Active damping system is generally used for the vibration suppression and precise motion control for the flexible structure. This application can be easily found on the space structure and driving mechanism of optical storage devices. Although a control system using the flexible structure has many advantages over using rigid mechanism in driving energy saving, system weights, and etc., more complex and precise control strategies are required. A position control system using flexible structure and the concept of active damper is designed and manufactured, which is driven by slide DC motor and moving coil motor located at the tip of the flexible beam. Dynamic characteristics of this system are investigated by analytic and experimental ways. By the comparison of those two results, a nominal reference model for this system is proposed.

전력 산업은 대규모 투자가 필수적인 산업이라 자연 독점으로 남아 있게 되는 경우가 다반사이다. 그래서 사용 요금은 시장의 규칙에 의해서가 아니라 규제자에 의해 많은 부수적인 방법을 통해 회수하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모선 간 전력량을 고려한 전력망 사용요금 산정법을 제안하고자 한다. Equivalent Bilateral Exchange(EBE)와 Relative Electrical Path Width(REPW)를 각각 정의한 후 EBE와 REPW를 이용하여 전력 이동량을 계산하고 모선 간 전력 이동량을 바탕으로 DC 조류 계산을 이용하여 전력망 사용량을 할당하는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법을 검증하기 위해 2기 4모선을 테스트 시스템으로 선정해 기존의 방법과 비교를 해 보았다.

In this paper, statistically optimal accelerated life test(ALT) plans considering statistical efficiency only and new compromise ALT plans to sacrifice some statistical efficiency in return for improved overall properties including estimobility probability and robustness for the model assumptions are developed under the assumptions of constant stress, intermittent inspection, Type I censoring and lognormal failure distribution which has been one of the popular choices of failure distributions in the extensive engineering applications of ALT. Computational experiments are conducted to compare with four ALT plans including two proposed ones under continuous and intermittent inspections over a range of parameter values in terms of asymptotic variance, sensitivities for guessed input values, and proportion of estimable samples, etc. The small and moderate sample properties for the proposed ALT plans designed under asymptotic criterion are also investigated by Monte Carlo simulation.

In this paper, we develop two replacement-type reliability acceptance sampling plans(RASPs) for the gamma lifetime distribution assuming that the shape parameter is known. The two plans are respectively based upon failure-free period and hybrid life tests. We then compare the plans in terms of expected test time to reach a decision, power, etc. Computational results indicate among others that the failure-free period RASP has a shorter expected completion time than the corresponding hybrid RASP when the true scale parameter is 'large'. Finally, sensitivity analyses reveal that the effects of the uncertainties involved in the assumed shape parameter on the producer and the consumer risks are in favorable directions for both parties for both types of plans.

The social culture critics say that the current situation of the boom in pretty men happened because stereotyped notions of sex roles have changed. However, no scientific study has been done as yet to support this theory. Therefore, this study analyzed the present situation and examined it from many different points of view. I asked 600 men to fill out the questionnaire: 300 from Daegu and the other 300 from Seoul. I analyzed four 461 of them. The inner/outer image of Korean males in their 20s was analyzed into seven factors, a positive image, a progressive image, an affirmative image, a sensible image, an exemplary image, a conscious image, and an active image. The demographic result based on the inner/outer image factors showed a significant difference in ages for a sensible image, a conscious image, and an active image.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the current state of e-commerce for corporations in the steel industry and to analyze the factors that led failure in active use of e-commerce. Data from 51 companies are col looted. Factors that affect the e-commerce adoption and use of were analyzed. The influence of e-commerce utilization on corporate performance was also examined. It was found that several factors known to influence e-commerce use in the steel industry such as transact ion methods, preferences, and the level of information-orientation, did not actually have a significant impact. Rather items such as the maturity of e-commerce experience and perceptual compatibility between product characteristics and e-commerce turned out to have a significant influence on the utilization levels of e-commerce. The level of e-commerce utilization in system had a significant impact on each of the three performance dimensions : internal performance, external performance and financial performance.

국내에서 생산되는 자동차부품이 국제적으로 경쟁력을 갖춘 제품이 되기 위해서는 불량률이 적어도 100 ppm 이하가 되어야 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 검사와 계측이 동시에 필요한 자동차 부품 제조 공정에 불량률 최소화 달성을 위한 산업체의 필요에 맞도록 머신비전을 이용하여 검사/계측 자동화시스템을 개발하는 것이다. 이 시스템은 생산부품을 전수검사하고 불량품을 100% 발견하는 것은 물론 데이터를 통계적으로 분석하여 이상원인이나 공정의 변화가 있을 때 이를 빨리 발견하여 많은 불합격품이 만들어지기 전에 공정을 조사하고 수정할 수 있는 조치를 취할 수 있도록 하였다. 이는 정확한 최신 데이터로 신속한 경향관리가 가능하도록 하는 것이며, 품질의 예방관리를 실현하는 것이다. 털 논문에서는 구체적 응용사례로서 자동차 Door inner panel의 프레스 공정에 대한 검사/계측시스템을 예시하였다.

신제품 개발에 있어서 제품의 잠재적 고장모드를 줄이기 위한 설계 노력은 매우 중요하며 이를 위해서는 체계적이고 혁신적인 신뢰성프로그램을 적용하는 것이 반드시 필요하다. 기업에서 동시공학을 기초로 한 건전한 신뢰성프로그램에 포함된 주요활동으로는 DFR(Design for Reliability), 신뢰성검증 및 물리적 해석활동 등이 있으며, 이 중 DFR은 제품 개발을 지원하는 첫 번째 과학적 신뢰성활동이다. 본 연구는 브레이크패드의 신뢰성을 향상시키기 위하여 회사조직전체에서 여러 부서의 팀 구성원이 유기적으로 참여하는 DFR 프로세스를 조직하고 실행하는 전략과 기술에 대한 연구이다. 본 사례연구의 동기는 해당기업에서 DFR에 적용된 모든 도구와 기술을 통해 제품의 신뢰성을 향상시키고 동시에 글로벌시장의 잠재고객에 대하여 품질과 신뢰성에 대한 확신을 주는데 유용하게 활용하기 위함이다. 본 논문에서는 제품개발주기의 개념설계단계 부터 제품의 폐기까지의 DFR 개념 전개에 대하여 설명하고, 기술적 도구를 적용한 설계초기 단계에서의 분석사례를 제시하였다.

PL(product Liability, 제조물 책임)이란 제품의 결함에 의하여 소비자에게 생긴 손해를 배상할 의무를 부담하는 것을 말한다. 선진국에서는 제조자에게 엄격 책임(Strict Liability)을 인정하는 민사 책임 법을 시행하고 있으며, 우리 나라에서도 2002년 7월부터 PL 법의 시행을 앞두고 있어 그 방어대책이 절실한 시점이다. 제품의 안전성, 신뢰성 문제의 80%이상인 대부분의 요인이 설계에 있으며, 문제 해결의 근원은 단적인 의미로 설계품질을 높이는 것이라 할 수 있다. 본 발표에서는 PL법 시행에 대비한 제조물 책임 예방대책을 알아 보고, QFD, 신뢰성 전개, FTA, FMEA를 단계별로 연결하여 신뢰성, 안전성 평가의 결과를 정확히 분석할 수 있는 QDRD 기법을 소개하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factor of fashion behavior and to identify fashion behavior differences according to demorgraphic/physical characteristics and parents' background of male college student in Dalian, China. The data were collected via a self-administered questionnaire from 250 male college students living in Dalian, China in June 2007. Data analysis method were used to Crombach's a, reliabilty, factor analysis, frequency analysis, ANOVA, and Sheffe's test for the post hoctest. The results of this study were as follows: Fashion behavior factors were analyzed into 6 factors such as fashion satisfaction oriented, high price oriented, fashion leader oriented, practical fashion oriented, others defendence oriented. There were significant difference in demographic variables such as age, major and physical variables such as height, weight, clothing size and parents' background such as education, job, and income.
