Standards of private sector for debris flow hydraulic model experiment (토석류 수리모형실험 단체표준 제정 현황)

  • 국내뿐만 아니라 세계적으로도 산사태 발생에 따른 토석류 피해가 빈번하게 발생하고 있으나 아직 토석류 거동에 대한 물리적인 특성을 규명하고, 실험 등을 통한 면밀한 검토가 안 되었다. 토석류는 집중호우 시 토사 내 함수량의 증가로 인해 또는 지진, 화산 발생 시 지각 변동으로 인해 사면의 저항력이 약화되어 발생한다. 이러한 토석류는 재해를 일으키는 매우 위험한 자연 현상이며, 그 규모에 따라 하류부에 큰 피해를 발생시킬 수 있다. 국내에서 수행된 토석류 관련 연구들은 해외에서 주로 수행된 기초연구 결과를 이용한 토석류 피해 발생예측, 위험지도 작성, 토석류 방지 구조물 개발 등의 응용연구가 대부분이며 소규모 모형을 제작하여 수리실험이 진행되었다. 김기환 외(2008)은 토석류 확산형태와 흐름 속도에 대한 모형실험을 수행하였으며, 김영일과 백중철(2011)은 토석류 유동과 퇴적 특성에 대한 실험을 수행하였다. 미국의 경우 미지질조사국(USGS, U.S Geological Survey)에서 1994년부터 지금까지 100 m 길이의 대형 경사수로를 이용하여 토석류 수리모형실험을 수행하고 있으며 이를 통해 토석류의 수위, 충격력, 전파속도, 유출 후 퇴적형상 등에 대한 다양한 실험데이터를 제시하고 있다. 그러나, 현재까지 국내외 토석류 실험에 대한 표준실험방법과 기준이 정립되지 않아 실험결과의 신뢰성을 명확히 증명하기 어려운 실정이다. 토석류로 인한 가장 직접적인 피해 인자인 토석류의 충격력과 전파속도를 수리모형실험을 통해 정량적으로 파악하기 위한 시험 표준으로 시험 절차, 시험 방법 및 적정한 측정장비의 사양 등을 단체표준을 통해 제공함으로써 시험의 불확실성을 최소화하고, 명확한 프로세스에 따른 시험 결과의 신뢰성과 일관성을 확보하고자 한다. 국토교통연구인프라운영원에서는 단체표준 개발을 위한 시험기관협의체를 구성하고, 이해관계인들의 의견을 반영한 토석류 충격력과 전파속도 측정방법(안)을 2022년에 7월 작성하였으며, 현재 이해관계자들의 의견을 수렴하고 중소기업중앙회에 심의를 상정한 상태이다.

  • This study is an intensive study on Tae Rin Lee's research results. A linear system for Estimating the Strength of Super Personal Conflict (ESSPC) in animations is proposed. Tae Rin Lee has extracted the Super Personal Conflict (SPC) shots of animations, and obtained the strength through the experts' psychological test experiment. The purpose of this study is to find a model that automatically computes the superpersonal conflict intensity value (ESSPC). By utilizing these results, 1) 20 image feature vectors are suggested for analyzing the SPC, and 2) a linear system is found for auto-calculating ESSPC by using the pseudo inverse matrix. The proposed system shows 9.25% root mean square error and the effectiveness is proven.

  • This study is intended to examine the characteristics of driver in the use of guide sign in urban areas. The good and bad points about guide sign based on landmark point and guide sign based on street name are demonstrated, and driver's preference between them are studied. The questionnaires given to general persons deal with general guide signs and road maps, and are designed to see if they can find out current location on the road map with guide sign. According to the results, drivers prefer guide sign based on street name to guide sign based on landmark. And guide sign based on street name took less time to find current location than with guide sign based on landmark.

Surface Modification of a Screen-printed Carbon Electrode with Iridium Oxide and Its Application of an Impedance Sensor (스크린 프린팅 탄소 전극의 이리듐 산화물 표면 개질과 이의 임피던스 센서 응용)

  • In this study, we developed an impedance sensor capable of controlling electrode polarization by coating iridium oxide (IrOx) on the surface of the screen-printed carbon electrode. IrOx was deposited on the surface of carbon electrodes according to the number of cycles (0~50 cycles) by cyclic voltammetry. Observation of scanning electron microscope images revealed that the size and number of IrOx particles increased as the number of cycles increased. The changes in impedance responses as a function of the NaCl concentration of the as-obtained sensors were investigated using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The sensors manufactured in 50 cycles exhibited the best coefficient of determination and reproducibility, attributed to the well-controlled electrode polarization. We further demonstrated the usefulness of the IrOx-based sensor as a diagnosis sensor for dry eye syndrome by comparing the results of the commercially available osmometer and our sensor using actual solution samples.

A Study on The Enhancement of Aviation Safety in Airport Planning & Construction from a Legal Perspective (공항개발계획과 사업에서의 항공안전성 제고에 대한 법률적 소고)

  • Today air traffic at the airport is complicated including a significant increase in the volume of air transport, so aviation accidents are constantly occurring. Therefore, we should newly recognize importance of the Air Traffic Safety, the core values of the Air Traffic. The location of airport that is the basic infrastructure of the air traffic and the security of safety for facilities and equipments are more important than what you can. From this dimension, I analyze the step-by-step safety factors that are taken into account in the airport development projects from the construction or improvement of the airport within the current laws and institutions and give my opinion on the enhancement of safety in the design and construction of airport. The safety of air traffic, as well as airport, depends on location, development, design, construction, inspection and management of the airport including airport facilities because we have to carry out the national responsibility that prevents the risk of large social overhead capital for many and unspecified persons in modern society through legislation regarding intervention of specialists and locational criteria for aviation safety from the planning stage of airport development. In addition, well-defined installation standards of airports and air navigation facilities, the key points of the airport development phase, can ensure the safety of the airport and airport facilities. Of course, the installation standards of airport and air navigation facilities are based on the global standard due to the nature of air traffic. However, to prevent the chaos for the safety standards in design, construction, inspection of them and to ensure the aviation safety, the safety standards must be further subdivided in the course of domestic legislation. The criteria for installation of the Air Navigation facilities is regulated most specifically. However, to ensure the safety of the operation for Air Navigation Facilities, performance system proved suitable for the Safety of Air Navigation Facilities must change over from arbitrary restrictions to mandatory restrictions and be applied for foreign producers as well as domestic producers. Of course, negligence of pilots and defective aircraft maintenance lead to a large portion of the aviation accidents. However, I think that air traffic accidents can be reduced if the airport or airport facility is perfect enough to ensure the safety. Therefore, legal and institutional supplement to prioritize the aviation safety from the stage of airport development may be necessary.

Screening and Characterization of LTR Retrotransposons in the genomic DNA of Pleurotus eryngii (큰느타리버섯 유전체내 LTR Retrotransposon 유전자 탐색 및 특성연구)

  • Transposable elements (TEs) are mobile DNA elements that often cause mutations in genes and alterations in the chromosome structure. In order to identify and characterize transposable elements (TEs) in Pleurotus eryngii, a TE-enriched library was constructed using two sets of TE-specific degenerated primers, which target conserved sequences of RT and RVE domains in fungal LTR retrotransposons. A total of 256 clones were randomly chosen from the library and their insert sequences were determined. Comparative investigation of the insert sequences with those in repeat element database, Repbase, revealed that 71 of them were found to be TE-related fragments with significant similarity to LTR retrotransposons from other species. Among the TE sequences, the 70 TEs were Gypsy-type LTR retrotransposons, including 20 of MarY1 from Tricholoma matsutake, 26 of Gypsy-8_SLL from Serpula lacrymans, and 16 of RMER17D_MM from mouse, whereas a single sequence, Copia-48-PTR, was found as only Copia-type LTR retrotransposon. Southern blot analysis of the HindIII-digested P. eryngii genomic DNA showed that the retrotransposon sequences similar to MarY1 and Gypsy-8_SLL were contained as high as 14 and 18 copies per genome, respectively, whereas other retrotransposons were remained low. Moreover, both of the two Gypsy retrotransposons were expressed in full length mRNA as shown by Northern blot analysis, suggesting that they were functionally active retrotransposons.

Inspection System using CIELAB Color Space for the PCB Ball Pad with OSP Surface Finish (OSP 표면처리된 PCB 볼 패드용 CIELAB 색좌표 기반 검사 시스템)

  • We demonstrated an inspection system for detecting discoloration of PCB Cu ball pad with an OSP surface finish. Though the OSP surface finish has many advantages such as eco-friendly and low cost, however, it often shows a discoloration phenomenon due to a heating process. In this study, the discoloration was analyzed with device-independent CIELAB color space. First of all, the PCB samples were inspected with standard lamps and CCD camera. The measured data was processed with Labview program for detecting discoloration of Cu ball pad. From the original PCB sample image, the localized Cu ball pad image was selected to reduce the image size by the binarization and edge detection processes and it was also converted to device-independent CIELAB color space using $3{\times}3$ conversion matrix. Both acquisition time and false acceptance rate were significantly reduced with this proposed inspection system. In addition, $L^*$ and $b^*$ values of CIELAB color space were suitable for inspection of discoloration of Cu ball pad.

  • The major court rulings delivered in 2017 include the ruling that separated the legal character of denture production agreement signed together with medical care agreement and found a subcontracting dimension in the former, and the ruling that overcame the limitations of the theory of entire appearance of a fetus as discussed in civil law by using the legal principle of insurance which suggests that unborn child insurance takes effect after the contract is signed and the first installment of the premium is paid in. As more court rulings find the medical specialists responsible for accidents and injuries from drugs, some argue that medication counseling by the druggist who makes and dispenses drugs should be upgraded. And with respect to a court ruling that denied the hospital's responsibility for an infection-involving accident even if there were no records on specific measures taken in infection management, some criticized the court for being too conservative in recognizing responsibilities. And with respect to infectious disease management, some criticized the court for its interpretation and application of the facts in the direction of denying the negligence. In addition, some claimed that it is necessary to establish institutional system for hospital infection control and its aid for victims, and to improve the system including the reversal of the burden of proof given the special nature of hospital infections. A number of rulings on the duty to disclose included the one which stated that the specific matter did not require a doctor's explanation as it was explained or the specific medical service would have been performed even if no explanation had been given. There was a greatly controversial ruling over the scope of indemnification, which accepted the occurrence of multiple scars and deformation as disorders while regarding breast as a thoracic organ. And a Supreme Court ruling over interpreting Medical Service Act was criticized as overstepping the boundary allowed in the law.

  • 최근 급속한 도시의 팽창 및 신도시 건설과 산업의 발전으로 가스시설은 꾸준히 확대되고 있는 실정이다. 그리고 94년 아현동 도시가스사고와 95년 대구 도시가스사고 이후로 도시 가스 시설물의 대한 안전 대책 및 시설물 관리에 대한 국민들의 관심이 증대되었다. 이러한 흐름에 따라 가스회사들은 GIS 기술을 도입하여 기존에 수작업으로 관리되고 있는 가스시설 정보체계를 전산화하여 항상 최신의 현황을 유지하고, 사고 발생시 신속한 대처 방안 및 피해예측을 위한 시스템을 개발하기 위하여 많은 연구를 진행하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 안전이 중요시되는 가스시설물에 대하여 가스사고 발생시 신속한 대처 및 처리방안을 제시할 수 있는 GIS 기반의 가스사고 관리시스템을 개발하는데 있다. GIS의 가스사고 관리시스템에서는 사고 발생시에 시설물 관리자가 사고 지점을 선택하여 우선적으로 공급을 중단해야 할 관로를 제시하고 사고지점을 검색하여 차단해야 할 밸브에 대한 정보를 신속히 제공하여 대응 방안을 제시 할 수 있도록 하였다. 아울러 가스공급이 중단되는 지역에 대한 정보를 추출하여 피해범위를 산정하여 효율적인 사고 관리를 지원하도록 구성되었으며, 이와 함께 잔존가스량을 구하여 사고후의 대처방안을 마련할 수 있는 기능을 제공하도록 하였다. 향후 연구과제로는 원격으로 가스 시설물을 감시하고 제어할 수 있는 원격감시/제어시스템(SCADA System)과 연계를 통하여 가스사고 후에 신속한 피해예측 및 피해를 최소화 할 수 있는 방안제시 및 GPS를 활용하여 신속한 사고처리를 할 수 있는 활용 방안을 연구하여 체계적이고 종합적인 가스사고의 관리가 필요하다고 사료된다. 또한, 사고 후의 긴급 대처방안 뿐만 아니라 잔존가스량을 이용하여 수용가에 가스의 신속한 재공급을 위한 정보의 제공까지 한 단계 발전된 시스템의 개발이 추진되어야 한다.남산지역에 대해 정사영상과 10m간격의 DEM을 제작하였으며 1:1000 수치지도를 통해 제작된 DEM과 비교한 결과 총 43990개 격자점의 표고 차이는 평균 5.98m였다.여재 높이 100 cm에서 원수를 하향류 및 상향류로 주입하면서 하향류 20, 40, 80, 100 cm, 상향류 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 cm에서 시료를 채취하여 분석한 결과 모두 원수가 주입되는 부근 여재 높이 20 cm에서 가장 많이 제거되었다. 상향류 보다 하향류로 원수를 주입했을 때 제거효율이 높았다. $Fe^{+++}$$Fe^{++}$로 환원하는 $O^{-}_{2}{\cdot}$의 작용을 대신할 수 있음을 증명하며 이와같은 ascorbate 의존적인 $OH{\cdot}$ 의 생성은 ascorbate가 조직손상에 관여할 가능성을 시사하였다.었다. 정확한 예측치를 얻기 위하여 불균질 조직이 조사야에 포함되는 경우 보정이 요구되며, 골반의 경우 골 조직의 보정이 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 이를 위하여 불균질 조직에 대한 정확한 정보가 요구되며, 이는 CT 영상을 이용하는 것이 크게 도움이 되리라 생각된다.전시 슬러지층과 상등액의 온도차를 측정하여 대사열량의 발생량을 측정하고 슬러지의 활성을 측정할 수 있는 방법을 개발하였다.enin과 Rhaponticin의 작용(作用)에 의(依)한 것이며, 이는 한의학(韓醫學) 방제(方劑) 원리(原理)인 군신좌사(君臣佐使) 이론(理論)에서 군약(君藥)이 주증(主症)에 주(主)로 작용(作用)하는 약물(藥物)이라는 것을 밝혀주는 것이라고 사료(思料)된다.일전 $13.447\;{\mu}g/hr/g$, 섭취 7일중 $8.123\;{\mu}g/hr/g$, 절식 14일후 $10.612

Fabrication and Ionic Current Rectification Characteristics of Biomimetic Aluminum Oxide Membrane (생체모방형 비대칭 나노채널을 갖는 산화알루미늄 분리막 제조 및 이온 정류 특성)

  • In the present study, a biomimetic alumina membrane was fabricated by using selenic acid as an electrolyte to overcome the asymmetry limit of the square pulse anodization process. The prepared membrane has conical channels with a minimum diameter of 10 nm, a maximum diameter of 50 nm, and a length of 5 ㎛. The rectification property was higher than membranes fabricated by sulfuric acid. It showed 2.9 times larger current at +1 V than -1 V. Also, the membrane, which sulfonic acid group was introduced by surface modification, showed 4.2 times larger rectification property at -1 V than +1 V. Theoretical verifications were supported by the numerical analyses of 2D models. The results of the present study present a convenient method to fabricate two type membranes with different rectification properties and are expected to be used to control ion transport.
