  • 우리나라의 대표적인 노인여가활동 프로그램의 중심인 경로당은 노인여가복지시설로 노인복지법 제36조에 의거 만65세 이상인 지역노인이 자율적으로 친목을 도모하고 취미활동과 공동작업장을 운영한다. 또한 각종 정보교환과 기타 여가활동을 할 수 있도록 하는 장소를 제공함을 목적으로 하는 시설이다. 그러나 선행연구들에 의하면 가장 가까이에 있는 시설이지만 여러 가지 이유로 활성화되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 노인여가활동 프로그램과 관련된 연구들의 결과를 토대로 현황을 분석하고, 노인여가활동 프로그램의 가치를 극대화하고 지속가능성을 확보하기 위한 방안에 대하여 제안하고자 한다.

Exploring the Growth Process Types of Social Welfare Organizations in Korea - Focusing on Social Welfare Corporations Operating Social Welfare Facilities - (사회복지조직의 조직성장유형에 관한 탐색적 연구 - 시설운영 사회복지법인을 중심으로 -)

  • This study analyzed the growth process types of social welfare corporations that have operated social welfare facilities after the Korean War and studied the methods of their organizational management. A number of 20 participants composed of the original founders, directors, and chief directors of social welfare corporations that have been established for more than 40 years were selected for in-depth interviews. The researcher had procedures of in-depth interviews with 20 participants, relevant literature reviews, conformation of the research results by participants and peer reviews. There were 169 concepts, 49 sub-categories, and 21 categories revealed by applying the grounded theory method of Strauss and Corbin. The organizational growth types were categorized into the three patterns: familism practicing type, community changing guidance type and the realization of a just society leading types. The results from the research work will provide understanding the original characteristics of social welfare corporations in Korea, building the theory for the growth process types of social welfare corporations and implicating the practice of social welfare organizational management.

  • The research which sees the fact that about model found of the duty factor whom follows in old person welfare facility worker holding office duration and organized performance researches in purpose. From theoretical background about the old person welfare facility system investigated a theory about the duty factor and organized performance of literature investigation and the old person welfare facility worker. A theory analysis of positive data led based on about the effect factor of the causality which the duty factor of the old person welfare facility worker reaches in organized performance under verifying boil the modulating effect of holding office duration. The repair which is a duty factor of the old person welfare facility worker, according to the holding office duration which is a personal quality factor job satisfaction the promotion and organized natural features, business environment and organized structure are organized performance and organization immersion and loyalty degree different assumed with the fact that will affect. From positive analysis about the research object verifies a suitable degree about demographics school register analytical and study model, structural equation model leads and construction verification and modulating effect analysis under executing boil.

The Effects of Job Characteristics and Organizational Characteristics on Social Welfare Worker's Turnover Intention (직무 및 조직특성이 사회복지사의 이직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate what affect social welfare workers' want of career change. The structural equation modeling(AMOS 16.0) was used to examine if job characteristics and organizational characteristics have direct affect on turnover intention or the indirect affect of organizational commitment. A survey was conducted on the social welfare workers of private social agencies in the capital area and 256 of 297 questionnaires that showed clear intentions on turnover were scrutinized. According to the analysis, job autonomy(job characteristics) and fairness in promotion (organization characteristics) influences organizational commitment. Job demand, job instability, wage level, and organizational commitment have and effect on turnover intention. The results of this study suggest that in order to reduce the turnover intention among social welfare workers, empowerment, systematic organization of tasks and active communication should be reinforced.

  • 보건의료정보는 개인의 가장 민감한 정보로 최상의 보호가 이뤄져야하는 한편, 국민 건강과 복지 향상을 위한 공익의 성격도 강하여 관리와 책임에 대한 명확한 지침이 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 보건의료 부문의 특성과 정보화 현황을 반영하고 선행연구의 한계점을 보완하여 국내 보건의료 환경에 적합한 정보보호관리 모델을 개발하였다. BS7799, HIPAA Security Rule, HL7 EHR SIG 기능명세 등을 참고하여 필요성, 정보보호 목적/전략 수립, 위험분석/평가, 정보보호관리 정책수립, 정보보호관리 프레임워크 설계, 관리적 보안, 물리적 보안, 기술적 보안, 정보보호관리 평가,운영관리의 총 10개 세부 프로세스와 111개의 이행지표로 구성된 본 모델은 보건의료정보 취급자에게 실행 지침을 제공하여 보건의료정보시스템의 안정성 향상과 국민 보건복지 수준 향상에 이바지할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The Improvements of the Social Welfare Field in the 6th Edition of KDC (한국십진분류법 제6판 사회복지학 분야의 분류체계 수정 전개 방안)

  • This study investigated general problems concerning the social welfare field in the KDC 6th edition based comparative analysis academic characteristics and classification system, and suggested on some ideas for the improvements of them. Results of the study are summarized as follows. First, a main field of the social welfare is generally divided into a general social welfare, social works, and social welfare services to special classes and groups including people with disabilities, young people, aged, women, and families. Second, I analyzed on social welfare from the collection database at the National Library of Korea. Based on analysis of the data. the keyword frequency of social welfare policy and management, pensions, care services, and support works for the underprivileged was relatively high. Third, modified classification of items was basically performed through the academic characteristics of the social welfare and the keyword analysis, and maintaining the existing KDC classification system caused less confusion as much as possible.

  • This paper focuses on the usability of smart healthcare based on the development of Information and Communication Technology(ICT), briefly introduces concepts and the current status related to smart healthcare, and discusses strategies and future tasks in the field of mental health welfare in the COVID-19 era. This paper first introduces the smart healthcare programs of the National Mental Health Center and the Seoul Mental Health Welfare Center. Second, we introduce various smart healthcare programs used in Germany, China, the U.S., and Australia, review the actual examples, and examine both public and private responsiveness. Finally, we examine the possibility of using smart healthcare in the mental health social work system in South Korea and examine future tasks and implications. This paper would contribute to the growth of world-class mental health social work services.

  • 보건복지부는 "보건복지 내부업무 포탈 및 EAM시스템 구축" 이라 명명된 Enterprise Portal 프로젝트를 공공기관 최초로 추진하여 기존의 정보시스템들이 업무 및 지식 기반 하에 유기적으로 상호 연계 및 연동되는 체계적이고 확장성이 뛰어난 포탈시스템으로 구축하였다. 본 논문에서는 보건복지부 정보화 비전 및 추진 현황에 대한 설명과 EP(Enterprise Portal)시스템 도입의 개념 및 장점에 대해 기술하고, 보건복지부가 Enterprise Portal 시스템을 도입하게 된 추진 배경과 기존 시스템(전자결재, 지식관리, 문서관리, 커뮤니티, 게시판, 검색)에 어떻게 적용하였는지에 대해 설명하고자 한다. 아울러 Enterprise Portal 시스템의 적용으로 인한 실제적 효과 및 고려해야 할 문제점에 대해 기술함으로써 향후 Enterprise Portal 시스템을 도입하고자 하는 공공기관/기업체에 추진 방안 및 대응 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • Various phenomenons which were not existed before came into being and related problems are increasing as the society became more complex in these days. The social welfare should consider more diversified aspects in this complicated society. We are already living in the information society that can not survive without computers and the internet, and living in the personalized society with the progression of 1 person households. Therefore modern society needs social welfare realization methods which are reflecting the progression of 1 person households and characteristics of the information society. It is different with the previous social welfare formats and it would become an efficient social welfare realization method. How computer games can contribute to social welfare of the modern society is described in this paper.

  • 당뇨병은 평생 관리해야 하는 만성질환으로 지속적인 노력과 교육이 필수적이다. 그러므로 당뇨관리를 체계적으로 하려는 모범환자라면 한 번쯤 당뇨강의를 들어보았을 것이다. 당뇨교실은 각 대학병원에서 실시하고 있는 프로그램으로 당뇨병의 올바른 지식을 습득할 수 있다. 이번 달은 순천향대학교 서울병원의 당뇨교실을 찾아 사회복지사업실 김지인 사회복지사의 '당뇨인의 심리와 사회복지 정보' 수업을 들어보았다.
