직설법적 조건문의 이론이 해결해야 할 문제 중 하나는 각자 옳을 것 같지만 모두 참일 수 없는 직설법적 조건문에 관한 세 원리들이 있다는 것이다. 먼저 직설법적 조건문을 진리 함수적으로 분석하는 것은 '주관적 확률'을 고려할 때 이 문제를 해결할 수 없다고 논증할 것이다. 필자는 여기서 직설법적 조건문에 관한 성향적 분석을 제시하고 이 이론이 세 원리들의 문제를 해결한다고 주장한다. 그리고 잘 알려져 있는 직설법적 조건문의 수용 조건 혹은 주장가능성 조건을 제시하는 아담스 논제는 조건부 확률이 두 절대적 확률의 비로 정의된 다면 옳지 않을 것이라고 주장한다. 조건부 확률을 성향적으로 정의할 경우에만 아담스 논제는 옳을 수 있다. 마지막으로 아담스 논제의 주장가능성 조건을 진리 조건으로 제시하는 이론도 논박될 것이다.

필수설비에 대한 개념은 국가마다 조금씩 다르게 정의되고 있으며, 이에 따라 통신정책의 형태에 있어서도 다양성을 갖는다. 특히 캐나다의 규제기관인 CRTC는 특정 설비의 독점성 여부, 해당 설비가 경쟁사업자의 서비스제공에 있어서 필수성 여부(대체 설비의 이용 가능성), 경쟁사업자의 자체 구축 가능성 둥을 종합적으로 고려하여 필수설비를 정의하고 있다. 현재 캐나다에서 필수설비로 규정된 통신설비는 전화국 코드, 가입자 명부, 특정 구역 내에 있는 가입자선로 등이 해당된다. 한편, 필수설비의 요건은 일치하지 않으나 경쟁도입 초기에 경쟁사업자의 시장진입을 촉진하고, 경쟁사업자에게 어느 정도의 자체 통신망 구축 유인을 제공하기 위하여 도시지역의 가입자선로, 트래픽 중계 및 CCS7 전송서비스에 대해서는 5년 동안에 한하여 세분화의무를 부과하고 있다. 아울러 전주, 관로 등 지원 구조물은 이미 전기통신법 상에 관련 규정이 있다는 점에서 별도로 필수설비 규정을 부과하지 않고 있다.

현재까지 IDS는 관리자의 개입 없이는 효과적인 운용이 불가능하고, IDS를 사용하더라도 여전히 침입 발생 가능성이 있고, 다양한 우회 가능성이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 제안된 침입탐지 시스템을 분석하고, C-Box에 규정된 정책을 이용한 데이타소스 기반의 침입탐지 시스템을 설계하여 이를 실험하였다. 본 연구는 데이터 소스 기반에서 침입 탐지 방법 기준의 비정상적인 형태에 의한 탐지와 오류에 의한 탐지기법을 적용하였으며, IDS에 침입 탐지 정책을 설계하였고, 규정에 의한 정책중심의 침입탐지 기법을 정상적인 동작과 비정상적인 동작을 구분하는 경계를 정의한다. 또한, 침입탐지 정책을 이용한 호스트기반 IDS를 설계하고 구현함으로서 정보시스템의 취약성을 보완할 수 있었다. 침입탐지 실험을 위한 시스템 호출 기술은 커널에 프로세스들의 특성을 자세하게 정의하고, 이를 실행할 수 있도록 기반을 구축함으로서 가능하게 하였다.

현재 우리나라는 방송 사업자의 재난방송 의무가 다양한 법령에 분산되어 있어, 중복 및 충돌 가능성이 항상 존재한다. 본 논문은 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 현행 재난방송의 법적 정의를 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 하향식 접근방법을 사용하여 방송 사업자를 통한 재난 정보 전달관련 법령 체계의 재정립을 제안한다. 재난방송의 목적, 방송 내용, 방송 시기 등을 조사하여 방송통신발전 기본법의 재난방송 정의에서 야기될 수 있는 모호성, 중복성, 충돌가능성 등의 문제점을 분석하였다. 이러한 문제점의 해결 방안으로 현 재난방송의 범위를 수동적 재난방송과 능동적 재난방송으로 분류하는 체계를 제안하였다. 이러한 체계는 앞으로 재난방송관련 정책 수립 및 재난방송 제도개선을 위해 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

상시 이용가능한 전천후, 범세계적인 정확한 항법을 개발하는 것이 항해자들의 숙원이었다. 이제 시스템의 보완의 문제가 국제적인 규모에 초점이 맞추어 진다면 현시점의 기술로도 이 숙원이 앞으로 10년 내에 이루어 질 가능성이 엿보인다. 범세계적인 전파항법은 그 정의상 수신지점이 아무리 멀리 떨어지고 고립되어 있다 하더라도 육·해·공 어디서나 아무런 전파간섭 없이 수신될 수 있는 것이어야 한다. 범세계적인 항법방식을 채택하는 데 있어서 중요하게 고려되는 사항은 간섭이 없는 주파수 스펙트럼의 이용과 전파항법의 송신사양의 발천이다. 국가안보를 위한 항해와 민간의 목적을 위한 항해 사이의 갈등과 국가간의 요구의 상이는 국가적 결정과 국제적 협력을 위한 의미있는 도전을 나타낸다. 송신국이 육지에 있는 장거리항법방식 2가지, 즉 Loran-C와 Omega는 현재 시행되고 있으며, 인공위성항법방식이 앞으로 실현될 가능성이 있는데, 지금이 바로 행동을 취할 때라고 제안한다. 본 논문은 Loran-C와 Omega 방식의 기술사양서 발행의 절실한 필요성과 이러한 범세계적인 전파항법의 송신에 요구되는 주파수, 스펙트럼의 정의의 필요성을 기술한다. 그리고 국제 전기통신협회의 후원하에 1979년 Genova에서 열린 World Administrative Radio Conference에 앞서서 주의를 요하는 특별한 기술적인 분야에 대해서 기술한다.

Until now, the meaning of terms in most of thesauri has been indirectly presented through relationships and scope notes. However, as thesaurus has been expanded quantitatively, it has become difficult to understand meaning of terms clearly using those relationships and scope notes. Though some thesauri take the form of 'thesaurus dictionary' in order to present the meaning of descriptors, the contents and forms of provided definitions are not satisfying. As standardized definitions of terms integrate into thesaurus on the basis of necessity of definitions providing meaning of terms, this study has shown a possibility for further development of thesaurus.

Qualitative models in model-based expert system needs modeling paradigm which provides intelligent control of modeling assumptions and extracts robust inferences without quantitative information about the system to be modeled. Qualitative reasoning methodologies has proved the property of the completeness but not the soundness to the corresponding quantitative model. We propose new methodology of qualitative reasoning by introducing the concept of Centroid-Oriented Composite Interval to improve the soundness problem. Arithmetic operations and equivalence classes were composed using this definition. Qualitative simulation results were compared to Kuipers's results and the improvements in the soundness problem is verified.

In the moral culture of the West, love and justice are two commands with roots in ancient times. One is the heritage of Hebraism, and the other belongs to the tradition of Hebraism and Hellenism. The two concepts are the most important virtues required for preserving stability in society. These two commands are compatible, in an exclusive relationship to each other. To ultimately seek their reconciliation, the precise concept analysis and understanding of each of them should be premised on, due to the multi-layered meaning of implications of the two concepts. To this end, we first have started with a lexical meaning and have done a conceptual analysis of what these two concepts are expressing. We have looked at Paul $Ric{\oe}ur$ in his interpretation of the discourse of love and justice. Finally, we looked at how these two concepts are narrated in literature. Through the literary works of Stendal, Albert Camus, and Dostoevsky, we have seen examples of literary configurations that have been embodied in life. In this way, through conceptual analysis, discourse analysis, and narrative analysis of the two concepts, the following conclusions were drawn. Love and justice were not a matter of choice. We could see coldness and unrealism of a society lacking love or with a problem of unclean love, through Stendhal's and Albert Camus' novels and their actual debate. In addition, in unclean paternalism, risk of the power of love blocking certain a certain touch of justice was also confirmed. So, it was necessary for a healthy future society to explore the possibility of the coexistence of love and justice. We confirmed the possibility of compatibility in a 'considerate balance' wherein the 'moral judgment in situation' is required, as Paul $Ric{\oe}ur$ expressed. This ideal situation may be realized when forms of love involving solidarity, mutual care, and compassion with pain like Dostoevsky are combined with the principle of distributional justice. When Albert Camus pursued justice and eventually faced reality and mentioned the need for mercy, he could have made a moral judgment based on this situation. In the end, love protects justice, and justice contributes to the realization of love. Justice reduces super-ethical love to moral categories, and love plays a role in enabling justice to exert its full force.

용인시 백암취수장 주변 지역의 지하수에 대해 기초적인 지화학적 조사를 수행하였다. 현장측정자료에서는 취수정의 pH와 EC값이 주변지하수보다 지표수와 유사한 값을 보이며, 취수정의 용존산소(DO) 함량이 천층지하수보다 높은 값을 보인다. 더구나 취수정의 경우 NO$_3$함량이 10.5-12.1 mg/L이며 주변 지하수는 7.2-25.3 mg/L, 지표수는 13.1-14.9 mg/L로서 취수정의 설치심도가 70-180m로서 상대적으로 깊은 암반층에 설치되어 있다 하더라도 주변지하수 및 인접 지표수의 혼입에 의해 영향을 받아 오염이 진행되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이와 같이 연구 지역은 현재 취수정이 모두 청미천변에 위치하고 있어서, 현재 암반 지하수로 개발하고 있는 취수정 지하수가 주변 천부지하수 및 지표수에 의한 혼입 및 오염가능성이 높기 때문에, 앞으로 장기적인 모니터링 및 지화학적 연구가 지속적으로 이루어 져야 할 것으로 사료된다.
