Purpose: The purpose was to determine the content validity of a semantic revision of items on a reliable and valid instrument, the Sieloff-King Assessment of Group Outcome Attainment (Power) within Organizations in Korea (K-SKAGOAO). Methods: The target population for research was chief nurse officers (CNOs) of all hospital within Korea. A sample of 303 hospitals from across the Korea was selected through a stratified random sampling process. A total of 174 CNOs comprised the final sample. Psychometric evaluation of the K-SKAGOAO included: (a) criterion-related validity (b) factor analysis and (c) internal consistency reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficients. Results: The Convergent validity and criterion-related validity were supported. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the K-SKAGOAO was .95. Subscale alphas ranged from .60 to .86. Conclusion: The K-SKAGOAO and related subscales show validity and internal reliability. A nursing group of any size can use the K-SKAGOAO to both assess the group's level of outcome attainment and develop strategies to further improve that level.

다목적 공간 및 공연장은 공연 또는 강연을 위한 공간뿐만 아니라 상점, 식당 및 체육 공간 등 다양한 용도의 공간이 인접되고 있다. 다양한 공간이 인접할 경우 기존의 다목적 공연장에서는 발생하지 않았던 다양한 소음 진동 문제들이 발생한다. 본 연구는 강연 및 공연을 위한 다목적 공간 상부에 식당 및 체육 시설로 활용되는 공간이 배치되어 바닥충격음 문제가 발생할 가능성이 있었다. 바닥충격음의 강당으로의 전달을 차단하기 위하여 기본 구조체에 대한 바닥충격음 차단성능을 측정하여 적절한 저감 대책을 수립하였다. 저감대책으로는 상층부 철골 슬래브와 강당의 철골 구조의 구조적 분리, 유연한 마감재 적용, 슬래브로의 충격진동 차단을 위한 제진재 적용, 이중천장 구조 및 천장내부 흡음구조 형성 등의 종합적인 대책을 수립하였다. 이를 통해 경량충격음 및 중량충격음을 효율적으로 차단하였다. 또한 강당 공간은 강연 및 집회의 공간으로 활용될 수 있도록 하기 위하여 적절한 잔향시간 및 음성 명료도 확보가 필요하다. 플러터 에코, 과도한 잔향시간, 음의 사각지대 등을 최소화하기 위하여 측벽 형태 개선, 천장 반사판 형태를 개선하였다. 또한 측벽에서 진동 등의 영향으로 발생되는 떨림현상을 억제하기 위하여 측벽 내부를 흡음재로 충전하는 등의 대책을 수립하여 적용하였다.

국제 협약에 따라 한글에 관한 정보는 로마자로 표기해야 한다. 우리나라는 1959년 2월 로마자 표기법'을 제정, 수차례 개정을 통해 1983년 6월 문교부(Ministry Of Education)안을 발표했으나, 표지판, 역명, 교과서, 공공문서들에서 활용되었지만, 영자신문, 외국 학술지등은 M-R( Mccune-Reishauer ) 표기법을, 인명, 신문 및 방송매체 등은 혼합표기방식을 사용함으로써 인(人). 지명(地名), ID, 대표어등 정보 검색시 혼란을 야기시켰고, 개정안에 따를 표기 정정으로 수백억원에 가까운 예산을 낭비하였으며, 최근 ISO(International Standard Organization)에서는 남북한 단일화 및 기계적 변환을 요구하고 있으나, 반달표 표기곤란, 편리성 결여, 북한의 주장등의 사유로 제정등을 거론하고 있는 실정에 있다. 잘 쓰지 않는 ASCII 코드 중에서 반달점 폰트를 제작하고 단어, 문장, 문서를 STRING으로 받아 알고리즘화된 음운법칙을 적용하여 소리글자로 변환하고 MOE테이블에서 대응글자를 참조하여 기계적 변환이 가능하도록 하였으며, 세련된 디자인, 풀다운 팝업방식을 채택, 2HD 1장으로 국내최초로 개발하였다.

In ships and offshore structures, there are many local structures formed of thick plates and/or having the form of double wall panels. For the vibration analysis of such a kind of structures, Mindlin plate theory which includes the effects of shear deformation and rotary inertia is usually adopted. In this paper, the vibration and dynamic sensitivity analysis of Mindlin plates having the boundary conditions elastically restrained against rotation have been accomplished using the Rayleigh-Ritz method. Polynomials having the property of the Timoshenko beam functions are introduced and used as trial functions in the spatial representation of the deflection and rotations of cross sections in two directions of the plates. The results obtained by the introduced polynomials gave nearly the same numerical results as those by the Timoshenko beam functions with the remarkable reduction of computational efforts especially in the dynamic sensitivity analysis.

In the early 2012, European Union proposed new legal framework, including the right to be forgotten, for the protection of personal data. The new Proposal articulates kind of sweeping new privacy right and there has been debates on its potential threat to free speech in the digital age. While the situation is similar in Korea, I want to introduce the right to be forgotten in the Proposal. Then, I will analyze current legal system in Korea regarding the new privacy right and suggest some guidelines in searching direction for the coming legislation with respect to the right to be forgotten. The right to be forgotten should not have been promulgated without considering fully its effect on the free speech, especially in the society where the voice toward direct democracy or movement toward participation of the citizen, mainly through cyber space or Social Network Services, has risen much higher in Korea. Especially, the new right seems not to cover the control of data subject on a third party where the third party expressing his opinion by posting himself other's personal data on his blog or others.
