Influences of Coffee Education Service Quality on Educational Satisfaction, Intention to Recommend, and Job Preparatory Behavior : Focusing on Job Searchers in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry (커피교육서비스 품질이 교육만족도, 추천의도, 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 :관광·외식분야 취업준비생을 대상으로)

  • This study aims to verify the influence of coffee education service quality recognized by trainees wishing to get a job at coffee-related companies on job preparation behavior through education satisfaction and recommendation intention. In order to achieve the research purpose, this study posited five research hypotheses based on relative literature and also established a research model with the five hypotheses. This study shows the following research results. First, the study found that coffee education service quality had a positive and significant impact on education satisfaction. Second, the study found that educational satisfaction had a positive and significant impact on recommendation intention. Third, the study found that educational satisfaction had a positive and significant impact on job preparation behavior. Fourth, the study found that education satisfaction had a positive and significant impact on the effect of coffee education service quality on recommendation intention. Fifth, the study found that education satisfaction had a positive and significant impact on the effect of coffee education service quality on employment recommendation intention. Such findings of this study imply practical suggestions that the characteristics of a wide range of trainees in the study of coffee education service quality and satisfaction, and provide practical suggestions to help improve the future direction of education services and competitiveness of coffee education institutions.

Mediating Effects of Rejection Sensitivity on the Effects of Pathological Narcissism on Dating Violence: Focusing on Gender Difference (성인 남녀의 병리적 자기애가 데이트폭력 가해에 미치는 영향에서 거부민감성의 매개효과: 성차를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effects of rejection sensitivity in pathological narcissism and dating violence, and to verify whether there is a gender difference in each variable, further examining the gender difference in the mediating pathways. The participants of this study were 381 men and women in 20s living across the country, and online self-report surveys was conducted regarding their experiences of pathological narcissism, rejection sensitivity, and four types of dating violence. As a result of verifying gender differences, it was found that women had a higher vulnerability to narcissism, rejection sensitivity and committed more psychological violence, sexual violence, and controlling behavior than men. As a result of the mediation analysis, it was found that rejection sensitivity partial mediated the effect of pathological narcissism on psychological violence and control behavior, but it showed a complete mediation effect on sexual violence. And there was no mediating effect of rejection sensitivity between pathological narcissism and physical violence. As a result of measuring the moderating effect of gender in this mediating pathways, the moderated mediating effect of gender was verified in the effect of naricissistic grandiosity and narcissistic vulnerability on control behavior through rejection sensitivity. These results show that pathological narcissism promotes psychological and sexual violence in both men and women, and rejection sensitivity acts as a mediator in this process. In addition, the effect of pathological narcissism on the control behaviors through rejection sensitivity was significantly higher in women than in men, indicating that there are gender differences in the mediated pathways. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.

The Influence of Job Engagement on Customer-Orientation: Mediating Effect of Organization Trust (조직신뢰가 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 -직무열의의 매개영향을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of institution trust on customer-orientation of hotel practician. Comparison between two types of governance structure demonstrated that the relationship between institution trust and customer-orientation were significantly different each other. As hypothesized, influence of organization trust on customer-orientation was much stronger in privately owned organizations than that of public ownership organizations. In the test of mediating effect of job engagement between two variables were statistically significant Based on the results from SEM model, we can suggest that improvement of institution trust need to be emphasized through the rational introduction of customer-oriented system, establishing priority task system according to individual business criticality, admission and enhance of fault. Empirical evidences from structural equation model support the governance type positively influence the job attitude in service organizations.

Effects of Time Perspectives and Smart Phone Addiction on Abstract Thinking and Growth Mindset of Adolescent (시간관과 스마트폰 중독이 청소년의 추상적 사고와 성장 마인드세트에 미치는 영향)

  • Since creativity has been emphasized and creative problem solving has also been a big topic recently, various kinds of research works have proceeded. Among them, this paper focuses on abstract thinking and growth mindset, which affect on problem solving. Also, this paper analyzes what kinds of relationships time perspectives and smart-phone addiction have with the two factors and how they influence on them. In order to do so, we survey on 441 primary, middle, high school, and college students. Our analysis results cover the relationships among the two factors, smart-phone addiction level, present-hedonic perspective, and future time perspective. In addition, we analyze the relationship among the factors with a structural equation model. By doing these, we propose educational alternatives in terms of time and plan to improve our adolescent's abstract thinking level, which helps their problem solving skills and their academic achievement.

  • Serious games allow learners to experience situations that are impossible in the real world for various purposes. To date the major applications of serious games include military, government, education, corporate and healthcare applications. This paper aims to provide an overview of the applications of serious games for various health-related purposes, particularly for Health and Medicine education, health risk prevention, behavioral intervention, and disease self-management. These games identified numerous papers reporting empirical evidence about the impacts and outcomes. There is potential promise for serious games to improve health outcomes. We discuss implications of using serious games for health-related purposes and future direction for research in this area.

의류상품 소비자의 판매촉진 반응유형과 쇼핑성향

  • 본 연구는, 그 동안 간과되어 왔던 의류 상품의 판촉에 초점을 맞추어, 판촉의 여러 방법 별 소비자들의 반응 정도를 알아보고, 그 반응 경향이 소비자의 인구통계적 특성, 판촉에 대한 태도, 의복 쇼핑 성향, 기타 의복 구매 행동과 연관성을 가지는지를 규명함을 목적으로 한다. 수도권 거주 여성 444명을 대상으로 수집한 자료를 이용해 분석이 이루어졌다. 실증적 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 판촉의 각 방법에 대한 소비자들의 반응 정도는 가격 할인이 가장 높았고 그 다음은 디스플레이, 쿠폰, 사은품, 백화점 패션쇼, 경품의 순서로 나타났다. 가격 할인, 디스플레이, 사은품, 쿠폰, 백화점 패션쇼 등 5가지 판촉 방법에 대한 소비자 반응 정도를 기준으로 군집분석한 결과 판촉에 대한 반응 유형에 있어 차이를 보이는 5개 집단을 규명할 수 있었다. 각 집단의 인구통계적 특성들 중에서는 소비자 자신의 학력과 자녀의 연령만이 집단간에 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 각 집단의 판촉 태도는 집단 간에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 각 집단은 의복 쇼핑 성향 및 의복 구매 관련 정보원 이용에서 차이를 보였다. 결론에서는, 실증적 연구의 결과 판촉에 대한 소비자 반응 유형별로 인구통계적 특성, 판촉 태도, 의복 쇼핑 성향, 기타 의복 구매 행동에 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었으므로 의류 상품의 판촉 전략 수립시 표적 집단의 특성에 따라 판촉 방법 선택이나 판촉 정보 전달 경로 등을 조절하는 것이 필요함을 제언하였다. 예를 들어, 신중/경제적 쇼핑 성향을 가지며 판촉에 대한 태도가 호의적인 소비자들에 대해서는 다양한 정보 전달 경로를 통해 가격 할인이나 쿠폰을 제공하는 것이 좋은 판촉 방법이 될 것이며, 쾌락/유행 지향적이고 상표/품질을 중시하는 소비자들에 대해서는 잡지, 인적 정보, 카탈로그 등을 정보 전달 경로로 하여 디스플레이나 패션쇼를 통해 판매 촉진을 할 수 있을 것이다.0.10 $h^{-1}$과 0.09$h^{-1}$h-1이었고, 반감기는 각각 6.93 및 7.70시간으로 측정되었다. 각각의 농도에서 12시간 및 8시간 이후에는 g당 0.19$\mu\textrm{g}$ 및 0.18$\mu\textrm{g}$이하로 떨어짐을 알 수 있었다. Phosphamidon과 profenofos의 급성어독성은 profenofos가 높았고, BCF profenofos가 phosphamidon보다 약 100배 정도 높게 나타났으며, 배설속도는 phosphamidon이 profenofos보다 약 2배 정도 빨랐다.

A Study on Perceived City Brand Image and Consumer Behavior (도시브랜드이미지 인식과 소비자 행동 연구)

  • This paper is a study on city brand development which is increasingly interested as a means to enhance the attractiveness of the city. the previous research, the design of city brand identity was an application from the internal stakeholder's point of view related to the metropolitan government. However, in the present study, we tried to take a external approach that perceptions and designs city brands from the related to the consumer. For the purpose of research, based on previous studies, we extracted three images of leading, stable and amusing city brand images and prepared three scenarios for the imaginary city as experimental stimuli. The results showed that the overall city brand attitude, residence intention, and tourism intention to the imaginary city were significantly different according to the leading, stability and amusement brand image. According to the results of this study, it is necessary to continuously effort the development of city brand image which is perceived by consumers in order to differentiate city.

  • Service recovery research has been conducted on the premise that service problems can be returned to the original condition. This study, however, focused on irrecoverable service problems for the first time and classified them according to the types and sub-types. The specific wants of customers who experienced unrecoverable service problems were identified by analyzing the customers' emotion, behavior pattern, and the company's responses. The results revealed three main types of problems and 2 categories in group 1, 6 categories in group 2, and 2 categories in group 3. In particular, damaged items and bodily harm were frequent problems, and bodily harm was recognized as the most severe failure. Regarding the customers' emotion, the customers were so enraged at the audacity and the company still showed many problems in terms of its response to the service failures. This study also suggested the analysis results of the customers' behavior and company evaluation.

Exploring factors affecting continuous intention to use online shopping festival (온라인 쇼핑 페스티벌 재이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인분석 : 중국 이용자를 대상으로)

  • Based on the electricity sales and public consumption psychology during the online shopping festival, the purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence the reusing intention of the online shopping festival consumers. This research is focusing on The Theory of Reasoned Action(TRA) and The Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) to understand online shopping festival consumers' decision making process. The sampling is Chinese from 20s to 50s, who had participated in the online shopping festival.Findings suggests that first, the positive attitude of online shopping festival and subjective norms showed positive effects on online shopping festival consumers' reusing intention. Second, perceived usefulness, perceived ease and perceived enjoyment had statistically significant effects on online shopping festival consumers' reusing intention. Third, according to perceived risk perception of online shopping festivals, there were differences in factors affected the online shopping festival's reusing intention. In particular, the perceived ease of people who perceived risk higher, and the perceived usefulness of people who perceived risk lower had greatest impacts on reusing intention. Based on these findings, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed and suggestions for subsequent studies.

A Longitudinal Analysis of Factors Affecting Language Development in Infants (영아의 언어발달 영향요인에 관한 종단 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify factors that affect the language development of infants. For the analysis, data of three years from the first year (2008) to the third year (2010) of the 'Panel Study on Korean Children (PSKC)' were constructed and panel analysis was conducted. The subjects were 2,150 infants who participated in the questionnaire, and the language development of the infants was measured using the communication scores of the K-ASQ test provided by the Korean children's panel. In addition, the factors influencing the language development of infants derived from previous studies were introduced into the model. As a result of the analysis, it is shown that the fixed effect model with fixed individual error of the panel is suitable through the Hausman test. The higher the cognitive development level of the infant, the more positive parenting behavior of the infant, respectively. The conclusions and suggestions about the characteristics of the parents and the parents affecting language development were introduced.
