This study aimed to examine the mediating effects of career decision-making self-efficacy in the relation between participation behavior and career preparation behavior in adolescents. Using the data of 1,077 adolescents residing in J region, this study used the path analysis to see the mediating effect of career decision-making self-efficacy. According to the results, participation behavior and career decision-making self-efficacy had direct effects on career preparation behavior. And mediated by career decision-making self-efficacy, participation behavior had indirect effect on career preparation behavior. This study examined the mediating effect of career decision-making self-efficacy of adolescents, which can be the significance of this study in terms of overcoming the limit of presenting direct effects of factors on career preparation behavior. On the basis of the results, convergency suggestions to increase the participation behavior, career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior of adolescents were discussed.

The present study aimed to investigate the discrimination between employee voice and silence behavior in measurement: it is silence behavior the absence of voice or not? It was examined using confirmatory factor analysis. Five measurement models based on the suggestion of Pinder & Harlos(2001) and Van Dyne, Ang, & Botero(2003) were compared. Additionally, the hierarchical multiple regression analysis was conducted for examining the incremental validity of silence behaviors over voice. A total of 204 employees who worked with their own supervisor were surveyed. Results indicated that silence behavior could be a separate construct from voice. Findings also showed that silence behaviors could be distinguished by the level of concreteness in definition, difference in content of motivation and have the incremental validity over voice in only acquiescent Silence. From these results, the theoretical implications of findings, limitations, suggestions for future research were discussed in discussion.

구제역 발생시 구체적인 방역요령은 "구제역 긴급 행동지침"에 따라 방역조치가 수행되며, 이 요령에서 정하지 못하는 사항들은 행정지침으로 전달된 방법에 따라 수행하게 된다. 본 기고는 구제역 방역을 일선에서 시행한 결과를 토대로 재검토한 바, 모든 감수성 동물은 최종도착지가 도축장인 점을 감안할 때 도축장방역이 매우 중요함에도 불구하고 "구제역 긴급 행동지침"이 구체적이지 못하였으며 일선 방역 검사기관의 능력과 여건이 고려되지 않고 방역 및 검사업무는 물론 제반 행정사항을 검사원에게 일임함으로써 결과적으로 업무가중에 의한 검사처리능력의 한계점을 넘는 결과를 초래하였다 따라서 "구제역 긴급 행동지침" 및 자체 가상 시나리오 작성시 도축장 방역을 보완하여 유사시 효율적인 방역 검사가 이루어질 수 있도록 다음과 같이 제언한다. (1) 검사원의 증원방안 (2) 검사업무 보조원 확보 방안(기능직 공무원 대체) (3) 정육 및 부산물 처리장 선정(특히 오수 및 장내용물 처리방안) (4) 사법권의 적절한 활용방안

국내 이동전화 무선인터넷 시장은 성장기와 도약기를 동시에 맞이하고 있다. 이동전화무선인터넷은 이동전화 지불 ARPU의 19%를 상회할 정도로 급성장을 거듭해 왔으며HSDPA와 와이브로의 광대역 무선인터넷으로 도약이 추진되고 있다. 이에 국내 무선인터넷의 지속적인 성장을 위해서는 사업자의 적극적 투자, 가치사슬 전 영역에서의 참여, 킬러 서비스의 개발을 통해 광대역 무선인터넷으로 가입자의 조기 전환이 핵심 관건이 된다. 이에 본 고에서는 시장조사 결과를 바탕으로 국내 이동전화 무선인터넷 가입자의 광대역 무선인터넷으로의 전환행동을 전망하고 전환행동에 영향을 주는 요인들을 규명하고자 하였다. 그리고 결론에서는 국내 광대역 무선인터넷이 조기에 활성화되기 위한 방향을 제언하였다.

최근 노인관련 요양 문제는 이미 사회적 이슈로 떠오르면서 각 가정에서의 돌봄이 곤란한 어르신들이 요양원, 재가복지센터, 주간보호센터, 노인전문병원 등에서 요양보호사의 도움이 절대적으로 필요한 일상이 되었다. 무엇보다도 장기요양서비스를 이용하는 어르신 대부분은 노인성 질환 또는 치매를 앓고 있다. 이는 각 가정에서의 돌봄이 어려운 어르신들에게 직접서비스를 제공 하는 종사자인 요양보호사들은 다양한 치매어르신들의 문제행동을 안고 현장에서의 돌봄을 제공한다. 따라서, 요양보호사의 직무 관련 스트레스에 미치는 영향력 파악과 이와 더불어 직무스트레스가 치매어르신의 문제행동과 종사자의 소진 간의 매개 효과가 있는 지 규명하는 연구들이 활발하게 이루어 짐으로 이를 규명한 내용을 토대로 대안 마련을 위한 유익한 제언들이 필요하다.

This study aims to identify leadership behaviors and expected competencies of supervisors that had a positive or negative impact on the performance of employees in a remote work environment. For the purpose of the study, 19 office employees with more than one-year work experience were interviewed, and the critical incident technique (CIT) was used to verify themes. The results of this study are as follows. First, the frequency of comments on leadership behavior of supervisors that positively affect work performance of employees in a remote work environment was high in the order of task-oriented, relationship-oriented, and change-oriented leadership behavior, and it was classified into 10 actions. Second, the frequency of comments on leadership behavior of supervisors that negatively affect work performance of employees in remote work environment was high in the order of task-oriented, relationship-oriented, and change-oriented leadership behavior, and it was classified into 9 behaviors. Further, the expected competencies of supervisors were classified into 13 categories in a remote work environment. Based on this research conclusions were drawn and suggestions were made for further studies.

This study is to organize the manual for the safety accidents in campsite. For this, analyzing the types of safety accidents and reviewing the regulations of campsite. Through theoretical considerations, the problem was diagnosed and the elements of improvement were presented. Eventually, part of the Responsive and Preventative Behavior manuals were developed to organize 'Preparation Behavior Manual'. Especially, examples of safety accident prevention behavior manual were divided into: 1st, suffocation, 2nd, traffic accident, 3rd, fire, 4th, and electrical accident. "S.A.F.E.", An example, was created with the accident specific initials that were more frequently caused. Furthermore, it was emphasized that it is necessary to process of understood by the user. Subsequent studies recommended the study of cases, improvement of safety management indicators, and the specialization of campground manager and safety guard.

The objectives of this study were to understand sexual attitudes and coping behavior of elderly people and to examine the mediating effects of the sexual coping behavior on the sexual attitudes and life satisfaction in order to improve the quality of life of elderly people. The survey was conducted on 305 elderly people at home living. As a result, in relation to the sexual attitudes of elderly people, it was shown that the 'rational sexual attitude' was the highest and the 'liberal sexual attitude' was higher than the 'traditional sexual attitude' among the subordinate factors. This study showed that there was a significant correlation between the sexual attitude, sexual coping behavior and life satisfaction. Furthermore, it is shown that the sexual coping behavior significantly mediates the relation between the liberal sexual attitude and life satisfaction of elderly people at home.

The study was conducted on 492 social workers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province to find out the impact of self-leadership on job satisfaction by social workers, centering on the mediated effect of self-efficacy. First, in the self-leadership of social workers, we confirmed that behavior-oriented and constructive thinking have a positive effect on job satisfaction, and the natural compensation has no effect. Second, in the self-leadership of social workers, we confirmed that behavior-oriented and constructive thinking have a positive effect on self-efficacy, and the natural compensation has no effect. Third, the self-efficacy of social workers was found to have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Fourth, the behavior-oriented and constructive thinking of the social worker who has self-leadership were found to have a positive effect on job satisfaction by mediating self-efficacy. Based on such research, some suggestions for social welfare practice and future research tasks are proposed.

The study is a preliminary study of the effectiveness of the structured cognitive behavioral arbitration program targeting elementary school students who perform high risk problems based on schools for convergence with local communities. The program is designed to be practiced by semi-trained professionals. To screen high-risk students, total 102 students were tested K-CBCL and those who scored over 60T on problem behavior syndrome scale were recruited. 32 students were selected and devided into intervention group and control group. Intervention group was received 90-minutes-sessions per week, for nine weeks. The program was done by graduate students and undergraduate students majoring counseling and supervised by school psychologist. The internalization group showed significantly lower score in Internalization, anxiety/depression, and externalization group showed externalization, aggressive behavior. but mixed group didn't showed significantly lower score. Implications of the results, limitations and suggestions for future study were mentioned.
