농촌 지역의 인구 감소 및 그에 따른 지자체의 위기의식이 심화됨에 따라 국내에서도 지역마다 각종 인구 늘리기 시책을 실행하고, 중앙에서 도시민 농촌유치 프로그램 지원 시범사업을 기획하는 등 지역 발전의 기본 요건이 되는 인구 감소의 해결을 위한 노력이 가시화되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 일본의 정주촉진 정책 사례에 대한 고찰을 통해 국내 정책에의 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 시마네현은 일본 혼슈의 동해 연안에 위치하고 있으며, $6707.26km^2$의 면적에 약 74만 2천 명의 인구(2005)가 살고 있는 지역이다. 시마네현의 총 토지면적 중 약 80%가 산림면적이며, 경지면적은 41,000ha로 약 6%를 차지하고 있다. 이 중 논이 80%를 차지하여 논농사 중심의 농업이 이루어지고 있으며, 풍요로운 수산자원을 보유하고 있어 어업활동도 활발하다. 이러한 시마네현에서는 UI턴의 촉진을 위해 '산업체험사업'을 1996년부터 시행하고 있는데, 농림어업에 관한 산업체험을 실시하고, 체험 후의 거주지로 빈집을 활용하는 사업이다. 현 외 거주자가 시마네현 내에서 일정시기 산업체험을 하고자 할 경우, 월 50,000엔이 지급되며, 거주지 확보가 어려울 경우 트레일러하우스나 빈집활용주택, 공영주택 등을 임대해주고 있다. 또 시마네 현 내에서 30세 미만의 청년 미취업자가 일정기간 산업체험을 실시할 경우, 체험에 필요한 경비의 일부를 제공해주고 있다. 그간의 실적을 보면 연간 평균 105명이 체험에 참가하고 있으며, 2000년 이후 정착률은 50%를 넘고 있다. 총 259개의 체험 장소에서 월 평균 4명이 참가하고 있으며, 업종별 참가자수는 농업 및 기타(관광, 전통공예), 어업, 임업, 축산업의 순서로 많은 것으로 나타나고 있다. 또한 시마네현의 고츠시에서는 '도시와의 공생 교류' 실현을 위한 9가지 중점시책을 설정하고 그에 따른 사업을 실행하고 있다. 농산어촌의 취락을 유지하는 것이 첫 번째 중점시책으로서 이를 위해 빈집을 활용한 정주와 교류가 활발히 이루어질 수 있도록 주거 정보를 수집, 관리, 웹을 통해 제공하고 있으며, 농지 유동화 및 농림수산물의 직거래 시스템 확립에 주력하고 있다. 이 밖에도 UI턴자 확보를 위해 지역에서 살고, 일하고, 즐기는데 대한 일체적인 정보 제공 시스템을 마련하고 있으며, '고향교육'을 통해 지역에 대한 애착심을 기르는 동시에 지역에서의 취업 지향을 높이는데 힘쓰고 있다. 농촌 정주촉진을 위한 사업 내용면에서는 일본과 우리나라 간 큰 차이가 없다. 그러나 사업에의 의지와 방향 설정, 사업 추진체계 및 운영방식 등에서 발견되는 차이를 주시함으로써 농촌 지역 인구 증가에 보다 실질적으로 기여할 수 있는 정책으로 만들어가야 할 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 이론적 고찰을 토대로 환경문제와 직결된 소비자들의 가사용 내 구재처분행동유형과 이에 영향을 미치는 제변수들과의 관계를 실증분석을 통해 파악하고자 함이다 연구대상은 분당.일산지역에 거주하는 주부600명이며 최종분석에 사용된 자료수는 512부이다 연구결과 재활용 처분행동중 이타적 처분행동이 많은 비율로나타났으며 가구류가 전자제품류부다 폐기율이 높은 것으로 나타났다 그리고 처분-행동유형은 인구통계적 변수 와 환경문제에 관한 의식과 의미있는 관련이 있음을 보였으며 개인적 가치성향중에는 익사 회적 성향이 재활용 처분행동과 가장 깊은 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다

이 연구는 IPA 기법을 적용하여 민간경비원들의 여가활동 집중개선 종목을 도출하고, 나아가 여가제약이 참가지수에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 2010년 서울 소재 6개소 민간경비업체를 대상으로 판단표집법을 적용하여 최종분석에 사용된 사례 수는 총 267명이다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비원들의 여가활동 참가 지수인 선호도와 참여도는 차이가 있다. 중점개선 여가활동은 헬스, 산책/조깅, 숙박관광, 당일여행 등이다. 둘째, 민간경비원들의 여가제약은 여가활동 참가지수에 영향을 미친다. 개인내적, 주변의식적, 대인적 제약이 클수록 선호하는 여가활동에 부적 영향을 미치는 반면, 구조적, 시간 경제적 제약을 극복하고 선호하는 여가활동에 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 민간경비원들의 복지적처우개선에 집중적인 투자가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

The idyllic housing is dreamed by citizens today. The government has promoted the rural activation and satisfied citizen's needs about idyllic housing through the advanced rural village development project. Jecheon city aims to develop idyllic housing area in Baegun. This study investigated the resident' consciousness and actual conditions of idyllic housing in Baegun by field study. The aim of this study is to suggest data of idyllic housing policy by analysis idyllic housing of actual condition and resident' consciousness of demands. The idyllic housing of resident is aged sixty five or more from Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Second, they want to be maintenance of life convenience facilities, improvement of traffic, necessity of medical institution. Third, it is necessity of variety program to solve conflicts between residents and immigrants and to make community of residents.

Security officers' intent to leave their job would have devastating effects on national security related industries. That is because excessive turnover would result in wasting the money for recruiting and training for organizations as well as putting the level of national security at risk. Therefore, this study has a goal to investigate the factors influencing the intent of leave job among security staff working for one of public institution, airports(n=198). Specifically, this study has a focus on examining the effect of job satisfaction, job commitment and security staff's level of commitment on national security on their turnover intent. The results of the multivariate ordinary lest square regression analysis reveal that job satisfaction, job commitment, and the level of national security commitment directly influence turnover intent. Also, the job satisfaction and the level of national security commitment has indirect impact on the turnover intent via job commitment. However, the results indicate that gender, age, and educational level are not related with security staff's decision to leave their job. Policy implications and study contribution were discussed in this study.

Flumazenil is a competitive antagonist of benzodiazepines. It is usually administered intravenously. However, if the intravenous route is not available then other routes of drug administration should be considered. This study was designed to evaluate the reversal effects of flumazenil after nasal administration. Twenty-five young, healthy adult volunteers participated in this clinical trial. The dosage of 0.08mg/kg midazolam was administered intravenously to induce deep sedation. Ten minutes after midazolam administration, 0.5mg of flumazenil was dropped nasally, over a period of one minute. Blood samples were taken to measure the concentration of midazolam and flumazenil at 0, 5, 10, and 20min after nasal administration of flumazenil, using High Performance Liquid Chromatography. The degree of sedation was evaluated with sedation score and bispectral index (BIS), Statistical analysis was performed by multivariate ANOVA and correlation analysis (P<0.05). Peak serum flumazenil concentration was reached in 10min. Sedation score decreased after midazolam administration and showed a significant increase after flumazenil administration. However, BIS decreased during the first 10min after midazolam administration and then no significant changes after flumazenil administration. There were two instances representing rapid and complete reversal of midazolam after intranasal administration of flumazenil. In conclusion, intranasal flumazenil administration may be effective in some patients when intravenous route is not available in condition of benzodiazepine overdose.

The predominant concern of the study consist of: (1) whether Chinese young people think Korean Wave would lasts; (2) the direct effect of viewing degree of Korean contents on the sustainability of Korean Wave; (3) the mediation effect of liking for Korean Wave and receptiveness to foreign cultural inflow on that sustainability; (4) the moderating effect of sense of rivalry between Korean and China. The research is based on a survey conducted with 371 chinese people between high teen and early 30's, located in Guilin of Guangxi and Zhengzhou of Henan in China. The notable findings are as follow: While the group with strong rivalry does not have a direct effect of viewing degree on the sustainability for Korean Wave, the group with weak rivalrous sense and higher viewing degree of Korean contents predict shorter sustainability of Korean Wave, therefore, the moderating effect of sense of rivalry between Korea and China is significant .Next, liking for Korean Wave shows a full mediating effect among Chinese with weak rivalry and a partial mediating effect among them with strong rivalry. The mediating effect of receptiveness to foreign cultural inflow is non-significant.

This paper looks into the process of the formation of a Chinese ethnic place in Jayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu. In doing so, the paper reviews Chinese immigrants with the approach of cultural adaptation. Specifically, in-depth interviews with both Chinese immigrants and Korean native people in Jayangdong has been conducted to analyze the local residents' reaction to the Chinese immigrants, the conflicts between the natives and the Chinese immigrants, and communications among them. Based on the analyses, the paper recognizes the change of relationship between the natives and the Chinese immigrants in the development of the ethnic place. The relationship between the Korean native people and Chinese immigrants in Jayang-dong turns out to be more positive than that in other Chinese towns. In Jayang-dong, in the early period of the formation of the area, the Korean native people and Chinese immigrants used to have conflicts. However, as time goes by, the conflicts has been resolved and they have embraced each other through interchanges between them based on mutual understanding and consideration. Cultural adaptation in Jayang-dong has occurred in the way that the immigrants have been integrated into the mainstream society based on the connectedness with both the native people and immigrants embracing each other.

The loss of consciousness in the dental office have many causes, such as, vasodepressor syncope, drug administration, orthostatic hypotension, epilepsy, hypoglycemic reaction, acute adrenal insufficiency, acute allergic reaction, acute myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, hyperglycemic reaction and hyperventilation. Patients have fainted during all phases of dental care: during tooth extraction and other surgical procedures, during local anesthetic injections, or during procedures such as venipuncture, on being seated in the dental chair, and even on first entering the dental office. If an elderly patient with known cardiovascular or cerebrovascular problems experiences a syncopal episode, differentiation from cerebrovascular insufficiency of more serious etiology, such as cerebrovascular accident, must be considered. And anaphylactic shock is also suggested during intravenous drug administration. This is a case report of syncope care during venous injection of cephalosporin in patient with cerebrovascular accident.

The purpose of this study was to observe the influence adolescents' environmental experience and environmental consciousness have on the pro-environmental consumption behavior. Also by examining the variable relation, the study scoped out the effectiveness of environmental experience. For the analysis, high school students in Korea were gathered from online and the correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Baron and Kenny mediation analysis were conducted among a total of 521 surveys. The main findings are as follows: First, adolescents' environmental experience, environmental consciousness and pro-environmental consumption behavior showed a positive relationship. In other words, the more the experience, the more sense of responsibility adolescents had towards the environment and society, leading them to have pro-environmental consumption behavior. Second, environmental experience and environmental consciousness were proven to be essential factors that have influence on the adolescents' pro-environmental consumption behavior. Third, partial mediating effect of environmental consciousness was verified in accordance with the relationship between environmental experience and pro-environmental consumption behaviour. The findings suggest the importance of adolescents' environmental consciousness and improvement of pro-environmental consumption behavior by having students gain environmental experience.
