This paper has conducted a theoretical re-inquiry on Gilles Deleuze' thought about Alfred Hitchcock' film based on the image of thought in relation with the concept and theory about film. So, the purpose of this article is to explore that film can acquire the academic significance as a philosophy including an academic denomination of social science and Arts. According to the findings, Gilles Deleuze appeared that A. Hitchcock used the mental-image which can transform the perception-image, the action-image, and the affection-image in film and make the relation including the way which it is developed between character and event. Also, as the mental-image can change the meaning of film, camera is the essence and mental referent. And the mental-image makes the other images a specific frame, permeates into image and transforms it. This paper sets limits to some problems that Deleuze's thought about film generalizes to filmic theory, but has a importance to inquiry new research as a theoretical introspection for the practical discussion about the relation between film and philosophy.

This study is on mid-seventies female gamblers who went through Korean modern history. The purpose is to analyze interviews on their life of understanding what their true self is, and to redefine gambling. The concept of 'existential self-regulation' was proposed and the materials were acquired through narrative interviews. The materials were then investigated according to Mandelbaum's framework for analysis of which suggests dimension, turning, and adaptation. The self-narrative revealed that the process of being addicted to gambling is as in the following: compensating her emotional deficiency via money and child's education, getting rid of the emotional deficiency via gambling, becoming free from emotional deficiency. The meaning of gambling has shifted to a comfort to existential vacuum, a source of anxiety ruining life, pastime for boring everyday life. Life events that control the impulse to gamble through 'existential self-knowledge' occurred in the second and the third stage. Based on the results, the study suggests mid-seventies female gamblers to write her autobiography, and proposed the necessity of self-examining programs.

This study, based on the research on the history of life, aimed to recompose and analyze into what life progressive structure the life experience by the mentally ill, after the onslaught of the disease, developed in a bid to understand the risk progress in the mentally ill's life, and to determine what contributed to the current stabilized recovery and adjustment. Five mentally ill persons participated in the study, and Sch$\ddot{u}$tze's narrative interview was used to gather data. The gathered data were analyzed according to Sch$\ddot{u}$tze's process structure of life. The interviewees' life experiences were chronologically organized as understood, and significant stories were recomposed that not only brought about changes but also helped overcome their disabilities in the process of treatment and rehabilitation after the onslaught of the disease. As a result, their experiences were recomposed into the stage of onslaught of the mental illness and confusion, and into the stage of intensive treatment and rehabilitation. The former was categorized into suppression by the disease, repetition and endurance of the painful life, and separation from their family and frustration. The latter was categorized into the rediscovery of self through social role change, others who helped realize the life potential, the expansion of mental health services in the community, obstacle to the integration of communities, re-integration of family relationships, re-analysis of experience of the disease through the examination of the life prior to onslaught of the disease, and expectation for the future. Also, these themes were comparatively examined so as to examine the crisis progress in the mentally ill's life after the onslaught of the disease, as well as the life transfer process through positive rehabilitation. Lastly, on the basis of these results, important areas of mental health services for the mentally ill were discussed.

The present study set out to explore the acculturative stress and mental health(depression) of Korean women living in Britain according to socio-demographic factors, social relations and social supports level. 152 Korean women's data were collected and analyzed with frequency, correlation, ANOVA. Analysis revealed that women's acculturative stress and depression level was 2.50(moderate) and 1.66(slightly low) respectively. Acculturative stress level showed correlation with depression level. Among demographic variables, acculturative stress was significantly different from residence period in Britain, marriage and economic state and the level of depression was also different from job and economic state. The group which has frequent relationships with British and high level of social supports showed low acculturative stress. The group has high level of social supports also showed low depression. These findings highlight the importance of concerns and interventions about acculturation and mental health of Korean immigrant women and community services for the new immigrant women to improve their acculturation and mental health.

A리더십에 관한 내용을 정리하면서 환경변화에 대비하는 것은 발상의 전환, 창의적인 아이디어, 끊임없는 혁신과 도전 마인드, 그리고 공격적인 실행으로 고객이 감동할 수 있는 제품과 서비스를 제공하는 것이 중요함을 확인하게 된다.

The current air transportation industry is facing a lot of changes not only in the quantitative growth of the market, but also in the legal aspects. For many years, the Warsaw Convention has contributed to the uniform discipline of civil carriers' legal liabilities arising from international aviation accident and has fulfilled the duties of legal guardians for the development of the air transport industry. In the process, however, the consumer interests of the air transport industry did not have much protection compared to other industries. In response, the Montreal Convention has effected for protecting the interests of aviation consumers, and there are numerous legal changes around the world to protect aviation consumers like passengers. The mental damages of airline passengers arising from the accident can also be understood as part of the protection of air consumers. Considering that the US Federal Court has dealt with the recognition of mental damages for air passengers since the early 1990s. However, Korean judicial precedent still excludes mental anguishes from the scope of damage compensation. From this point of view, it is considered academically meaningful to analyze the latest case of the US federal court. Recently, the United States Court of Appeal for the Sixth Circuit in Doe v Etihad Airways applied a different interpretation against the traditional opinion: passengers could not recover for mental distress unless that mental distress resulted from a bodily injury sustained in an airplane accident. The background of the court's conclusions can be explained in many ways, among other things, unlike the Warsaw Convention the new international rule, Montreal Convention is recognizing the importance of ensuring protection of the interests of consumers in international carriage by air and the need for equitable compensation based on the principle of restitution.

TSexual violence is physical and mental violence that violates the sexual self-determination contrary to the intention of the other party such as rape, forced molestation, sexual harassment, caught hidden camera. It is one of the many criminal acts that male is perpetrators and female is victims. Sexual harassment, one of the sexual violence is forced sexual harassment. It is considered a color frame where each pixel has 3 color components such that RGB. The averaging the absolute difference between the current frame and te next frame is divided by the absolute difference between the current frame and the previous frame. If there was a difference between the frame pair before a scene change the discontinuity value indicating a scene change could be relatively small. Therefore, Thus, the use of the redefined equation and redefined algorithm can be seen as it is much more good via experiment.

This study was done to identify experience of young adults street homeless aged 20-30s by knowing meaning and structure of empirical phenomena for procedure that how young adults became street homeless according to bio-psycho-social change. Five young adults street homeless were recruited who were on the air of SBS program, 'That why we want to know: young hope on the road-Young adults homeless are increased(Saturday July 26, 2008)', and from monthly magazine published by Homeless Center in Seoul. And phenomenological and heuristic Human Becoming Research Methodology of Parse was applied in this study. Although young adults street homeless made an opportunity for job, the working poor made him street homeless who suffer from social stigma and exclusion, but he struggled for self-support with social care. The quality of life for young adult street homeless depends on the social care under human rights with the bio-psycho-social aspects.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the factors affecting digital entrepreneurship and digital innovation and the moderating effect of technology absorptive capacity. To achieve the research purpose, the contributing factors are set as technical characteristic (digital technology capability), organizational characteristics (digital learning capability and financial readiness), and institutional pressures (coercive pressure, mimetic pressure, and normative pressure). The research model and hypothesis are established based on the theoretical background of digital entrepreneurship, digital innovation, institutional pressure, and technology absorptive capacity. The proposed model is analyzed by targeting 104 companies. Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0 is utilized for deriving the study results. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows: First, digital technology capability, digital learning capability, financial readiness, and institutional pressure have a positive influence on digital entrepreneurship. Second, digital entrepreneurship has a positive impact on digital innovation. Finally, technology absorptive capacity has a moderating effect in influencing digital entrepreneurship on digital innovation. The results of this study emphasize the need for digital entrepreneurship in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and digital transformation, and may provide strategic implications for companies that desire to achieve digital innovation through digital entrepreneurship.

Brief hypnotherapy was used to a 22-year-old male soldier who had suffered from a hysterical aphonia for 10 days. Hypnosis was used to induce relaxation at physical and emotional levels and to influence the patient's attitude in a beneficial and therapeutic way. Self-hypnosis was taught in the first session. Notable improvement occurred after e second session and was maintained throughout 10months follow up. The hypnotic suggestion would be most effective if couched in a way which would enable the patient to perceive the dissolution of the symptom as reinforcing rather than losing face.
