정부는 신재생에너지 보급지원을 위해 2002년도부터 발전차액지원제도를 시행해 오고 있다. 본 연구에서는 발전차액지원제도와 관련된 에너지관리공단의 내부 자료를 이용하여 119개의 태양광발전사업의 실증평가를 시행하였다. 실증분석을 위해 단위투자비당 발전량을 지수화하고 투자비 대비 효율을 산출하였다. 또한 이 분석을 위해 일사량, 설비용량, 모듈 인버터 투자비 등을 고려하였다. 분석결과 투자대비 효율 산정결과에 일사량과 단위 설비용량당 모 듈 인버터 투자비의 영향이 크게 나타난 것으로 확인되었다. 단위 투자비당 발전량을 분석한 결과 전라도의 태양광발전소의 효율은 분석 대상인 24개 지역의 평균보다는 높으나 발전소별 편차가 높게 나타난다는 점은 향후 보급사업을 평가하는 경우 추가적으로 고려되어야 할 문제라고 판단된다. 기타 자료분석 결과에 따라 효율관리를 위한 대안을 제시하였다.

Market instability offers opportunities as well as the need for careful innovation strategies and learning for a company's survival. Companies that find new opportunities decide to carry out innovation and decide on the size of their investments by considering their position in the market they are aiming for and the intensity of competition. This study was conducted to check whether obstacles to innovation face by SMEs in the manufacturing sector vary depending on the stage of corporate growth and to identify the impact of the government support system on the decision-making process on the performance of innovation. According to the analysis, there were differences in obstacles to innovation depending on the stage of corporate growth. It was found that more innovative SMEs are, more obstacles they face, and to overcome such obstacles, they try to access government support systems more. In addition, the use of a government support system eliminated obstacles to innovation, and the positive and significant effects of investing in innovation were identified. This study is meaningful in that it explicitly approached these hypotheses by applying a multistage model to the process of innovation carried out by SMEs in the manufacturing sector.

This study surveyed the subject of companies' industrial security on priorities of the government policy for the confidentiality of corporate and the necessity of expanding the government support for the industrial security. In determining the priority, we should consider all opinions of companies, individuals, societies, and governments that associated with the confidentiality. Especially in industrial security, companies are the most significant beneficiaries and consumers of security policy and it would be the basis for supporting on policy-making. As a result, we analyzed the 50 valid questionnaires collected from security personnel of Korean corporations and 'Enhance support for education and promotion of human resource (On/Off-Line)', 'Establish Security management and Security measures', and 'Enhance Security professionals status via qualifications/certifications' are shown as 1st, 2nd, 3rd priority of government policy to protect Corporate confidential information including its customer information. All respondents of the study says that the Government support for Industrial Security should be enlarged.

The Korean government provides a variety of supporting programs with firms to promote technological innovation which is a main driver of economic growth. The existing literature on technological innovation has mainly focused on analysis about determinants of successful innovation and effectiveness of a specific policy measure. However, there is no study deals with characteristics of policy demanders. For this, this study investigates the relationship between barriers and policy measures in technological innovation using the logistic regression analysis method with raw data of Korean Innovation Survey (KIS). The findings from this analysis show that barriers of technological innovation are meaningful variables to determining whether firms adopt a policy measure, although there are some differences according to policy types. Cost barriers increased the probability that firms adopt support programs regardless of policy types. Also, the more firms encounter cooperation barriers, the more likely firms utilize supporting programs in regard to technological advice and information.

The impact of the recent small business start-up competition in the market, has become overheated. It is effected by early retirement of a generation of youth employment. This study is a study on the impact of SEMAS(Small Enterprise and Market Service) system operating of the funding system, education support programs, and consulting support system on the business performance of small business owners. It has surveyed 272 business owners, in Gyeongsangnam-province. The study includes specific support system for usage frequency and satisfaction and conducted from January 2013 to September 2015. In addition, it analyzes characteristic that motivation, business model, item, owner's experience, sales and demographic by small business owner. Analysis results, the management performance of small business that uses financial support system and consulting support system is shown to be high. But education support system is the opposite effect. As a result, the management performance is related to industry experience. Therefore education support system need to be reorganized to the support depends on the development stage. This study was conducted to help small business owners entered the start-up market and a decision-making person with a policy decision.

As technology competition among companies has intensified, the importance of technology protection is increasing day by day. However, according to the status of technology leakage in Korea, the technology protection level of SMEs is weak. SMEs' technology leakage continues to occur, and the damage can be even more serious to SMEs. Thus, the government is operating various support systems for SMEs. However, despite the support system, the interest and use of SMEs is low. This study examines the current status of major support systems for SME technology protection in Korea, and empirically analyzes the recognition and expectation effects of companies on the support systems. Based on the results, this study discusses ways to improve the recognition and use of the support system. The results of this study will contribute to strengthening SMEs 'technology protection by increasing the utility and enhancing the utilization of the support systems.

This study analyzes the economies of photovoltaic systems in an apartment complex of 1,185 households, in cases of feed-in tariff and subsidy for solar home program of the government. When including the revenue only from electricity sales, NPVs of subsidy and that of feed-in tariff are -560 million KRW and -87 million KRW respectively. With the avoided social cost included without the revenues from CERs, NPVs of subsidy and feed-in tariff are -556 million KRW and -84 million KRW respectively. With the revenues from CERs, NPV of subsidy is -526 million KRW and NPV of feed-in tariff is -54 million KRW. As results of sensitivity analysis based on the changes in capital costs and discount rates, while all scenarios with subsidy including the revenues from CERs are not commercially viable, all scenarios with feed-in tariff exclusive of the revenues from CERs are commercially viable when discount rate is less than 7.2% or capital cost is less than 6,840 thousand KRW/kW. In the cases that include the avoided social cost, while all scenarios with subsidy including the avoided social cost as well as the revenues from CERs are not commercially viable, all scenarios with feed-in tariff are commercially viable without the revenues from CERs when discount rate is less than 7.2% or capital cost is less than 6,856 thousand KRW/KW. The results indicate that the changes in discount rates do not influence the revenues from CERs, but the revenues from electricity sale. Considering that the number of apartment complex and the positive environmental and social benefits from PV system, government needs to promote its diffusion.

앞으로 승용차용 타이어에도 전기냉장고나 세탁기 등에 부착되는 '에너지효율 등급표시'가 부착될 예정이다. 정부(지식경제부)는 지난 4월 5일 승용차 운행단계에서의 에너지소비효율(연비) 개선을 위하여 2011년 하반기부터 "타이어 효율등급제도"의 도입 계획을 발표하였다. 우리협회(대한타이어공업협회)는 동 제도의 원활한 도입과 효율적인 운영 및 정착을 위하여 적극 지원할 예정이다.

본 연구는 도시생태계 복원을 위해 추진되고 있는 일본의 건축물녹화의 지원제도 및 조성실태를 분석하였다. 건축물녹화와 관련된 지원제도의 경우 중앙정부와 더불어 각 지방자치단체에서 다양한 지원대책이 실시되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 옥상녹화의 시공면적은 8년 동안 누계 약 2,000,000m$^2$가 조성된 것으로 나타났으며, 도쿄도가 659,879m$^2$로 전체의 34.0%를 차지해 선도적인 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그 다음으로 가나가와현, 오사카후, 효고현, 사이타마현의 순으로 나타났다. 벽면녹화는 누계 165,935m$^2$가 시공된 것으로 나타났으며, 도쿄도가 45.7%인 75,889m$^2$로 가장 높은 시공면적을 보였으며, 그 다음으로 효고현, 아이치현, 가나가와현, 사이타마현의 순으로 나타났다.
