In pressurized heavy water reactors, workers who enter radiation controlled areas must submit their urine samples to health physicists after radiation work; these samples are then used to monitor internal radiation exposure from tritium intake. This procedure assumes that the samples submitted represent tritium concentration inside the body at equilibrium. According to both technical reports from the International Commission on Radiological Protection and experimental results from Canadian nuclear utilities, tritium inside the body generally reaches equilibrium concentration after approximately 2-3 hours of intake. In practice, urine samples can be submitted either before the 2 hours mark or after several hours of radiation work because of the numerous tasks that workers must perform and their frequent entries during nuclear power plant maintenance. In this paper, tritium concentration in workers' urine samples was measured as a function of time submitted after radiation work. Based on the measurement results, changes in the tritium concentration inside the body and its effect on internal dose assessment were then analyzed. As a result, it was found that tritium concentration reaches equilibrium concentration before the 2 hours mark for most workers' urine samples.

최근 인터넷 기술의 급속한 발전에 따라 교육 현장에서도 교과의 특성이나 상황에 따라 학생들이 작성한 과제를 홈페이지 자료실, E-mail, FTP 등을 이용하여 제출 받고 평가하는 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 이는 과제물의 공개, 과제물 수용 용량의 부족 현상, 평가에 따르는 불편함, 과제물을 또 다른 정보로 재환용 할 수 없는 문제 등을 발생시킨다. 본 논문에서는 XML에 기반을 둔 과제 관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현함으로써 학생은 자신에게 주어진 과제를 인한 후 과제가 공개되는 일없이 정해진 기간 내에만 제출할 있고, 교사는 제출되어진 과제물을 효율적으로 평가한 수 있어 많은 시간과 노력을 줄일 수 있도록 하였으며, 제출된 과제물들은 유용한 정보로 재 사용할 수 있도록 하였다.

컴퓨터가 우리 생활에 밀접하게 관련된 만큼 각종 범죄에서도 컴퓨터와 관련된 사건이 증가하고 있다. 범죄와 관련된 컴퓨터에서 법정에 제출하기 위해 증거를 분석하고 제출하는 과정을 디지털 포렌식이라 한다. 대표적인 포렌식으로는 사용자의 행위를 기록한 로그 분석이 있다. 반대로 증거 분석을 방해하는 과정을 안티 디지털 포렌식이라 한다. 본 논문에서는 시스템 시간을 변경해 로그 기록시간을 허위로 기록할 수 있는 가능성과 해결 방안을 알아본다.

WWW(World Wide Web)의 발전은 인터넷의 대중화에 크게 기여를 했다. WWW은 쉬운 사용자 인터페이스와 다양한 멀티미디어 정보의 제공, 통일된 그래픽 사용자 인터페이스, 그리고 전세계 어디에서라도 손쉽게 접근할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. WWW이 점차 발전하면서 인터넷을 통한 대용량의 멀티미디어 데이터의 처리가 필요하게 되었다. 이러한 변화에 따라 대용량의 데이터를 저장, 관리, 검색할 수 있는 데이터베이스 시스템과 WWW을 연결한 것이 WWW 데이터베이스이다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 서면으로 제출되어 심사되고 HARD COPY 형태로 보관되어 오던 논문심사 관리 과정을 개선하기 위해 WWW 데이터베이스를 사용한 논문심사 관리 시스템을 개발한다. WWW 데이터베이스를 사용함으로써 기존의 방법에서 발생되던 논문의 우편 전송 시간의 지연문제, 논문심사 시간의 지연문제, HARD COPY 논문 관리의 한계 등을 해결하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 논문 심사 관리 시스템을 사용함으로써 학회 회원은 WWW을 이용해서 논문을 논문심사 관리 시스템 서버로 제출할 수 있다. 논문심사 과정의 내역이 데이터베이스에 저장되기 때문에 논문 제출자는 WWW을 이용해서 논문심사 결과를 조회할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine ways of ensuring the efficiency and stability of import-export logistics in our country by introducing an advance presentation system of vessel manifest. This advance presentation system of vessel manifest has already been introduced in the United States, the EU and China whom our country has actively traded with, and the reinforcement of logistics security is a global trend. Under the circumstances, the introduction of the advance presentation system of vessel manifest is required to assist exporters to properly respond to changing trade practices as early as possible, and it's also necessary to exercise stricter control over an import criminal cargo. Our country should urgently introduce the advance presentation system of vessel manifest that is up to global standard, and the establishment of an internet based manifest consolidation and presentation system and the introduction of an export inspection system of port of loading are requested as well. If all the systems are introduced and work properly, that will make a great contribution to the efficiency of import-export logistics in our country.

There are various structures in the underground space, and the structures is managed as 3D data in Integrated Underground Geospatial Map Management System(IUGMMS). The worker transmits and updates the integrated map including the changed underground geospatial data to IUGMMS with the completed book submission program. However, there is a problem in that the transmission time and the update time is delayed because the size of the integrated map file is large. In this paper, we try to extract and transmit only the changed integrated map by obtaining and comparing each spatial characteristic information of the integrated map. As a result of the experiment, the transmission time of the suggestion method is short and the update time is also short than the transitional method because the suggestion method transmits only the integrated map including the changed underground geospatial data. As a result, it was possible to reduce the delay time in transmitting and updating the changed integrated map.

IT 제품 및 시스템의 보안성 평가를 위한 국제표준(ISO/IEC15408)인 공통평가기준(CC)은 해당 평가 보증등급(EAL, Evaluation Assurance Level)의 요구사항에 따라 평가대상 제품(TOE, Target of Evaluation), 제품의 개발 및 운영 문서를 포함하는 평가제출물을 요구하고 있다. 개발자가 공통평가기준을 적용하여 제품의 보안성을 개선하고 성공적으로 평가인증서를 받기 위해서는 상당한 노력이 요구된다. 대부분의 개발자는 제품 개발 완료 후 제품의 보안성을 검토하고 평가를 준비하므로 리엔지니어링 등 추가적인 비용과 시간을 투입해야 하는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 BSD(Berkeley Software Distributions) 4.4 기반의 운영체제인 MTOS(Mitretek)를 개발한 사례를 통하여 개발과정과 요구사항 및 평가준비를 위한 평가제출물 작성과의 연계성을 제시하였다. 개발자는 본 논문에서 제시한 연계성을 활용하여 소프트웨어 제품의 개발과정에 공통평가기준을 적용하여 제품의 보안성을 제고하고 보안성 평가를 준비하는데 시간과 노력을 절감할 수 있다.

This paper also suggests the Digital Evidence Transmission System for E-Discovery which is suited to domestic environments in order to solve these problems and promote safe and convenient transmission of the electronic evidences. The suggested Digital Evidence Transmission System for E-Discovery is the system that submit digital evidences to Court's Sever through the Internet using Public Key Infrastructure and Virtual Private Network, and solves the problems - such as privileged and privacy data, trade secret of company, etc.
