This study aims to estimate the educational environment associated with various learning activities and to compare the differences of each characteristics appeared on the interviews and questions of teachers performing open education. The results were shown to the 5 groups differed from each other by the awareness analysis on their educational environment. According to the analyzed results, firstly, team teaching. applied living factor, unit learning factor, managemental factor, general public factor and assisting managemental factor were influential successively on the degree of satisfaction of teachers to the educational environment in open education of elementary schools. Secondly, to compare the relative differences between the groups, GLM was done. Most factors were significant only in the group of attached school and showed a partial significance in the grade in charge, gender and age.

The protein po;vmorphisms and allele frequencies of wild house rat (Rattus norvegicus) population in Korea were studied. The studied proteins and enzymes were transferrin (Tf), albumin (Alb), fumarate hvdratase (FH), phospho!loucomutase (PGM), lactate dehvdrogenase A (LDHA) and lactate dehvdrogenase B (LDHB). There were two transferrin alleles, TP and Tf in Korean wild house rat popu1ation. The Tf2 allele was found for the first time by a starch gel, and confirmed by a polvacrvlamide gel isoelectric focusing and immunoblotting. The allele frequencies of TP and TF were 0.985 and 0.015, respectively. Two common alleles fumarate hydratase, FHa and FHb were found, and frequencies of FHa and FPP were calculated to be 0.714 and 0.286, respectively. The kequenw of FH in Korean wild house rat was higher than that of Finnish and Czechoslovakian population. Alb, PGM, LDHA and LDHB are only one phenotype each and all. Therefore, these proteins seem to be monomorphic in Korean wild house rat population.

최근 영상 자료의 저장과 검색을 위한 시스템이 많이 연구되고 있다. 방대한 양의 영상 자료를 디지털화하여 파일로 저장하고 영상에 관한 각종 정보를 데이터 베이스로 구성한 뒤, 키워드 등을 사용하여 필요한 영상을 네트워크를 통하여 검색하고 이것을 편집 등에 활용할 수 있도록 하는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다. 영상을 데이터베이스로 구축하기 위해 선행되어야 할 것은 연속적인 장면마다 또는 의미 있는 장면마다 영상을 분류하는 작업이다. 본 논문에서는 MPEG 비트스트림을 분석하여 장면 전환 지점을 자동으로 찾는 실험을 워크스테이션을 통하여 시행하였으며 기존 실행한 실험을 바탕으로 PC상에서 동영상 검색 시스템을 구현하였다. 동영상 검색 시스템은 뉴스, 드라마는 물론 각종 보안 영상 등 다양한 분야의 영상을 분석하여 장면 전환 지점을 찾고, 각 장면의 대표 영상을 저장한 뒤, 네트워크 환경에서 동영상을 검색할 수 있도록 만든 시스템이다.

In recent year, construction of national infrastructure, variations of agricultural environment, urbanization of rural life-style, and other things have influenced on rural area. Therefore, its landscapes have been changed rapidly. As a result of it, rural landscape should be controlled with amenity and totality. That is a rural amenity control planning. The purposes of this study is to consider characters of rural settlement area, the directions of landscape control planning as an environmental planning, the structure of rural landscape, the process of rural landscape control planning, and its frameworks. Main viewpoints of landscape control planning in rural settlement are as follows; the using of regional resources, the harmony of surrounding environments, the harmony of natural ecology, locating of facilities, the development of new landscape material, maintenance of sequencing, symbolizing, unificating, and opening, the using of natural/regional materials, the using of waterfront, the making of stories.

선경인더스트리 연구소에서 개발된 100 여종의 새로운 백금착체 항암제 중 그 동안의 전임상연구를 통해 항암효과가 우수하고 안정성이 확인된 항암제인 SKI 2053R의 인체내 최대내약용량을 결정하고 부작용 및 항암효과를 평가하고 약제의 인체내 약동학적 특성을 검토하기 위해 각종 악성종양 환자들을 대상으로 제 1상 임상연구를 시행하였다. 약제의 투여는 500m1의 5% 포도당용액에 용해하여 1시간에 걸쳐 정주하였으며 병의 악화나 심한 독성이 없으면 치료를 매 4주마다 반복하였다. SKI 2053R의 초기용량은 생쥐에서의 LD$_{10}$의 1/10에 해당하는 40 mg/$m^2$로 하였고, 용량의 단계별 증가는 modified Fibonacci법에 따랐다. 각 단계별로 3명이상의 환자를 치료하여 WHO 기준상 3도 이상의 부작용이 2/6 이상에서 나타날 때의 용량을 최대내약용량으로 설정하였다.

본 논문에서는 PSCAD/EMTDC 패키지를 이용하여 실배전 계통의 3상 4선식을 고려한 DSTATCOM의 모델 및 보상 기법을 제안하였다. 이 기법은 모의된 배전 계통에서 보상전후를 비교하여 배전계통에서 제안된 보상기법의 효과적임을 시뮬레이션을 통하여 보였다.

Tabu search (TS) is a useful strategy that has been successfully applied to a number of complex combinatorial optimization problems. By guiding the search using flexible memory processes and accepting disimproved solutions at some iterations, TS helps alleviate the risk of being trapped at a local optimum. In this article, we propose TS-based heuristics for solving a class of clustering problems, and compare the relative performances of the TS-based heuristic and the simulated annealing (SA) algorithm. Computational experiments show that the TS-based heuristic with a long-term memory offers a higher possibility of finding a better solution, while the TS-based heuristic without a long-term memory performs better than the others in terms of the combined measure of solution quality and computing effort required.

본 논문은 quasi P+MR 전압 제어를 활용한 삼상 인버터의 계통 동기화 방식을 제안한다. 계통동기화 과정 시 시스템이 고정자 좌표계하에서 제어 또는 모델링된다면 독립운전에서의 정전압 및 정주파수를 갖는 교류 지령 전압은 교류 계통 전압으로 즉각 대체되며 이때 인버터의 실제 전압과 계통 전압 간의 위상차에 기인하여 상당한 제어 오차가 발생할 수 있고 이는 심각한 전압 동특성 저하를 야기하기도 한다. 게다가 인버터 출력단에 비선형 부하가 연결될 경우 부하로부터 발생하는 고조파로 인해 이러한 전압 품질에 대한 문제가 더욱 증대된다. 본 논문에서는 독립 운전 모드에서의 전압제어를 위하여 이러한 비선형 부하의 고조파 영향을 고려한 고정자 좌표계 기반의 PR 제어를 사용한 매끄러운 계통 동기화 방식이 제안되었다. 제안된 매끄러운 계통 동기화 방식의 타당성은 기존의 고정자 좌표계 기반의 계통 동기화 방식과의 비교 사례연구를 기반으로 한 실험을 통해 입증된다.

Neonatal lupus(NL) is characterized by typical clinical features and the presence of maternal autoantibodies. The principal serologic markers of NL are anti-Ro/SSA or anti-La/SSB maternal autoantibodies, which are transferred across the placenta and can be detected for the first few months of the affected child. The major clinical manifestations are cardiac disease, notably congenital heart block, and cutaneous lupus lesions. Hepatobiliary disease is relatively rare clinical manifestation of NL. We experienced a case of NL with abnormal liver function test and skin lesion.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the over-depopulation characteristics of village unit in rural and fishery region. In addition, improvement in rural living environment for residents wish to raise. The main results are summarized as follows. First, increasing depopulation village, and the poor living environment for the depopulation of villages. Second, depopulation village characterize the type of hardware and software is required. Finally, this four type of policy is needed to fit characteristics. These findings further improve the depopulation village environment, improve satisfaction in that you can plan the basis for an effective strategy can be. Ongoing analysis of forward linkages and establish future policy measures are needed.
