  • This study focuses on the maintenance of the registration details of the cadastral study (drawings, chiefs) in relation to Uiwang city real estate administration information unification project by the data maintenance business. The purpose of this study is to provide high quality data and improve the efficiency of data maintenance business in the unification of real estate administration information together with the intellectual study diffusion maintenance model in the future. In this study, based on the results of the intellectual study data maintenance project and the effectiveness of institutional, temporal and cost aspects, it was able to show the effect of the data maintenance project. And analyzed the current situation, typed the error shown here, and developed the maintenance plan and maintenance result.

  • Recently, various problems have been occurred in Apartment reconstruction process. Such as, delaying schedule, additional cost increasing, etc. Those were caused by decision making which is lack of professionality in early phase of reconstruction process. Therefore, in this study proposed improvement plan by application of project management and construction management process in Apartment reconstruction project.

  • Recently, the satellite image is getting large spotlight as a way for getting necessary information of urban planning and management, but the satellite image is only used to explain the status or basemap instead of paper map in urban planning works. From this study we derived the detail indexes to fix the boundary of urban improvement project, for measuring these indexes used with satellite image and GIS. the linkage of GIS and satellite image let us to catch the indexes and contribute to improvement type deciding in Urban Improvement Project.

  • USA and Europe are leading a transport airplane industry. In Asia-Pacific region, air transportation and MRO industries are forecasted to be grown up rapidly. Furthermore, Japan and China entered into design and manufacture state of regional airplane, and developing countries entered into severe struggle competition for MRO industry. Global aircraft MRO and engine MRO industries are forecasted 3.4% and 7% growth respectively in next decade. In this paper, authors propose promotion strategy for technology intensive MRO of aircraft engine to create a higher value-added business.

  • Building related information is one of the most important framework data for the management of local government. However, building related registers have its own characteristics and problems, it have limitation to be used as an important data. Those situations are obstacle for the efficient and scientific urban management in the information era. This research focused on three aspects first, analyzed characteristics and problems of building related registers, second, set the direction to improve accuracy of building related information, and finally suggested solution to improve the accuracy of building information according to its problem type. This research contributes to set detail guideline to improve building related information, which could be immediately used in local government for the systematic urban management.

  • The need for risk based safety management has been highlighted in accordance with the growth of aviation industry and public interest in aviation safety. Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) in aviation industry is defined to guarantee the safety and reliability. Therefore, state's Civil Airworthiness Authority (CAA) has established safety oversight system dedicated for the development of a healthy MRO industry. The study proposed a risk based oversight system considering Korean environment. Based on literature review including analysis of International Civil Aviation Organization guidance and advance system, we identified two organization risks. Organization complexity can be evaluated in accordance with how large the organization is and how complicated the service they provide are. Organization profile is the organization's characteristic related with safety. This study contributes to improving the process of identifying risk of organization and focusing surveillance capabilities on risk areas for efficient management of CAA's resources.
