  • 오늘날 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 관련 기술 연구는 사용자가 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 네트워크에 접근해 다양한 컴퓨터 관련 서비스를 제공 받을 수 있는 방법에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이 처럼 시간과 공간의 한계를 뛰어 넘은 네트워크로의 자유로운 접근은 일상 생활의 패러다임을 바꾸어 놓게 될 것이다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술을 통해 가장 큰 변화가 일어나는 분야는 일반 가정환경에서 일어나는 인텔리전트 홈 네트워크 (Intelligent Home Network) 라고 할 수 있다. 집에 들어오면, 자동으로 문을 열어주고, 불을 켜주며, 놓쳤던 TV 프로그램을 자동으로 녹화해 놓았다가 원하는 시간에 보여주고, 적당한 시간에 목욕물을 미리 받아준다. 또한 집밖으로 나가기 전, 일기예보에 따라 우산을 챙겨주고, 일정을 확인시켜주며 입고 나갈 옷을 골라줄 수도 있다. 이 모든 일들이 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술이 가져올 인텔리전트 홈 네트워크의 모습이다. 그러나, 모든 사용자에게 효과적인 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 홈 네트워크 상의 자원 관리에서 일어날 수 있는 에이전트들간의 자원 접근 권한 충돌을 효율적으로 방지할 수 있는 기술이 필요하다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 자원관리 특성은 점유의 연속성, 자원 사이의 연관성, 그리고 자원과 사용자 사 사이의 연계성의 3 가지 특성을 지니고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 일어날 수 있는 자원 충돌 상황을 효율적으로 처리하기 위한 자원 협상 방법을 제안한다. 본 방법은 자원 관리 특성을 바탕으로 시간논리에 기반을 둔 자원 선점과 분배 규칙으로 구성된다.트 시스템은 b-Cart를 기반으로 할 것으로 예측할 수 있다.타났다. 또한, 스네이크의 초기 제어점을 얼굴은 44개, 눈은 16개, 입은 24개로 지정하여 MER추출에 성공한 영상에 대해 스네이크 알고리즘을 수행한 결과, 추출된 영역의 오차율은 각각 2.2%, 2.6%, 2.5%로 나타났다.해서 Template-based reasoning 예를 보인다 본 방법론은 검색노력을 줄이고, 검색에 있어 Feasibility와 Admissibility를 보장한다.매김할 수 있는 중요한 계기가 될 것이다.재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve.   • VANET technologies provide real-time traffic information for mitigating traffic jam and preventing traffic accidents, as well as in-vehicle infotainment service through Telematics/Intelligent Transportation System (ITS). Due to the rapid increasement of various requirements, the vehicle communication with a limited resource and the fixed frame architecture of the conventional techniques is limited to provide an efficient communication service. Therefore, a new flexible operation depending on the surrounding situation information is required that needs an adaptive design of the network architecture and protocol for efficiently predicting, distributing and sharing the context-aware information. In this paper, Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2I) based on communication between vehicle and a Road Side Units (RSU) and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) based on communication between vehicles are effectively combined in a new MAC architecture and V2I and V2V vehicles collaborate in management. As a result, many vehicles and RSU can use more efficiently the resource and send data rapidly. The simulation results show that the proposed method can achieve high resource utilization in accordance. Also we can find out the optimal transmission relay time and 2nd relay vehicle selection probability value to spread out V2V/V2I collaborative schedule message rapidly.

Development of the Multi Band Transceiver for Multi-Channel SAR (다채널 영상레이다를 위한 다중대역 송수신기 개발)

  • In this paper, we designed and fabricated the multi band Transceiver Assembly(TCA) for the Multi Channel Synthetic Aperture Radar(MCSAR) containing C-band, X-band, Ku-band and we researched to verify electrical performance of TCA. The transceiver consists of transmitters, receivers, signal selection modules for each band, and stability oscillator, frequency synthesizer, controller, power distributor. The transceiver has a receive path selection and bandwidth selection functions in accordance with the operating mode. And the transceiver can transmit and receive all three bands simultaneously, each band has a bandwidth of up to 300 MHz. Final transmission output of transceiver for each band is over 20 dBm to be suitable for driving the T/R module. Receiver bandwidth is selected according to the required function and receiver gain has approximately C-band 52 dB, X-band 50 dB, Ku-band 60 dB, the maximum noise figure of Ku-band V polarization is 4.28 dB in the whole band H, V polarization. As a result of the electrical performance test, a multi-band TCA is satisfied the property requirements of the MCSAR.

  • IPSec(Internet Protocol Security) is a framework for a set of protocols for security at the network or packet processing layer of network communication. IPSec is providing authentication, integrity and confidentiality security services. The specifications for Internet Key Exchange(IKEv1) were released to the world. Some criticisms of IKEv1 were that it was too complex and endeavored to define too much functionality in one place. Multiple options for multiple scenarios were built into the specification. The problem is that some of the included scenarios are rarely if ever encountered. For IPsec to work, the sending and receiving devices must chare a Public Key. This is accomplished through a protocol known as Internet Security Association and Key Management Protocol/Oakley(ISAKMP/Oakley), which allows the receiver to obtain a public key and authenticate the sender using digital certificates.   • Pyrifluquinazon is classified with a quinazoline insecticide that regulates food intake by controling the feeding behavior acting on the endocrine or nervous system of pests such as aphids and white fly. To keep safety on pyrifluquinazon residues in agricultural commodities a simple, accurate and rapid analytical method was developed and validated using high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC-UVD). The pyrifluquinazon residues acidified with 1% formic acid in samples were extracted with acetonitrile and partitioned with hexane subsequently to dichloromethane then purified with silica solid phase extraction (SPE) cartridge. The purified samples were detected using HPLC-UVD. The method was validated using apple and pear spiked with pyrifluquinazon at 0.02, 0.05 and 0.1 mg/kg and hulled rice, pepper, soybean at 0.05 and 0.1 mg/kg. Average recoveries were 70.5~107.9% with relative standard deviation less than 10%. The result of recoveries and overall coefficient of variation of a laboratory results in Gwangju regional FDA and Daejeon regional FDA was followed with Codex guideline (CODEX CAC/GL 40). This method is appropriated at pyrifluquinazon residues determination and will be used as official method of analysis.

  • Many countries have provided support for research and development and implemented policies for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for enhancing the safety of vehicles. With such efforts, the toll of casualties due to traffic accidents has decreased gradually. Korea has exhibited the lowest toll of casualties due to traffic accidents and is ranked 32nd in mortality among the 35 OECD members. Traffic accidents typically fall into three categories depending on the cause of the accident: vehicle to vehicle (V2V), vehicle to pedestrian (V2P), and vehicle independent. Most accidents are caused by drivers' mistakes in recognition, judgment, or operation. ADAS has been proposed to prevent and reduce accidents from such human errors. Moreover, the global automobile industry has recently been developing various safety measures, but on-road tests are still limited and contain various risks. Therefore, this study investigated the international standards for evaluation tests with regard to the assessment techniques in braking capability to cope with the limitations of on-road tests. A theoretical formula for braking force and a control algorithm are proposed, which were validated by comparing the results with those from an on-road test. These results verified the braking force depending on the functions of ADAS. The risks of on-road tests can be reduced because the proposed theoretical formula allows a prediction of the tendencies.

A Low Jitter Delay-Locked Loop for Local Clock Skew Compensation (로컬 클록 스큐 보상을 위한 낮은 지터 성능의 지연 고정 루프)

  • In this paper, a low-jitter delay-locked loop that compensates for local clock skew is presented. The proposed DLL consists of a phase splitter, a phase detector(PD), a charge pump, a bias generator, a voltage-controlled delay line(VCDL), and a level converter. The VCDL uses self-biased delay cells using current mode logic(CML) to have insensitive characteristics to temperature and supply noises. The phase splitter generates two reference clocks which are used as the differential inputs of the VCDL. The PD uses the only single clock from the phase splitter because the PD in the proposed circuit uses CMOS logic that consumes less power compared to CML. Therefore, the output of the VCDL is also converted to the rail-to-rail signal by the level converter for the PD as well as the local clock distribution circuit. The proposed circuit has been designed with a $0.13-{\mu}m$ CMOS process. A global CLK with a frequency of 1-GHz is externally applied to the circuit. As a result, after about 19 cycles, the proposed DLL is locked at a point that the control voltage is 597.83mV with the jitter of 1.05ps.

The Economics Value of Electric Vehicle Demand Resource under the Energy Transition Plan (에너지전환 정책하에 전기차 수요자원의 경제적 가치 분석: 9차 전력수급계획 중심으로)

  • As variable renewable sources rapidly increase due to the Energy Transition plan, integration cost of renewable sources to the power system is rising sharply. The increase in variable renewable energy reduces the capacity factor of existing traditional power capacity, and this undermines the efficiency of the overall power supply, and demand resources are drawing attention as a solution. In this study, we analyzed how much electric vehicle demand resouces, which has great potential among other demand resources, can reduce power supply costs if it is used as a flexible resource for renewable generation. As a methodology, a stochastic form of power system optimization model that can effectively reflect the volatile characteristics of renewable generation is used to analyze the cost induced by renewable energy and the benefits offered by electric vehicle demand resources. The result shows that virtual power plant-based direct control method has higher benefits than the time-of-use tariff, and the higher the proportion of renewable energy is in the power system, the higher the benefits of electric vehicle demand resources are. The net benefit after considering commission fee for aggregators and battery wear-and-tear costs was estimated as 67% to 85% of monthly average fuel cost under virtual power plant with V2G capability, and this shows that a sufficient incentive for market participation can be offered when a rate system is applied in which these net benefits of demand resources are effectively distributed to consumers.

  • The monitoring of electricity consumption using Internet of Things (IoT) technology is attracting attention as a technology to reduce operation costs of smart farms. In this study, we propose a method to apply a real-time electrical consumption monitoring system (the e-Gauge system) and utilization of the collected data real-time while a melon-producing smart farm is in operation. For this purpose, the electrical consumption data for the individual smart-farm facilities such as boilers, nutrient distribution systems, automatic controllers, circulation fans, boiler controllers, and other IoT-related utilities were collected during three months of melon cultivation period. By using the monitoring results, the electrical energy consumption pattern was analyzed as an example, and necessary considerations needed to optimally utilize the measurement data were suggested. This paper will be useful in lowering the technological implementation barriers for new researchers to build a electrical consumption monitoring system and reducing trial and errors in the usage of the generated data.

Design of Digital Phase-locked Loop based on Two-layer Frobenius norm Finite Impulse Response Filter (2계층 Frobenius norm 유한 임펄스 응답 필터 기반 디지털 위상 고정 루프 설계)

  • The digital phase-locked loop(DPLL) is one of the circuits composed of a digital detector, digital loop filter, voltage-controlled oscillator, and divider as a fundamental circuit, widely used in many fields such as electrical and circuit fields. A state estimator using various mathematical algorithms is used to improve the performance of a digital phase-locked loop. Traditional state estimators have utilized Kalman filters of infinite impulse response state estimators, and digital phase-locked loops based on infinite impulse response state estimators can cause rapid performance degradation in unexpected situations such as inaccuracies in initial values, model errors, and various disturbances. In this paper, we propose a two-layer Frobenius norm-based finite impulse state estimator to design a new digital phase-locked loop. The proposed state estimator uses the estimated state of the first layer to estimate the state of the first layer with the accumulated measurement value. To verify the robust performance of the new finite impulse response state estimator-based digital phase locked-loop, simulations were performed by comparing it with the infinite impulse response state estimator in situations where noise covariance information was inaccurate.
