In this paper, we present a nondestructive analysis using X-ray and microscopic investigation to detect the structure, manufacturing technique and preservation status of the Goryeo lacquered box Inlaid with Mother-of-pearl Chrysanthemum and Scroll Design (Goryeo Lacquered Box). We confirm that the Goryeo Lacquered Box consists of the soft wood as the basic material. The soft wood was coated with textile and then lacquered. The box structure of the Goryeo Lacquered Box was formed of wooden boards with wood plants added to the side, after processing into a trefoil-shaped. The wooden sides of the Goryeo Lacquered Box were cut at regular intervals for easier processing into a curved shape. Moter-of-pearl, tortoiseshell, and metal wire were used to decorate the surface. mother-of pearl was the cutting processing, and tortoiseshell was used for back coloring. The metal line was constructed using one line and twist line.

X-ray computed tomography (X-ray CT), which is often applied to the investigation of the interior structures of cultural properties, is very useful for studying production methods used in lacquerware that would otherwise be difficult to observe with the naked eye. Lacquerware inlaid with mother-of-pearl is an important subject in the study of traditional Korean craft. However, it can be a challenge to specify the production methods used in the framework of a lacquerware item unless the object has been structurally damaged. Studies of lacquerware inlaid with mother-of-pearl have thus far focused on the techniques of lacquering and of inlaying the mother-of-pearl. Production methods for the framework of lacquerware has received little academic attention. This study conducted X-ray CT on a lacquerware item from the Joseon period to reveal the materials and woodworking techniques used for the framework. The study revealed that softwood was used for the framework, and the post (gidungmok) and apron (soemok) were joined using a three-way miter joint (sambang yeongwi jjaim). Other pieces were joined with nails.

A medium scale integrated circuit, BCD to seven segment decoder/driver is designed and fabricated by employing P-channel metal-oxide-semiconductor technology. The device configuration is specifically designed for a common cathode seven segment LED display unit. The decoder logic is composed of two serially connected read-only-memory matrices and the LED drivers are implemented with wide channel FET's. The fabricated integrated circuit performed successfully with a supply voltage between -7 Volt and -26 Volt and the non-uniformity of the LED segment current is about 10%.

가상현실(VR) 기법을 이용한 가상 수족관 시스템은 3차원 형상 모델링 작업을 통하여 해저지형과 여러 종류의 물고기들을 가상공간에 위치시켜서 기본적인 가상 수족관을 제작하고, 제작된 가상 수족관 에서 자연스럽게 움직이는 물고기의 모습을 표현하는 연구를 통하여 가상 수족관 시스템을 완성하였다.

머지않아 가상현실 기법은 TV 프로그램 제작에 큰 영향을 미칠 것이다. 한 예로서, 이미 수년 전부터 가상 스튜디오는 제한적으로나마 프로그램 제작에 도입되기 시작하였다. 본 논문에서는 가상현실 기법을 이용한 또 다른 응용시스템을 소개한다. 가상 스테이지라고 이름 붙인 본 시스템은 가상 스튜디오와 개념적으로 흡사하나 가상세계 참여자의 상호작용을 더욱 강조하고 있다. 본 연구에서 가상 스테이지는 일종의 카라오케 형태로 구현되었으나 실제로는 TV쇼 프로그램 등, 다양한 프로그램 제작에 사용 가능하다.

본 연구는 애니메트로닉스 스킨 원형을 제작하는 기존의 프로세스에 Additive Manufacturing기법을 적용한 디지털 제조시스템 프로세스를 개념을 정립하여 이를 적용하여 보았다. 이는 형상의 모델링 데이터를 슬라이스화하여 여러개의 층으로 나누고 이를 가공하고 적층하여 조립하는 공정기법으로 적용사례로는 거대 공룡의 스킨 원형을 제작하여 프로세스의 결과를 검토해 보았다.

Jeollabuk-do is bounded by the sea, and Mahan Baekje culture have been established around a wide plain. Also, in southeastern, it was closed by Gaya kingdom where iron culture was prosperous at that time, a variety of the handles of swords with round pommel is excavated at present. The handles of swords with round pommel is the best amount of excavated objects among the swords with round pommel and producted object for the time. It supposes them to become the foundation of making the decorated swords with round pommel. But, the handles of swords with round pommel that don't have a pattern in handle is indifferent to study because the production method is simple in spite of that the value of archaeological data is sufficient. Therefore, in this study, it examined changed production techniques with the change of times concerning the handles of swords with round pommel of Mahan Baekje Gaya period(before 6C) excavated from Jeollabukdo through using X-rays in order to clarify a variety of production techniques of the handles of swords with round pommel correctly in accordance with a period of production and excavated place. As a result, identified production techniques using X-rays of the handles of swords with round pommel excavated around remains of Mahan Baekje Gaya period shows that production progress improved in order of all-in-one shape, hammer welding shape of the handle of round pommel, and two in body formation in accordance with age. Especially, in two in body shape, it products the handle of round pommel separately, after that it welds the handle of swords and then links the sword blade like a riveting or bottleneck and so on. Despite of improved hammer welding technique, the reason why it didn't utilize is it regards as inlay or gilt will be damaged. And it is judged by using riveting or bottleneck. Also, it appears to techniques of metal craft such as decoration of the handle, decoration of point of sword, inlay, and silver-plating in the period of appearing two in body shape. As clarifying correctly, it provides fundamental database of scientific research about a study of production techniques of handle of swords with round pommel.

Modern society has produced various forms of mass media to convey different messages to the public.Animation, in particular, has been developing and expanding its own unique ganre and cultural code. In this report, I first describe the basic definition and expression techniques of filmography. Based on these technique, I observe the characteristics and methodologies of animation aesthetics, and distinguish between animation and motion pictures in order to show the benefits of using animation. Finally, I suggest the future direction of the research we will pursue in order to efficiently carry message to the public.
