Development of a Behavioral Mode Choice Model for Road Goods Movement (형태요소를 적용한 화물수송수단 선택 모형의 개발)

  • 기존의 추정된 화물 수요모형은 화물의 출하특성과 관련된 설명변수를 중심으로 추정되었으며, 이에 따라 수송수단 선택 과정에서 화주가 느끼는 실제의 인식 상황을 모형내에 적절히 반영하지 못하였다. 본 연구는 기존 연구가 갖는 한계점을 극복하고자 화주가 수송수단을 선택할 때 느끼는 인식상황을 모형 내에 적용시켜 수단 선택 특성을 분석하였다. 연구대상은 우리나라의 188개 제조업체에서 화물자동차로 출하한 내수용 화물이며, 연구의 범위도 현실 운송체계 내에서 화주의 수단선택 행태를 설명하는 단기간의 예측으로 제한하였다. 모형추정결과 우리나라의 공로화물수송을 해석하기 위해서는, 출하중량까지를 고려한 다항로짓모형 형태이면서 인식 요소를 행태변수로 추가한 모형을 이용하는 것이 가장 적절하다는 결론을 내렸다. 그리고 이에 따라 주요한 설명 변수들의 탄력성과 화주의 인식 요소에 대한 특성값을 분석하여 제시하였다. 연구결과는 활용성 측면에서 직접 활용이 가능한 것과 잠재적인 변화를 예측하는데 이용되는 것으로 구분된다. 먼저 직접활용이 가능한 것은 수송수단과 관계된 변수들을 해석하여 얻는데, 수송비용과 수송시간에 대한 계수값의 크기와 부호, 그리고 탄력성은 정부의 정책부서나 운송인의 계획수립에 직접 적용된다. 다음으로 화주의 인식 요소는 잠재적인 변화를 예측하는데 이용되며 각 요소가 갖는 탄력성 및 특징은 운송인의 고객관리 기준이된다.

A Study on the Organizational Characteristics Affecting the Performance of CRM (고객관계관리의 성과에 영향을 미치는 조직적 특성에 관한 연구)

  • Due to the rapid development of Information Technology and the Internet, e-business has bloomed and prevailed recently. As the result of this phenomenon, enterprises introduce CRM as a new process accessible to customers. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors affecting the performance of CRM based on precedent theoretical studies. So, the empirical test is conducted to various hypotheses related to the research model. 206 questionnaires for this study are collected. The result of how the organizational characteristics influence on the performance of CRM shows that they have a positively significant effect on it in order of expert security, top management's support and customer information-centric culture, and department collaboration. Evaluation and compensation system don't influence on the performance of CRM directly.

A Study on Quality Management Activities and Employee Trusts in Small Venture Companies (중소벤처기업의 품질경영활동과 조직원 신뢰 간의 관계에 관한 연구)

  • In this article, we try to study the relationship among quality management activities, employee trust, and employee satisfaction in small venture companies in Korea. Based on the previous studies, we build a couple of hypotheses about communication, process management, business policies, innovative changes, employee trust and employee satisfaction. From our empirical study, we find that communication and innovative changes have an positive effect on employee trust. Also, employee satisfaction is positively influenced by employee trust. Our study provides the following implications for organization management. First, for employee satisfaction, in an organization, it is very important to build employee trust among higher managements, firms, business processes, evaluations, and employees. Second, in order to build employee trust, besides establishing clear management policy and managing business processes, our study shows that improving communications among employees and customers and having continuos innovative changes such as improving current business processes, problem solving, establishing standards and maintaining high productions are important.

임팩트 투자의사 결정요인에 관한 연구

  • 임팩트 투자(impact investment)는 사회적 가치와 재무적 이익을 동시에 추구하는 소셜벤처에 투자하는 행위이다. 그동안 국내에서는 정부 주도로 임팩트 투자 생태계가 조성되고 성장하였다. 선순환 투자 생태계를 위해서는 소셜벤처가 가지는 사회혁신의 가치와 임팩트 투자의 연계가 중요하다. 사회적 형평과 시장의 효율의 두 가치 중심으로 수요와 공급이 맞는 임팩트 투자에 대한 이해가 필수적이다. 특히, 임팩트 투자 지원정책과 투자가 공공에서 민간으로 확대되는 시점에서 임팩트 투자의사 결정요인을 규명하는 차별화된 접근이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 임팩트 투자의사 결정요인을 분석하고 우선순위를 도출하고자 하였다. 먼저 문헌분석을 통해 투자 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고 임팩트 투자 심사역을 대상으로 자문·설문조사를 수행한 뒤, 델파이 기법을 적용하여 주요 투자의사 결정요인을 도출하였다. 다음으로는 임팩트 투자 심사역 10명을 대상으로 AHP분석을 실시하여 투자의사 결정요인의 우선순위를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 상위요인의 중요도는 시장-창업가(팀)-제품·서비스-재무의 순서로 확인되었으며, 세부요인의 중요도는 '시장의 경쟁강도 및 진입장벽-시장성장 및 확장 가능성-팀의 전문성 및 역량-신시장 창출 가능성-영업활동 및 고객관리-창업가의 신뢰성 및 진정성의 순서로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 임팩트 투자에 대한 지원정책과 투자가 공공에서 민간으로 확대되는 시점에서 고유한 투자의사 결정요인을 규명하여 투자를 희망하는 이해관계자들에게 기초 자료를 제시했다는 데 의의가 있다.

  • This paper showed how to apply BIM technology to customized interior design process(CIDP) in order to reduce the heavy workload of stakeholders who are involved in the customized house project. Recently the customers wanted their living space to make a different from others in the field of interior design in particular, therefore, this dissertation focused on the process of the determination of the interior plan through the communication between clients and workers. This thesis indicated the interior design process with IDEF${\emptyset}$ in order to show how many kinds of information workers and expected residents made and shared in the each step of CIDP. BIM in the customized interior design procss is useful to correct drawing errors, help customers' decision-making by showing the 3D model for their own house and decrease the heavy workload of workers concerned by using BIM estimating system.

  • In this study, we analyze using a structural equation model if an appropriate composite relations among the perspectives(Learning & Growth, Internal Business Process, Customer, Financial perspective) of the balanced scorecard are formed to achieve the ultimate goal in Chinese SMEs. In this study, we find that Learning & Growth perspective is related positively to Financial perspective directly and indirectly via Internal Business Process and also find that for success the careful management is required for Learning & Growth and Internal Business Process perspective. The results of this study will provide information about where the need to emphasis on management to improve the financial performance in Chinese SMEs.

OntCIA: Software Change Impact Analysis System Based on the Semantic Web (OntCIA: 시맨틱 웹 기술 기반의 소프트웨어 변경 영향분석 시스템)

  • Software change is an essential operation for software evolution. To maintain the system competently, managers as well as developers must be able to understand the structure of the system but the structure of software is hidden to the developers and managers who need to change it. In this paper, we present a system (OntCIA) for supporting change impact analysis for rating and billing domain based on the semantic web technology. The basic idea of OntCIA is to build a domain knowledge base using an OWL ontology and RDF to implement change impact analysis system that would support the managers and software developers in finding out information about structure of large software system. OntCIA allows users to incrementally build an ontology in rating and billing domain and provides useful information in response to user queries concerning the code, such as, for example 'Find the modules which have a role for confirming new subscription'. The strengths of OntCIA are its architecture for easy maintenance as well as semantic indexing by automatic reasoning.

  • The advance of IT brings various IT equipment which functions as creation, application, and distribution of digital contents, and its demand is increased in the market. As the world IT equipment market has grew steadily, some companies think of it as a good opportunity. But there is a entry barrier like IT Capabilities to the late movers. So some participate in the market, forming the technology alliance with a advanced company. Ironically, the market system set companies' partnership into rivalry. In this context, our study focused on strengthening late mover's competitiveness under the technology alliance. And we conducted the case study concerning the technology alliance, and showed a strategical implications. As a result, we found some challenges for late mover; price policy making by scientific demanding forecasting, preparatory research and management for brand identity and efficient contact points for customer management. We hope that results of the study will influence the development of digital contents industry.

The Study on the Improvement of Curriculum for the Development of Beauty Tourism: Focusing on IPA (뷰티관광 활성화를 위한 교육과정 개선 방안 연구: IPA를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to improve the curriculum to revitalize beauty tourism by analyzing the difference in importance and satisfaction of the beauty tourism curriculum. And online and offline surveys were conducted for workers in the beauty tourism industry, and IPA analysis was conducted using 208 valid samples. As a result of the analysis, it was found that there was a difference in the importance and satisfaction of all educational contents. And than, it was found that there were no educational contents that needed improvement, and the training courses that required continuous maintenance were field practice, major practice, service and manners, customer consultation, customer management, marketing, and interpersonal relationships. Education content with low priority was found to be foreign languages, multicultural understanding, tourism, and beauty management. Based on the results, directions for improving the curriculum for revitalizing beauty tourism were suggested.
