This study aims to analyze Next Production Revolution (NPR) technologies through evidence-based keyword network in order to cope with the change of production paradigm called the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR). For the analysis, a total of 441 papers related to NPR or 4IR were extracted and the NPR technology network was constructed based on the simultaneous appearance relationship of the author keywords of these papers. Based on the NPR technology network, we explored key technologies through analysis of centrality and keyword group. As a result, technologies such as 'digital twin' and 'modeling and simulation', discovering insights by connecting the virtual and physical world in real time and reflecting them into design and process, are analyzed as key technologies.

This paper examines the effect of innovation strategy and R&D organization on the innovation performances in the Korean small and medium sized enterprises(SMEs). For the SMEs with limited resources and capabilities, the one of key strategic issues is to allocate innovation resources to the exploitation of existing technological capabilities and/or the exploration of new technological capabilities. Based upon survey data from 769 SMEs, this study investigated relationships among exploitation and exploration strategies, the existence of R&D organization, and innovation performance. Exploration is positively related to product and process innovation performances across the industrial sectors. However, exploitation is positively related only to the process innovation performance in the traditional manufacturing sectors. The existence of R&D organizations has positive effects on the product innovation performance and not on the process innovation performance. Finally, it discusses the managerial implications, the limitations of this study and the future research directions.

기업 운영에 있어서 인적자원의 중요성이 강조되고 있고, 많은 기업들이 성과를 향상시키기 위한 전략으로 활용하고 있다. 기존의 연구들은 사업 운영과 관련하여 기업가정신의 중요성을 강조해왔다. 최근 들어 많은 기업들은 종업원들을 위해 일하기 좋은 근무환경 제공, 처우개선 등 다양한 방법을 활용하여 종업원들의 근무만족도를 높이고 이를 통해 기업성과를 향상시키기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이러한 사람중심의 기업가정신은 기업의 성과를 향상시키는 중요한 요소이다. 기업은 급격한 환경변화에 잘 적응함으로써 기회를 포착하고 활용할 수 있어야 한다. 그러기 위해 기업의 관리자들은 조직 내에서 기업가적 리더십을 발휘하여 조직의 성장과 발전에 필요한 기회를 포착하고 활용해야 한다. 본 연구는 전통적인 사업 중심의 기업가정신 대신에 사람중심 기업가정신 그리고 기회를 활용하고 포착하는 기업가적 리더십의 선행연구 검토와 실증분석을 통해 이론적 발전에 기여하고자 한다. 조사대상을 창업기업과 비창업기업으로 구분하고 사람중심 기업가정신과 기업가적 리더십이 제조분야 중소기업의 양면적 혁신활동에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 중소기업의 경영성과 개선에 도움이 될 수 있는 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

유체 플라즈마 공정은 금속 나노입자를 제조하는데 있어서 혁신적이고 친환경적인 공정 방법의 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 유체 플라즈마 공정을 통해 젤라틴 기지재 내에 은 나노입자를 합성하였고, 합성 된 용액은 동결건조를 통해 3D scaffold 형태의 생체복합체로 제조하였다. 이렇게 제조된 생체복합체의 물리적 특성 및 생물학적 특성 평가를 통해 생체복합체의 효율성과 항균 효과가 뛰어남을 확인하였다.

최근 국내 중소 제조 기업들은 최악의 상황을 맞이하고 있다. 내수부진으로 인한 국내 경기 불황에다 지난 해 말부터 불어닥친 국제 원자재 가격폭등까지 겹치면서 경영 상황이 악화되고 있는 것이다. 더욱이 부풀이나 부자재를 생산하여 모기업에 납품하는 형태의 중소 제조공급자 기업의 경우에는 그 어느 때보다도 치열한 전쟁과 같은 상황에 직면하여 사투를 벌이고 있는 것이다. 이러한 변화무쌍한 시대에 우리의 중소 제조공급자 기업의 특성을 재조명 해보고, 선행연구의 검토를 통해 경영혁신의 성공요인과 경영성과 및 경쟁력 향상 방안에 대해 고찰해 보고자 한다.

세계는 기후 위기, Covid-19에 직면함에 따라 물 산업 분야 탄소감축에 대한 목소리가 높아지고 있다. GWI(Global Water Intelligence)에서는 2030 물 분야 탄소감축 목표를 달성하기 위하여 17억 8,500만 달러, 노후자산 교체를 위한 신규 인프라 건설에 40억5600만 달러의 비용이 들 것으로 추산하였다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 물산업의 탄소중립 목표 달성을 위한 물 기업 혁신 전략 마련에 앞서 '영국 물 산업 2050 혁신 전략' 사례를 고찰하였다. '영국 물 산업 2050 혁신 전략'은 물 산업의 변화를 자극하고 장기적으로 고객과 환경, 그리고 국제사회에 이바지하는 것을 목표하고 있다. 본 전략은 현재와 미래에 제공할 물 서비스에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인과 이해관계자의 요구(Needs)에 집중한다는 특징이 있다. 문제점에 대한 시스템적 관점을 취하면서, 물 부문이 더 넓은 사회적 요인(물, 식량, 에너지 등)에 대해 대응할 수 있는 역할을 제고하기 위함이다. 결과적으로, 산업 인프라 및 환경 관련 다양한 부문 간 협력에 의한 시너지 창출은 온실가스 배출 'Zero'(2050년) 목표 달성에 한발 다가설 것으로 기대되며, 에너지, 제조, 데이터 과학, 식량 안보, 생태 복원 등의 분야는 물 산업 간 연계성이 높아 물 분야 혁신의 기회로 작용할 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구는 물 산업 혁신 전략으로 첫째, 중장기적인 혁신을 제공할 수 있는 통합 혁신 센터를 설치하여 인적·물적 자원을 네트워크화하는 방안을 제시하였다. 둘째, 물 분야 데이터 개방을 통하여 일반, 학계, 중소기업, 스타트업 등과 공동성장 지원을 제시하였다. 셋째, 다양한 물 문제와 경영 의사결정에 환경성을 고려할 것을 제시하였다.

The primary purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between market orientation and new product performance in a manufacturing firms, and examines how product quality, employee satisfaction, and innovation speed play a mediating role between market orientation and new product performance. Based on relevant literature reviews, this study posits three mediators, that is, product quality, employee satisfaction, and innovation speed as key determinants of new product performance. And then we structured a research model and hypotheses about relationship between these variables. A total 159 usable survey responses of Korean food/pharmaceutical firms have been employed in the analysis. The data were analyzed with Amos12.0K. The results be summarized as follows: First, market orientation had a positive influence upon product quality, employee satisfaction, and innovation speed. Second, two mediators of employee satisfaction, innovation speed had a positive influence upon new product performance. Third, employee satisfaction had a positive influence upon product quality and innovation speed. According to the result of this research, a manufacturing firms have to focus on the market orientation and understand the role of product quality, employee satisfaction, and innovation speed mediators on the process between the market orientation and the new product performance.

세라믹스 기계구조용 부품으로 사용되기 시작하고 있는 이 때에 원료분말의 합성으로부터 부 품의 제조 및 가공에 이르는 기술도 중요하지만 그 부품의 신뢰성을 파악하기 위한 평가기술 역시 매우 중요하다. 세라믹스의 제조공정으로부터 평가기술에 이르기까지의 모든 과정은 결국 세라믹스의 균열성장을 막고 파괴를 방지하려는 것에 그 최대의 목적을 두고 있다. 세라믹스는 당면 및 금후의 산업혁신의 관건을 쥐고 있으며 2000년대에는 하나의 기간산업으로 될 수 있을 것으로 전망된다.
