This paper aims to consider and draw policy implications for industrial crisis areas in advanced European countries with extensive experience in implementing regional industrial policies for regions facing industrial and employment crises due to deindustrialization, the decline of main industries, and industrial restructuring. In Europe, the paradigm and focus of support policies for industrial crisis areas have varied from time to time and from country to country. In particular, since the 2008 global economic crisis, it has again become a major issue of regional policy. Europe's recent policies for industrial crisis areas are characterized by a new model of development, with its focus on regional economic growth and job creation, and in the form of multifaceted and comprehensive regional policies through policy mix that combines regional development policies, industrial policies and employment policies.

산업연관표에 의한 특정 산업구조분석은 거시적이고 포괄적인 우리나라 산업의 투입(input)과 산출(output)정보를 정리한 산업연관표에 의한 산업구조변화 추이분석이라는 관점에서 미래 해당 산업구조변화에 대한 진화방향을 파악할 수 있기 때문에 중요한 산업구조분석으로 활용된다. 먼저 본 연구에서는 2000년, 2005년 그리고 2008년도 산업연관표를 통하여 방송통신산업(ICT 산업)의 과거 10년간 구조변화를 비교 분석하였다. 또한 우리나라와 유사한 산업구조를 가진 일본의 2000년과 2005년도의 산업연관표를 이용하여 양 국가의 방송통신산업구조를 비교 분석하였다. 마지막으로 방송통신산업구조 변화의 분석결과의 정책적 시사점으로 바람직한 기술 및 산업정책방향을 제시하였다.

국가의 경쟁력은 급변하는 환경에 적극적이고 빠르게 대처해야만 제고될 수 있다. 최근 고부가가치 창출, 지구온난화, 보안 안전 등의 글로벌 환경변화에 따라 교통 및 물류체계 효율성은 국가의 중요 이슈 중 하나가 되었다. 정부에서는 물류발전을 위하여 다양한 정책 및 물류정보망사업을 추진해 왔으나 국내 물류체계의 비효율성 문제는 여전히 거론되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 국가물류체계의 발전적 개선을 위해서는 최근 세계 환경변화와 각국의 물류정책 및 정보화 추진현황 분석이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 글로벌 물류환경의 변화, 물류선진국들의 물류정책을 살펴보고, 국내 물류정책의 과거와 현재, 그리고 물류정보화 현황을 소개한다. 마지막으로 향후 발전 방향 설정을 위한 시사점을 요약 제시하고자 한다.

최근 우리나라의 비트코인 거래량이 폭발적으로 증가하면서 블록체인 기반의 비트코인에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 비트코인에 적용된 블록체인 기술은 중개기관의 개입이 없는 분산된 지급 형태로 위 변조의 우려가 적고 거래가 간편하나 불법자금, 탈세, 이용자 도산 등의 문제가 발생할 가능성이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 블록체인 기반의 비트코인 거래에서 도출된 정책적 시사점과 향후 정책 도입 방안을 제언한다.
