본 연구는 개의 동결정액제조 시 동결보호 희석액 내에 첨가되는 당의 종류와 조합이 동결융해 후 정자의 생존율 및 운동성에 미치는 영향과 정자동결 시 straw size, 예비동결 시 액체질소표면으로부터 straw까지의 거리 및 융해온도가 생존율에 미치는 영향에 대하여 조사하고자 실시하였다. 포유류의 경우 부생식선의 정낭선에서 분비되는 정장내에는 정자의 체외사출 후 정자의 영양물질인 fructose 가 분비되는데, 동결정액제조 시 회석액내에 첨가되는 당 성분은 fructose 및 glucose를 일반적으로 사용하고 있다. (중략)

This experiment was carried out with the purpose to get some information about the properties of Simmental bull semen during summer season. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. Semen volume per ejaculation, sperm concentration and sperm viability were averaged 5.16ml, 6.6billion and 65%, respectively. 2. Percentage of motile sperm after dilution in skmmilk solution and trisbuffer for 5 days were 34.16% and 35.0%, respectively. 3. Viability of spermatozoa frozen in skimmilk extender and trisbuffer for 5 days were 20. 83% and 25.66%, respectively. 4. Percentage of live sperm, MRT and pH value were 71.8∼72.1%, 8.40∼8.21 minutes and 6.78, respectively. 5. Diluted semen showed strong resistance to the cold shock than that of fresh semen. 6. Rscovery of sperm motility after freezing for 24 hours was relatively weak.

This study was conducted to determine the optimum time and the insemination site of frozen in Cheju native cows, and 660 cows first service inseminated with rectovaginal methods by 3 skillful technicians as 3 districts near Cheju City and Sogwipo City areas obtained the following results. Optimum time for insemination was 16-20 hours after the onset of estrus and 80.6% of 67 conceived to first insemination. In the rectovaginal technique used widely at present conception rate for the palpation of ovaries showed 6.6% (index) higher than that of non-palpation. Conception rate of the insemination site; the intra-uterine horn, intra-uterus, just inside the cervix and depositing in mid-cervix were 62.5, 78.4, 74.6, and 80.9% respectively, however, there was no difference in conception rate between cervical and uterine deposition of forzon semen except for the intra-uterine horn.

<스폐셜포스>. <스타크래프트>, <리니지1,2>등 이른바 게임순위 '부동의 3인방'을 제외한 10위권내 게임들의순위싸움이 치열한 한 달이었다. 리니지시리즈가 주도하고 있던 일명 '노가다'중심의 한국 온라인 RPG시장에서 방대한 세계관과 퀘스트위주의 참신한 게임성으로 RPG흐름 자테를 바꾸어 놓았던 <월드 오브 워크래프트>(이하('와우')는 지난달 17일 18시를 기점으로 전격적으로 '가격인하'를 단행. 제2의 도약을 꿈꾸고 있다. 상용화 초기, 다소 비싼 정액요금으로 유저들의 반발을 사기도 했던 와우는 7일. 30일. 90일의 정액 요금을 각각 20%씩 인하했다. 특히 30일 기준으로 1만9,800원으로 책정된 와우의 이용요금은 최근 상용화를 단행한 로한)과 더불어 30일 기준. 2만원 이하의 온라인게임 가격파괴를 가져올 것이라는 조심스런 전망까지 나오고 있다. 더욱 치열해지고 있는 온라인게임들의 4월한달간 게임동향을 살펴봤다.

정자의 아크로좀에 존재한다고 알려진 효소들중 실온에 방치할 경우 또는 완충용액으로 정자를 세척할 경우 쉽게 아크로좀 막으로부터 흘러나옴을 관찰하였다. 신선하게 사용된 토끼의 정액을 $0^{\circ}C$에서 트리스 완충용액에 방치할 경우 하이얄유로니데이스는 39%정도가 유출되어 나오고, 또 $37^{\circ}C$에서 1시간 더 둘 경우 나머지 30%, 그리고 두시간째에 17%가 방출되며, 계면활성제로 아크롬을 처리할 경우 단 4%의 효소가 추출되었다. 다른 두 탄수화물 분해요소인 베타 엔 애시틸글루코사미니데이스 및 베타 그룩유로니데이스도 하이얄유로니데이스처럼 쉽게 분리되어 나오고 계면활성제로 추출될 수 있는 양은 대단히 적었다. 이와같이 효소가 아크로좀에서 방출되는 정도에 따라 아크로좀막에 흡착된 정도를 알 수 있으며 동시에 수정과정에서 역활을 이해하는데 도움이 될 것이다.

현재 게임 비즈니스 모델의 흐름은 패키지에서 정액제, 정액제에서 부분유료화, 부분유료화에서 배틀패스로 변화하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 장르, 플랫폼 상관없이 배틀패스 비즈니스 모델을 채택하는 게임이 늘어가고 있는 추세에 배틀패스는 무엇이며 타 비즈니스 모델과는 달리 어떤 특징이 존재하기에 현재 비즈니스 모델의 변화를 주도하는지에 대해 설명한다. 또한 배틀패스 비즈니스 모델의 단점과 앞으로 우려되는 문제점을 설명함과 동시에 이에 따른 해결 방안을 제시한다.

The present study was carried out to investigate the effects of maturation media on penetrability of pig oocytes by liquid boar sperm coincubated with different sperm concentrations in a modified Tris­buffered medium (mTBM). Follicular oocytes collected from ovaries of prepubertal gilts were matured in a modified TCM-199 (mTCM-199) medium, modified Waymouth MB 752/1 (mWaymouth MB 752/1) medium or NCSU-23 medium. Oocytes (30~40) were transferred into each well of a Nunc 4-well multidish containing 0.5 $m\ell$ maturation medium. The sperm­ich portion of ejaculates with greater than 90% motile sperm were used in the experiment. The semen was cooled 22 to 24$^{\circ}C$ over 2 h period. The semen was diluted with Beltsville Thawing Solution (BTS) extender at room temperature to give 2$\times$10$^{8}$ sperm/$m\ell$ in 100 $m\ell$ plastic bottle. Liquid boar semen of 30 $m\ell$ in 100 $m\ell$ plastic bottle was kept at 17$^{\circ}C$ far 5 days. The sperm with greater than 70% motility after day 5 of storage were used for in-vitro fertilization (IVF). After 44 h maturation of immature oocytes in 5% $CO_2$in air at 38.5$^{\circ}C$, cumulus cells were removed and oocytes (30~40) were coincubated for 6 h in 0.5 $m\ell$ mTBM fertilization medium with five different (1$\times$10$^{6}$ , 2$\times$10$^{6}$ , 4$\times$10$^{6}$ , 6$\times$10$^{6}$, 10$\times$10$^{6}$ $m\ell$) sperm concentrations. At 6 h after IVF, oocytes were transferred into 0.5 $m\ell$ NCSU-23 culture medium fur further culture of 6 h. At 12 h after IVF, sperm penetration, polyspermy and male pronuclear formation of oocytes were evaluated. Oocytes of NCSU-23 maturation medium decreased polyspermy and increased male pronuclear formation compared to those of mTCM­199 and mWaymouth MB 752/1 maturation media. Of oocytes matured in NCSU-23 medium and inseminated in mTBM medium with 2~4$\times$10$^{6}$ $m\ell$ sperm concentrations, 50.8~50.9% showed sperm penetration, 13.3~19.5% polyspermy and 43.9~45.4% male pronuclear formation. In conclusion, we found out that oocytes matured in NCSU­23 medium and inseminated in mTBM medium showed superior in­vitro fertilization compared to those matured in mTCM­199 and mWaymouth MB 752/1 maturation media and inseminated in mTBM medium. The optimum sperm concentrations for in-vitro fertilization of oocytes matured in NCSU-23 medium by liquid boar semen stored at 17$^{\circ}C$ for 5 days were 2~4$\times$10$^{6}$ $m\ell$.
