This paper presents experimental results on the application of very low frequency(VLF) voltage to replace conventional DC test as an after laying test for underground distribution cables. We carried out several tests to prove defects detecting ability of VLF test on the 5m length real cables having knife-cut or needle type defects which is made in our La.. Through this experiment we proved it is very difficult to initiate electrical tree from the defects inside of the cable insulation but once the electrical tree is initiated it grows very fast and VLF does not make new defects and expand the defect. Therefore VLF test equipment for quality inspection test of manufacture is more effective than field application for underground distribution cables.

This Study aims to analyze the management performances of the rubber products from the perspectives of ISO9001 Quality Management System, which is a new management technique for management innovation, in order to secure the competitiveness of the small and medium manufacturers of rubber products for automobile as automobile application components. The results of the analysis can be summarized as follows: First, as the results of the analysis of effect of the (1) responsibility of the management, (2) resources management, (3) realization of the products, and (4) measurement, analysis and improvement, which are the 4 core requirements of the ISO9001 Quality Management System, on the management performances of the small and medium sized manufacturers of the rubber components for automobile, it was found that only the responsibility of the management and resources management affect the management performance. The above research findings imply that the company must absolutely rely on the upper ranked groups rather than the lower ranked groups, and on the responsibilities of the management rather than the upper ranked groups in order to elevate the management performance of the small and medium sized manufacturers of the rubber components for automobile.

식품자판기와 식품영업용기기는 한 통속(?)이다. 어쨌든 두 품목 다 기계를 통해 식품을 팔아 돈을 벌기 위해 존재한다. '완전 자동이냐, 사람 손을 거치는 반자동이냐'는 차이가 있을 뿐이다. 한때는 식품자판기가 식품영업용기기를 압도하던 때가 있었다. 하지만 자판기 시장이 불황에 빠지고 상대적으로 가격대가 저렴한 식품영업용기기들의 약진이 두드러지고 있는 게 최근의 상황이다. 실제로 팝콘제조기, 슬러쉬, 와플기계, 자동솜사탕기, 음료디스펜서 등의 품목이 작지만 알찬 실수요 사장으로 자리매김해 가고 있다. 이들 품목은 서비스 업종에서 필요하면 찾기 때문에 수요가 꾸준한 편이다. 식품영업용기기 시장에 있어 선두가 되기 위해선 가격 대비 좋은 품질을 갖추는 게 기본이다. 일단 비싸면 타깃 시장은 작아진다. 최근 와플기기 분야에서 국산화를 통해 시장돌풍을 일으키는 업체가 있다. 식품영업용기기의 시장 생리를 누구보다 잘 알고 발 빠르게 대응하는데 일가견이 있는 예주테크코리아가 그 주인공이다.

우리나라의 경량상토 시장은 앞으로도 지속적인 증가가 예상되는데 이와 더불어 분쟁 또한 당분간 증가될 것이다. 뿐만 아니라 상토로 인한 사고의 해결방안도 과거에는 농가와 제조회사의 양자간에 비공개로 진행되었으나 앞으로는 점차 공개적인 문제로 표면화될 것으로 생각된다. 때문에 상토문제에 대한 보다 객관적이고 구체적인 접근이 필요한 시점이다. 이를 위해서는 완전하지 않더라도 상토의 특성표기에 대한 기준을 조속히 마련하고 이를 관리하는 방안을 모색하여야 할 것이며, 이러한 관리는 규제보다는 인증제도와 같은 차원에서 권장하는 방향이 바람직할 것으로 생각된다. 이것은 업체의 난립으로 인한 농가의 피해를 줄이고, 상토의 품질을 높이며, 소비자가 상품에 대한 정보를 정확하게 습득할수 있는 계기가 될 것이다. 한편 육묘기술의 보급 면에서도 경량상토 활용시 주의할 점을 농가에게 충분히 지도하고, 유비상토 위주의 육묘를 추비관리 기술을 이용한 육묘로 한 차원 끌어 올릴 수 있는 기술지도도 병행되어야 할 것이다.

산업기술의 일반적 추이: 최근 우리경제가 잘되고 있다고는 하나 기술수준면에서 볼때 세계수준에 도전하기에는 아직도 취약점을 지니고 있다. 이번 상공부가 실시한 산업기술수요조사는 지금 우리의 기술수준이 정확히 어디에 왔으며 낙후된 기술을 향상시키기 위해 어떤 과제들이 해결되어야 하는가에 대한 현실적인 방안을 제시했다는 데서 그 의의를 찾 을 수 있었다. 상공부는 공업발전법 시행에 따라 생산현장에 필요로 하는 기술개발을 전담하고 지난 2월부터 7개월에 걸 쳐 산업기술수요조사를 실시하였으며 여기에는 모두 818명의 품목별 전문가(생산업계와 학계)가 참여하여 1,500 개 업체를 대상으로 끝을 맺었다. 그 결과에서 밝혀졌듯이 제조,가공이나 조립, 기타 작업원의 기능에 주로 의존하는 기술은 선진국 수준을 거의 쫓아가고 있으나 제품의 품질향상과 직결되는 금형제작, 자동화, 고도정밀가공 및 측정기술등에서는 상당한 격차를 보여주고 있다. 이에따라 기술의 경제성장에 대한 기여도도 미국. 일본등에 비해 크게 낮은 실정이며 우리의 경우, 지난 63-82년 기간동안 기술진보가 경제성장에 기여한 비중이 11.8%에 그친데 비해 미국은 29.8%, 일본은 22%로나타나 그 만큼 전반적인 기술수준이 낙후되어 있음을 반증해 주고 있다.

제품제조에 있어 측정의 중요성과 그 경제적 특성에 비추어 주요 산업의 측정관련 투자실태를 파악하고 투자에 따른 그 기여도를 면밀히 분석 한다는 것은 매우 큰 의미를 갖는다. 그 의미의 하나는 측정표준을 공급하고 있는 국가표준기관의 업무수행에 따른 파급효과를 측정하여 향후 국가표준체계의 확립에 필요한 공급기능의 수급자원의 결정에 주요 자료로 기대되고 있다. 그리고 제품의 품질향상을 위한 측정관리의 효율화운동이 점차 확산됨으로써 개별 기업의 생산성 증대와 불량률 감소로 인한 원가절감으로 국산제품의 가격경쟁력의 우위를 기대할 수 있다. 이러한 중요성에 부응하기 위해서는 국가표준의 준용에 따른 측정표준과 관련된 측정투자의 비용과 그 수익성에 관하여 정확한 경제성의 연구 분석이 필요하다. 국가표준의 확립이라는 국가적 과제를 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 국가표준의 확립 에 따른 경제성을 분석하여야 한다. 측정투자에 대한 효과분석을 통하여 측정표준에 관한 중요성을 알게 될 것이다. 이러한 의미에서 본 연구는 측정표준을 공급받고 있는 산업체를 대상으로 그 효과를 분석하고 측정의 중요성을 파악하여 일반 산업체에 주지하며 개별 업체의 이익과 국가경제의 부를 창출함으로써 국가표준의 확립효과를 크게 기대하게 될 것이다.

Makgeolli mashes that were brewed using five different commercial nuruks (fermentation starters) were investigated for changes in physicochemistry, microbial diversity, and biogenic amine (BA) production. Mash A brewed with the nuruk (Gaeryang-nuruk) had the highest level of alcohol concentration and the greatest number of yeast cells, whereas mash E had the greatest number of bacterial cells. Only three biogenic amines were detected in the makgeolli mashes: tyramine, putrescine, and cadaverine. Using a PCR-DGGE technique, we observed that mash E had the highest BA production, and had the greatest number of bands on the denaturing gradient gels. We also observed that the numbers of bacterial cells correlated significantly with the putrescine and the total BA content, and that the BA content correlated significantly with the color values (L, a, b). This study shows that the quality of a makgeolli can depend on the type of nuruk. Therefore, we suggest that the quality management of makgeolli should start with the stage of nuruk manufacture.

Recently, fake test data of power cables in nuclear power plants was a terrible shock to the citizens. Some cable companies manipulated the test data to make unfair profits. In addition, fake test data cases were found in military supplies. The fake test data cases focused on parts of army's tank, armored car. This paper propose a new method that can detect fake test data using known statistical methods. In addition, the method was implemented in Microsoft Excel to allow easy use. Lastly, a check sheet was proposed to check the validity of the test system of military suppliers. By detecting and checking the fake test data, it is expected that our new method will play an important role in quality assurance of military supplies.

사이즈 프레스용 전분은 주로 산화전분이 이용되고 있으며, 전분업체에서 공급되는 것과 제지공장에서 자가변성으로 제조하여 이용하는 것으로 나눌 수 있다. 자가변성의 경우 경제적 측면에서 원가절감이 가능한 장점이 있는 반면 전분 품질이 다소 미흡한 단점이 있다. 자가변성 산화제로는 APSCAmmonium persulfate), 효소 등이 이용된다. 효소는 APS에 비해 전분 분자 내의 1,4결합만을 가수분해 시키고 점도안정성과 전분 용액 색상이 양호한 특성을 보인다. 또한 온도/농도/점도 등의 상관성을 자유롭게 이용하여 요구하는 전분 용액 품질을 얻을 수 있다. 제지용 전분 산화용으로는 주로 알파 -아밀라아제가 이용된다.본 실험은 산화전분을 효소변성을 이용한 생전분으로 가능성을 알아보고자 진행되었다. 일차적으로 실험실에서 하였고, 몇 차례의 mill trial을 통해 효소변성 전분 적용을 최적화하고자 하였다. 실험실적으로 효소변성을 위한 반응조건으로 온도, 시간, pH, 투입량 등을 설정하였 고, 각 조건별로 제조된 전분 용액의 점도를 측정하여 효소 반응성을 평가하였다. 실험 결과 전분 용액의 점도는 낮았고, 점도 안정성 또한 양호한 수준을 보였다. Cooking농 도는 20%로 하였으나 보다 고농도 cooking의 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 시트 물성도 전반적으로 산화전분 대비 대등한 수준을 나타내었다. Mill trial은 무림제지에서 실시하였고 사이즈 프레스 조제식을 이용하였다. 전분 농도는 초기에 20%로 시작하여 30%까지 올려서 trial을 실시하 였고, 그 외 작업조건들은 산화전분 적용 시와 동일하게 하였다. 효소 반응시간으로 인해 cooking시간이 다소 많이 걸렸으나 전반적인 조제 작업은 큰 문제 없이 이루어졌고, 효소변성 전분 용액의 점도는 낮은 수준으로 유지되었다. 사이즈 프레스 작업성이나 시 트 물성도 산화전분 적용 시와 대등한 수준을 보였으나, 전분 차이로 인한 색상 차이로 부가적인 염료 조정이 이루어졌다. 한편 폐수부하 증가를 우려하였으나, 이에 따른 문제는 크게 발생되지 않았다.
