Building an IS Environment and Support Structure for Insiders to Comply with IS: A Perspective on Improving the IS Related Justice Climate (내부자의 정보보안 준수를 위한 정보보안 환경 및 지원 체계 구축: 정보보안 공정성 분위기 강화 관점)

  • As information is recognized as a core competency of organizations, organizations are increasingly investing in policies and technologies for information security(IS). Recently, as information exposure accidents by people have occurred continuously, interest in IS behaviors of organization insiders is increasing. This study aims to confirm the effect of the IS environment and support structure established by the organization on the intention of individuals to comply with IS. We conducted a survey of employees in organizations with IS policies and tested the hypothesis using the structural equation of AMOS 22.0 and Process 3.1 using 421 samples. As a result of the analysis, authentic leadership and justice climate, which are factors that build an IS environment, and communication and feedback, which are factors supporting IS compliance, have a positive effect on employees' compliance intention. In addition, authentic leadership, punishment, communication, and feedback were found to reinforce the positive impact of IS justice climate. As the study suggested the overall structural design direction to be pursued to reinforce insider's IS behavior, and the results help to achieve the IS goal.

  • 초고속통신의 실현과 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스를 위한 해결책으로서 ATM이 널리 사용되고 있다. TCP가 ATM망의 ABR/UBR 서비스를 사용할 때, ABR/UBR 제어방식과 TCP 흐름제어 사이의 서로 다른 동작 때문에 TCP 파라미터 값이 TCP층의 성능뿐만 아니라 ATM 층에도 영향을 미쳐 처리율과 공정성의 성능저하를 가져온다. 본 논문에서는 효과적인 처리율과 공정성의 관점에서 실제 통신망을 고려하여 VBR서비스 상에서의 TCP 트래픽의 성능향상을 위해 효과적인 파라미터 제어운용 방안을 제시하고, 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 개선된 높은 처리율과 공정성을 나타내었다.

An Enhanced TFRC Congestion Control Mechanism for Mobile Environments (무선 이동 환경을 위한 개선된 TFRC 혼잡제어 메커니즘)

  • TFRC(TCP-Friendly Rate Control) is proposed to satisfy the demands of multimedia applications while being reasonably fair when competing for bandwidth with TCP flows[1-3]. However, TFRC has a shortcoming that the fairness and throughput are degraded when the mobile host using TFRC experiences handoffs. This paper proposes a new control mechanism based on TFRC, which deals with the congestion caused by handoffs as well as the losses caused during the handoffs. The simulation results show that our mechanism achieves better throughput and fairness compared to TFRC for repeated handoffs.

A Fair Scheduling Model Covering the History-Sensitiveness Spectrum (과거민감도 스펙트럼을 포괄하는 공정 스케줄링 모델)

  • GPS(generalized processor sharing) is a fair scheduling scheme that guarantees fair distribution of resources in an instantaneous manner, while virtual clock pursues fairness in the sense of long-term. In this paper, we notice that the degree of memorylessness is the key difference of the two schemes, and propose a unified scheduling model that covers the whole spectrum of history-sensitiveness. In this model, each application's resource right is represented in a value called deposit, which is accumulated at a predefined rate and is consumed for services. The unused deposit, representing non-usage history, gives the application more opportunity to be scheduled, hence relatively enhancing its response time. Decay of the deposit means partial erase of the history and, by adjusting the decaying rate, the degree of history-sensitiveness is controlled. In the spectrum, the memoryless end corresponds GPS and the other end with full history corresponds virtual clock. And there exists a tradeoff between average delay and long-term fairness. We examine the properties of the model by analysis and simulation.

  • 본 연구에서는 서비스산업종사원들의 조직공정성이 이직의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 또한 조직공정성과 이직의도에서 조직신뢰의 매개역할을 알아보고자 한다. 서비스산업 종사원들의 직무 및 역할과 이직의도와 관련한 연구들을 살펴보면 서비스산업 종사원들은 보다 나은 업무결과를 위하여, 업무 스트레스를 경험하게 되고 이 업무 스트레스는 이직의도를 높게 하는 변수로 작용하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서비스산업 종사원들의 조직공정성이 이직의도에 어떤 영향관계에 있는지를 실증적으로 분석해보고 그 영향관계에서 조직신뢰는 어떤 매개역할을 하는지를 알아보고자 한다.

  • In building construction project, there are numerous information or data parts across many different software applications and professional specialists. BIM (Building Information Modeling), as a medium for managing information generated during construction project, it is intended to enhance the effectiveness of construction management and reap a lot of advantages such as, automatic quantity takeoff, error-free estimation, 4D(3D+Time), 5D(4D+Cost) simulation. Nevertheless, the overall and practical effectiveness of BIM utilization is difficult to justify at this stage. While helpful, there are some limitation when BIM applied to construction management due to the differences of data processing process between BIM and work in the field, limitations of information generated from BIM object and interoperability problem among BIM application. Therefore, this paper propose a framework integrating BIM with cost-schedule information using IFC. And we construct the system prototype based on the framework and performed case study to examine the framework. The proposed framework provides the information basis for BIM based cost-schedule integration. ultimately, the framework increase the utilization of BIM and work efficiency of construction industry by supporting an understanding of information.

  • Cost and Schedule is the most important information, and how efficiently manage this information is the key issue for Construction Project Management. Domestically, systematic scheduling method such as CPM network is not only used widely but integration of time and cost information also is. In order to effectively integrate and use the time and cost information, it is suggested that WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) based QDB(Quantity Database) should be generated from the design phase and, WBS and QDB related system tool should be supported. It could be helpful to relate and integrate other construction project information.

  • Over time, advanced technology became more complicated and the requirement of work have been more harder. So there is a need for systematic management system. Modern process has most of the management system. However, in a typical process, there is still no management system. We are only managed in the process according to the memoirs and oral by -step cycle also experience. As a result, the business is stagnant, efficiency in terms of quality will be even lower. Thus, in this paper, not only the modern process, even in a general process, it is desired to develop a process management system that can provide a more efficient working environment.

  • AQM (Active Queue Management) techniques such as RED (Random Early Detection) which be proposed to solve the congestion of internet perform congestion control effectively for TCP data. However, in the situation where TCP and UDP share the bottleneck link, they can not solve the problems of the unfairness and long queueing delay. In this paper, we proposed an simple queue management algorithm, called PSRED (Protocol Sensitive RED), that improves fairness and decreases queueing delay. PSRED algorithm improves fairness and decreases average queue length by distinguishes each type of flow in using protocol field of packets and applies different drop functions to them respectively.

  • 본 연구는 경북에 소재한 식품회사인 S사의 햄 생산공정의 개선을 위하여 통계적 공정관리기법을 적용한 것이다. 햄의 중량은 햄의 품질에 대한 소비자의 신뢰와 기업의 수익성에 영향을 미치는 풍요한 요소이다. 연구의 목적은 햄 생산공정의 경제적 규격한계 확보를 통하여 기업의 이익을 극대화하는데 있나. 기본적인 통계적 공정관리 기법인 평균-범위 관리도, 공정능력분석, 측정시스템 평가분석 등을 이용하여 햄 공정을 분석하고, 최적 규격한계를 설정하였다.
