본 연구는 수직적 유통거래 관계에서 거래의 불공정성을 발생시키는 선행요인과 결과요인에 관한 모형을 겁증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 기존 연구를 바탕으로 거래의 불공정성의 개념을 도입하고, 실증적으로 검증하여 향후 거래의 불공정성 연구에 응용될 수 있는 기반을 마련하고자 하였다. 또한 시장지배력이론과 거래비용이론을 적용시킴으로서 거래의 불공정성에 대한 보다 폭넓은 이해를 위해 노력하였다. 이러한 연구목적 달성을 위하여 문헌연구를 통해 가설을 도출하였으며, 국내 소비재 제조기업 표본 258를 대상으로 실증분석을 하였다. 제조업체의 브랜드 자산이 높을수록, 거래의 불공정성은 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 제조업체와 유통업체간의 상대적 의존성이 높을수록 거래의 불공정성은 증가할 것이라고 결과가 도출되었고, 마케팅협력정도가 높을수록 거래의 불공정성은 감소할 것이라고 나타났다. 거래의 불공정성이 증가할수록 관계지속기대감은 감소할 것이며, 거래의 불공정성이 증가할수록 신뢰는 감소할 것이라는 결과가 도출되었다. 연구결과를 기반으로 본 연구는 이론적 시사점, 실무적 시사점, 연구의 한계점 그리고 미래 연구방향에 대하여 논의하였다.

결정형 光 전압/전류 센서에 있어서 내부다중반사(Multiple internal Reflection), 북굴절 및 물성의 온도의존성이 어떻게 불안정성 요인으로 작용할 수 있는지를 알아보았으며, 이들 요인들을 피해서 센서의 안정성을 높힐 수 있는 방법들을 소개하였다. 구성된 光 전압/전류센서의 간단한 동작도 보았다.

이상에서 견관절 불안정성의 수술과 관련된 합병증은 매우 다양하며 심각한 합병증을 초래하여 불량한 임상결과를 가져올 수 있으므로 초기 진단에서부터 환자 선정에 세심한 주의를 기울여야 하며 합병증 발생 가능 요인에 대해 충분히 인지하여야 한다. 술자의 지식 및 수기가 수술 성패의 중요한 요인이므로 만족스러운 임상결과를 얻기 위해서는 부단한 노력을 기울여야 할 것으로 생각된다.

Recently, Green Port project to develop an environment-friendly port is active to lead by Port of LA, Port of LB in the USA and Port of Rotterdam. While, Port of Singapore, Shanghai Port and Dubai Port are trying to be a complex Port to function as a true portal not only for freight, but also for people and information. Ports, in this era, doesn't just play a simple transportational role for passengers and freight. Ports in this 21st century, play a role as a center where passengers, freight, information and money gather and a place where freight is created from nearby supporting area. Therefore, this study intends to draw action plans for Port of Busan to grow as Complex Port in the 21st century by AHP analysis and evaluate the action plans of each field by quantitative factors (business portion in the area/specialty/synergy effect with other industry) and qualitative factors (potential for future growth/competitiveness/ capability for innovation). The evaluation result can be used as basic information to decide business priority.

LOS(Level of Service) concept are popularly used in many countries as the MOEs to evaluate the road construction and operation plans. However, MOEs such as travel time and delay only measure quantitative factors describing traffic flow, although qualitative factors such as scenic, comfort and reliable factors are very important for roadway drivers to define the LOS. Therefore, this paper are focusing on verifying the difference between perceived LOS and LOS in KHCM, and proving qualitative factors affecting Drivers' Perceived LOS in Urban Arterial. As a result, following outputs are obtained; (1) verifying the difference between perceived LOS(PLOS) and LOS in KHCM (2) proving that qualitative factors such as scenic and driver behavior factors affects PLOS (3) suggesting that qualitative factors should be considered in MOEs of LOS

본 연구는 도시고속도로의 교통사고감소를 이한 정성적인 척도를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 도시고속도로에서 발생하고 있는 교통사고의 일반적 특성을 분석하였으며, 교통사고 발생요인과 운전자 원인과 교통사고형태와의 영향정도를 수량화이론 II류를 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석에 사용된 정성적인 자료는 1994년부터 1995년까지의 대구시 신천대로의 교통사고자료를 대상으로 하였으며, 경찰청의 교통사고보고서를 기초로 하였다. 분석결과, 70%이상의 교통사고가 운전자의 안전거리미확보와 안전운전의무위반에 의한 추돌사고였으며, 외적기준인 운전자 원인과 교통사고형태에 영향을 많이 미치는 요인으로서는 사고직전의 피해자 진로, 사고발생차선, 시간대, 차종 등의 영향이 깊은 것으로 나타났다.

World aviation market has been expanded every year caused by improvement of economic level quality of individual life, increase of the development of tourist industry. Aviation companies have compete to develpe the service program for the maintaining of sustainable choice by customer and develop the market share. This study aims to suggest customer service strategy which is based on the relations between satisfaction by providing a differentiated service quality. This paper is focusing on the investigation with the mediating role of commitments on customer satisfaction in Aviation company. For this purpose, we do literature reviews, develop research model and conduct an empirical research. The literature review covers theoretical discussion on customer satisfaction and core variables for hypothesis setting. This analysis shows the airline service factors have a positive effect on the customers' satisfaction and re-choice intention. And it is necessary to improve airlines' systematic management and strategic development on airline service factors for better airlines' customer service.

The purpose of this study is to analyze factors that influence adolescents' reading effectiveness and to structuralize the relationship between those factors. In consequence, reading attitude is the greatest factor that influences reading effectiveness, followed by library positivity and the reading role model. According to ANOVA, there is a difference in average between personality types, but PLS(Partial Least Squares) shows that personality types do not affect reading attitudes and reading effectiveness.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the MICE industrial employee's job stressors on intent to leave and test of the mediating role of job satisfaction and job commitment. For the study, job stressors were defined 3 groups with 7 sub-factors, such as role stressors of role ambiguity, role conflict and role overload, task stressors of job routineness and job heteronomy, organizational stressors of job insecurity and distributive injustice. Data were collected from 303 MICE industrial employees in metropolitan area by structured questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed by AMOS 18.0 and findings are as follows. Firstly, on aspect of total effectiveness, the seven job stressors had harmful effect on intent to leave, especially organizational stressors had more serious effect on intent to leave than role stressors. Secondly, not only job satisfaction and job commitment had meditators role but also influenced on intent to leave directly. Thirdly, role ambiguity had effect on intent to leave indirectly through the job satisfaction, while role conflict and role overload had effect on intent to leave directly, and also indirect effectiveness on it through the job commitment. Fourthly, job routineness and job heteronomy had effected on intent to leave only through the meditators. Not only job insecurity and distributive injustice had influenced on intent to leave directly but also effectiveness on it indirectly through the meditators.

This study identified several factors that may affect binge watching of drama series, which becomes more common, in the changing media environment and tested their influences empirically. For this objective, this research looked at how demographic variables, time availability, perceived effectiveness of interface, perceived content variability, neuroticism and motivations for drama binge watching affect binge watching of drama series. It also examined moderating effect of drama involvement. The findings showed that neuroticism, two motivations(playfulness/stress relief and program reputation motivation) have positive influences on binge watching of drama series. The moderating effect of drama involvement was also found. The meaning of results are also discussed.
