초고층건물은 랜드마크로서 그 도시를 대표해 정치, 경제, 사회적으로 엄청난 파급효과 창출이 입증되면서 세계 유수 도시가 경쟁적으로 추진하고 있다. 울산광역시와 경상남도는 울산 경남을 상징하는 초고층 건물 건립을 진행하고 있으며 현재 시공 중이거나 시공 예정인 고층 건물은 $\triangle$태화강 이안 엑소디움 (54층) $\triangle$두산 위브더 제니스(48층) $\triangle$풍림 엑슬루타워(43층) $\triangle$코오롱 파크폴리스(39층) 등이다. 울산 경남 지역에 건립됐거나 건립 예정인 고층건물에 대해 알아본다. 본지는 지난 6월 서울특별시에 이어 전국에 건설 중이거나 건설 예정인 고층건물에 대한 정보를 수록할 예정이다.

L'analyse des galets fractures decouverts sur les sols d'habitat de la grotto du Lazaret permet de penser que la cassure des galets se serait produite sur place dans la grotte, soit par des actions naturelles, soit par des actions des hommes prehistoriques. D'apres la comparaison des resultats obtenus par 1'etude exprimentale, les cassures des galets sont liees a plusieurs modes de fraturation. On peut seulement dire que les trois modes (1,3 et 5) sont susceptibles de donner des indications sur 1'aspect intentionnel de certains types de fracturation.

이소플라본은 대두와 대두가공제품에 들어있으며 화학적으로 두가지 형태 즉 아글리콘(aglycone)과 배당체(glucoside)로 존재한다. 본 논문은 사람에게 대두의 이소플라본이 흡수되는데 아글리콘과 배당체가 차이가 있는지를 연구하였다. 이소플라본을 저농도(0.11mmol)로 1회 투여했을 때 아글리콘형은 섭취 2시간 후에 혈장의 이소플라본 농도가 최고치에 도달하였으며 배당체형은 섭취 4시간 후에 최고치에 도달하였다: 이때 피험자는 4명의 남성(41세)과 4명의 여성(45세) 이었다. 또한 8명의 피험자〔남성 4명(40세), 여성 4명(47세)〕를 대상으로 고농도(1.7mmol) 이소플라본을 1회 섭취시킨 후 혈장의 이소플라본 농도 변화를 비교하였으며, 아글리콘 섭취 후 혈장 이소플라본의 최고 농도는 배당체로 섭취한 경우보다 5배가 높았다. 저농도와 고농도의 두 실험에서 모두, 제니스테인과 다이드제인의 섭취수준은 유사함에도 불구하고 혈장의 제니스테인의 농도가 다이드제인보다 유의적으로 높았다. 또한 8명의 남성(45세)을 대상으로 4주간의 장기간 이소플라본(0.30mmol/ 일)을 섭취시킨 후 혈장의 이소플라본 농도를 측정하였다. 2주와 4주째에 혈장내 농도는 배당체형보다 아글리콘 섭취 후에 100% 이상 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이소플라본 아글리콘은 배당체보다 사람에게 더 빠르고 더 많은 량이 흡수되었다. 이소플라본 아글리콘이 풍부한 제품은 이소플라본 배당체가 풍부한 제품보다 관상 심장질환 등 만성질환 예방에 더 효과적일 수 있을 것이다.

This study is to produce multiple layers of liposomes in a supercritical state and encapsulates active ingredients in order to stably encapsulate thermodynamically unstable active ingredients. In order to form a liposome in a supercritical state, a mixed surfactant development including vegetable-derived hydrogenated phosphatidyl choline and their delivative, hydrogenated sucrose distearate was synthesized as high purity. It describes a manufacturing method of injecting liquid carbon dioxide into a reactor to create a supercritical state and stirring to produce a giant liposome, and adding and loading genistein and quercetin. The HLB of the mixed lipid complex (SC-Lipid Complex) was 12.50, and multiple layers of liposome vesicles were formed even at very low concentrations. This surfactant had a specific odor with a pale yellow flake, the specific gravity was 0.972, and the acid value was 0.12, indicating that it was synthesized with high purity. As a result of the emulsifying capacity experiment using 20 wt% capric/capric triglyceride and triethylhexanoin using SC-Lipid Complex, it was found to have 96.2% emulsifying power. SC LIPOSOME GENISTEIN was confirmed that a multi-layer liposome vesicle was formed through a transmission electron microscope (Cryo-TEM) for the supercritical liposome encapsulated with genistein. The primary liposome particle size in which genistein was encapsulated was 253.9 nm, and the secondary capsule size was 18.2 ㎛. Using genistein as the standard substance, the encapsulation efficiency of supercritical liposomes was 99.5%, and general liposomes were found to have an efficiency of 93.6%. In addition, the antioxidant activity experiment in which quercetin was sealed was confirmed by the DPPH method, and it was found that the supercritical liposome significantly maintained excellent antioxidant activity. In this study, thermodynamically unstable raw materials were sealed into liposomes without organic solvents in a supercritical state. Based on these results, it is expected that it can be applied to various forms such as highly functional skincare cosmetics, makeup cosmetics, and scalp protection cosmetics.

It is well known that soy isoflavones play beneficial roles in the prevention of chronic diseases such as breast cancer, cardiovascular disease and osteoporosis. However current data are not sufficient for estimating the level of isoflavone intake. To use the urinary isoflavone excretion as a maker of isoflavone intake,26 participants consumed the isoflavone extract capsule (90 mg soy isoplavones/capsule) daily for 3 months. The study compared effects of pre- and post-isoflavone supplement in the following parameters; physical examination, dietary recalls, and urinary isoflavon excretion. The average age, height and weight were 65.7 years, 149.4 cm, and 57.3 kg. Subjects maintained regular diet pattern, and average daily nutrient intakes between pre- and post- supplementation were not significantly different except vitamin A, carotene and vitamin C. There was no significant difference between pre- and post- supplementation in terms of daily isoflavone intake. The basal urinary isoflavone excretion was 8.37 mg/day (daidzein 6.23 mu genistein 2.14 mg), and average daily excretion rate was IS.8%. Urinary isoflavone excretion was significantly increased, after isoflavone supplementation for 3 months as compared the basal level (p<0.01). Our data suggest that urinary isoflavone level, especially daidzein and genistein, may be a useful maker to estimate isoflavone intake.

전세계를 불문하고 선박이라는 특수성에 의거하여 과거 선박이 수면위에서 화물 및 여객을 이송하기 시작하면서 선장이라는 직책은 선박에서 어느 누구도 침범할 수 없는 위치에서 능력의 객관적인 평가 없이 무조건적인 직위를 유지해 오고 있다. 이는 선원들이 선장을 평가한다는 것은 시스템적으로나 선박운영상으로나 접근한다는 것은 불가능한 사항이었다. 하지만, 이러한 선박 조직원들의 선장에 대한 평가는 무능력하거나 자격이 부족한 선장을 배제 또는 교육을 통한 선박의 안전운항과 직결되며, 이는 IMO와 ILO에서 요구하고 있는 선원의 인권과 맞물려 향후 해운 비즈니스에 중요한 이슈로 부각될 것이 자명하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 선장평가제 도입에 대한 기초연구를 실시 하였다.

This paper examined the meaning and task of romance research with a focus on Reading the Romance(1984) by Janice A. Radway. This book, which analyzes romance texts by examining the situation and meaning of reading romance by women readers integrating between cultural studies and literary studies, is one of the most popular studies on the romance genre. Radway scrutinized the practical significance of reading romance in a community of women readers. Through a study involving questionnaires and in-depth interviews, she found that for women, romance reading is a 'compensatory fiction' that brings happiness and emotional redemption through a sense of liberation achieved by escaping from patriarchal daily life. The romance that women prefer is composed of 4 stages and 13 divisions: 'Encounter → Attest → Recovery → Happy End'. It also maintains a formula that begins with an immature female character's identity crisis and ends with a blissful union that recognizes the intrinsic value of the main character, who has turned into a man who is considerate of the women. Therefore, romance plays the role of pursuit of the 'female utopian fantasy' and at the same time a reconciliation of women to patriarchy. Feminist critics of the day criticized this argument. However, reading romance is a 'feminine reading', and romance is literature about the functional relationship between women's lives and patriarchy. Yet the interpretation could differ depending on the different viewpoints and definitions of the women's utopian fantasy. In recent years, the conditions of female reader's lives, awareness and imagination have been changing rapidly. As a result, the female utopian fantasy has also changed significantly. Nevertheless, women's lives in the real patriarchal system are still contradictory, and their adventurous imagination is spreading in alternative spaces such as the subculture. In this regard, the question is about the definition of romance and the meanings of romance research are still important task.
