산업자원부와 산업연구원은 대내외 경제환경의 변화에 대한 한국산업 및 기업의 대응능력 수준과 결정요인, 전망 등을 실태조사하고 이에 기초한 산업 및 기업의 경쟁력 강화정책을 수립하기 위해 다음과 같이 산업내부구조에 대한 통계 데이터베이스(DB)를 구축하고자 합니다.

Forest type map is a main forest thematic map which shows forest type, age class, diameter class and density. This map has been used as a base data in various fields such as forest policy decision-making, land suitability assessment and eco map production etc. But the existing map had many kinds of errors and no metadata because there was no standard for digital map production. On this study, we developed standard for digital forest type map production consisting of 33 unit processes including DB schema design, mapping process, quality control and metadata input process. Based on this standard, country-wide digital forest type map can be produced with consistent quality and standard metadata.

공공분야에서 수행되는 연구사업 및 과학기술 진흥을 위한 과학기술정보(STI)와 그 서비스에 관한 수많은 노력들이 관련 STI DB의 구축확대 정책과 STI서비스 시스템의 개발로 활기를 띠고 있다. 하지만 해당정보의 주된 활용처인 연구개발 활동에 있어 STI가 어떻게 활용되고 있으며 어떤 정보가 실질적으로 R＆D 활동에 투입되어 활용되는지에 대한 분석이 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 공공영역에 구축되어 있는 과학기술 정보자원의 종합적인 파악과 서비스 형태를 분석하여 실제 연구개발 환경에서 활용되는 STI서비스를 연구개발의 단계별로 분류하고, 연구개발활동의 각단계에서 주로 사용되고 있는 STI서비스를 분류해 이를 니드와 요소의 관계로 연관분석하여 현재 진행되고 있는 STI서비스체제에 대한 정책적 개선방안을 제시하도록 한다.

도시재생종합정보시스템{참고문헌1,2]에서는 도시의 쇠퇴정도를 파악하고 그에 따른 도시재생사업을 수행하는데 있어 의사결정 지원과 관련정보 등을 제공해주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도시재생 사업이나 정책을 진행시키고자 했을 때, 기개발되어진 쇠퇴/잠재력 시스템의 연계/활용을 통해 효율적인 도시재생 사업의 의사결정을 지원해줄 수 있는 우선순위 선정프로세스를 연구하였다. 또한, 시스템간의 연계/진단을 위한 정보 프로세스 및 구현방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 우선순위 선정방안으로 보다 객관적, 직관적인 도시의 현황 및 DB 제공할 수 있으며 이를 통해 도시재생 사업 및 정책의 의사결정을 위한 근거자료로 활용 할 수 있다.

This study analyzed the procedures and contents of digitalization of sinological resources owned by major sinological resource institutes in Korea. It investigated the united organizations that use such sinological resources It also assessed governmental policies and future Plans for digitalization of sinological resources. Finally, it proposed steps and conditions necessary for successful digitalization of sinological resources. (1) The level of digitalization of library management, searching, and usage system of national library, university library, and research library that has been applied since 1980s has already been highly advanced. The amount of sinological resources collected is significant and its substance value is very high. The digitalized resources are already distributed on internet partially. However, the level of digitalization of sinological resources still lacks some aspects and requires further effort. (2) The data base for digitalized sinological resources already available can be grouped into bibliographic information, contents and annotation, and full text. and it includes both domestic and foreign resources. The quantities of resources are as described in the body (3) The types of digital sinological resources include antient books. archives, micro, and book blocks. (4) The encoding DB methods of digital sinological resources include text. image, PDF. and etc. (5) The united organizations of sinological resources enable us to avoid duplicated investigation and enhance service efficiency. Here are some factors to consider in order to accomplish ideal digitalization of sinological resources. (1) First of all, it is necessary to organize a control center for digitalization procedures of old materials, and allow it a certain degree of authority to develop and Proceed a comprehensive Plan. (2) Both short- and long-term plans need to be developed in order to analyze various aspects of digitalization process. and their steps need to be taken gradually (3) It is necessary to train experts for old materials and let them construct and manage DB.

RBAC(Role-Base Access Control)은 호스트상의 유저(User)들에게 Role을 적용하여 호스트를 분산 관리하는 방식이다. 본 논문에서는 RBAC방식을 응용하여 Role을 네트워크의 호스트에 적용해서 네트워크 자원 사용에 제한을 두는 침입차단 방식을 제안한다. 그리고 Rule의 적용을 메뉴화하여 선택함으로 Rule적용의 편이성에 기여하는 불법적이고 불필요한 사용을 방어할 수 있는 네트워크 침입차단 시스템을 설계 및 구현을 한다.

Government has established and operated GIS Data Base in such fields as land-use, road, and underground facilities since 1995. Based on these circumstances, the importance of spatial information industry began to emerge and accordingly MLIT (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) established "National Spatial Information Policy Master Plan" and "National Spatial Information Policy Action Plan". However, compared to other fields of transportation, the spatial information data base for railway facilities are not established and provided systematically. As shown in 'Korea National Spatial Data Infrastructure System', only 'transportation information' as an related information and 'transportation' field as an administrative information are included in the system. Detailed information for railway and its facilities are not included in the system. The reason why detailed information for railway facilities are not included in the system is that regulations for establishing and utilizing the spatial information of railway and its facilities are imperfect. In this study, trend of establishing spatial information and regulations related to railway and its facilities are reviewed. Through this review, improvement items such as complementing existent laws and establishing organization for managing spatial information data of railway are deduced and suggested. Based on this research 'Korea National Spatial Data Infrastructure System' could set a legal fundament and both integrated maintenance and operation of railway facilities could be possible.

This paper will feature designs for security vulnerability based on MS-SQL Database and OLE connectivity by checking the MS-SQL database password policy, the user account password access attempts, a user without password, and password does not be changed for a period of time. This paper uses the MS-SQL database and C++ linkage in order to use the OLE DB function. The design module should judge presence or absence of security vulnerability by checking database password policy, the user account password access attempts, a user without password, password does not be changed for a period of time. The MS-SQL database password associated with a feature, judging from the many features allows you to check for security vulnerability. This paper strengthen the security of the MS-SQL database by taking the advantage of the proposed ability.

Public information has been collected in various fields with huge costs in order to serve public purposes such as public agencies' policy-making. However, the collected public information has been overlooked as silos. In korea, many attempts have been made to open the public information to the public only to result in limited extent, where OpenAPI data is being presented by some agencies. Recently, at the national level, the LOD(Linking Open Data) project has built the national DB, initiating the ground on which the linked data will be based for their active availability. This study has outlined overall problems in earlier projects which have built up national linking systems based on linked data for public data use. A possible solution has been proposed with a real experience of having set up an existing national DB of Korean public agencies.
