적 이외에도 자연환경 훼손을 최소화하며 개발 할 수밖에 없는 구조적인 어려움에 직면할 수밖에 없다. 이처럼 국내광업이 안고 있는 여러 가지 난제들을 극복하기 위해서는 업계와 정부가 합심하여 국내광업 육성의 중요성을 재인식하고 새로운 마음가짐으로 관련 정책을 수립 일관성 있게 추진해 나가야 할 것으로 보인다.

영상은 동적인 시각 이미지와 청각의 결합에 의해 감성적인 반응을 유도한다. 다양한 영상 기법을 통하여 감성적 반응의 극대화를 추구하는 영화는 영상의 시청각적 요소들을 감성의 관점에서 효과적으로 설계하는데 본보기가 된다. 그러나, 제품의 설계속성들에 대한 감성적 평가결과를 모형화하는 감성공학적 관점에서 볼 때 영화는 시청각적 자극의 수준이 극히 다양하고 동적인 경험재로 모형화의 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 영화의 감성 모형을 구축하기 위한 사전연구의 단계로 영화에서의 시청각적 요인들을 문헌조사를 통해 수집, 정리, 선별하고 이러한 시청각적 요인들 중에 영화를 관람하는 관객의 감성적, 인지적 반응에 영향을 주는 유효한 요인들을 객관적이고 체계적으로 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 감성 및 인지적 반응의 변화를 생체신호를 통해 측정하는 한편, 생체신호의 측정 시 사용된 영화의 시청각적 자극요인을 Video/Audio Processing방법에 의해 연속적인 수치로 정량화하였다. 생체신호와 정량화된 시청각적 자극요인을 동기화하고 통계적으로 분석함으로써, 생체신호의 반응과 시청각적 자극요인과의 인과관계를 통계적으로 신뢰성있는 수준에서 검증하고자 하였다. 생체신호를 종속변수로, 시청각적 자극요인을 독립변수로 하는 896개의 부분선형회귀모형(Partial Linear Regression Model)들 중 통계적으로 유의한 선형관계에 있는 경우의 빈도분석에 의하면, 시각적 요인들 중에는 밝기(Brightness), 대비(Contrast), 색상(Color), 움직임(Motion), 장면전환속도(Shot change Rate), 주요대상의 상대적 크기가, 청각적 요인들 중에는 Peak주파수, Peak주파수의 음량, 평균음량, 소음비(Sound-to-Noise Ratio)가 생체신호의 변화에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이는, 위의 시청각적 자극 요인들은 특히 관객의 감성 및 인지적인 반응에 유의한 영향을 주는 요소로 작용할 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. 이를 토대로, 위의 시청각적 자극 요인들이 가지는 다양한 조합들을 설명변수로 하는 통계적인 영화의 감성 모형을 구축할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Digital ink-jet printing technology using ceramic ink, which is thermally stable at high temperature above $1000^{\circ}C$, has an advantage of eco-friendly process applicable to manufacturing products with an excellent durability and various designs. Recently, replacement from conventional manufacturing process to digital process using ink-jet printing technique has been significantly accelerated in ceramic tile industry. In this study, we investigated ink-jet printability of ceramic ink on ceramic tile. Cyan, magenta, yellow, black ceramic inks, which are digital primary color of ink-jet printing, were printed on glazed surface of ceramic tiles, and their printabilities were comparatively analyzed. High temperature sintering process is generally required for manufacturing ceramic products, thus effect of sintering process on printed pattern of ceramic ink was also investigated by analyzing ink penetration depth and ink dot area.

Nowadays, the majority of the manufacturing plant equipment tend to be transformed with automation system than traditional manual equipment. Production manager to make the process decision-making, not accustomed to manage and take advantage of professional decision-making technique. So rather than using the system proposed, it is common to undergo sporadic measures through the external intermediary. In this paper, whether possible delivery to match the delivery through the issue and decision-making system of the data input to be generated in the manufacturing process, review the supply information of the material used in the process, a plurality of input / output device We have proposed an input module that utilizes the Android Application and ATmega2560. As a result, easily cope with the improvement and change of process information of the work efficiency of the production business of the manufacturing process, and reduced plant data missing tasks, and management improvement to the improvement of the delivery compliance and product satisfaction by improving productivity we try to contribute to.

Creating more efficient and effective intermodal transportation service in Northeast range is a critical issue because of more increased trade volume & demand for intermodal service in the world market and geographical barriers associated with goods transportation, especially in Korea, China and Japan. This study examines the possibility of Rail-ferry introduction and possible route in Northest area which can provide each country mutual economical and logistical satisfaction. But, this study requires more empirical and concrete examination based on the cost & benefit analysis.
