IT 환경이 급속도로 발전해 가고 있다. 기업 내에서 생성 및 보관되는 데이터의 양은 시간이 흐름에 따라 급격히 증가하고 있으며, 기업의 의사결정에 중요한 데이터의 가치는 변화를 거듭한다. 데이터의 증가는 곧 그것을 관리하는 비용의 증가를 불러오고, 방대한 데이터 속에서 진정한 정보의 가치를 창출하는 것이 어려운 상황에 직면해 있다. 이러한 기업의 비즈니스 프로세스에 맞춰 효과적인 ILM(Information Lifecycle Management)의 구현은 반드시 필요하다. 본 연구는 데이터의 가치를 보다 효과적이며 비용 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 ILM의 구현을 위해 Database 기반의 Archiving System 구축 방법론을 제시하고 이를 바탕으로 실제 ILM이 구현된 기업의 구축 효과 및 성능 평가를 통해 그 타당성에 대하여 연구하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.

버추얼 커뮤니티(Virtual Community)와 이를 모바일 환경에 응용한 모바일 커뮤니티(Mobile Community)에 관련된 학술적, 산업적 연구는 다양한 분야에서 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 그러나 현재의 모바일 커뮤니티 연구는 사회적 네트워크 서비스 (Social Network Service)에 치중되어 있기 때문에 모바일 커뮤니티를 비즈니스 환경에 접목하려는 시도는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 비즈니스 환경에 커뮤니티 개념을 도입하고 모바일 비즈니스 커뮤니티 서비스라는 새로운 가치를 창출할 수 있는 가치 사슬(Value Chain) 및 서비스 모델을 제안한다.

This study focus on a economic value of the Big Data technologies by real options model using big data technology company's stock price to determine the price of the economic value of incremental assessed value. For estimating stochastic process of company's stock price by big data technology to extract the incremental shares, Generalized Moments Method (GMM) are used. Option value for Black-Scholes partial differential equation was derived, in which finite difference numerical methods to obtain the Big Data technology was introduced to estimate the economic value. As a result, a option value of big data technology investment is 38.5 billion under assumption which investment cost is 50 million won and time value is a about 1 million, respectively. Thus, introduction of big data technology to create a substantial effect on corporate profits, is valuable and there are an effects on the additional time value. Sensitivity analysis of lower underlying asset value appear decreased options value and the lower investment cost showed increased options value. A volatility are not sensitive on the option value due to the big data technological characteristics which are low stock volatility and introduction periods.

This paper is a study on the model that measures economic values for the non-market properties of Electronic Commerce(EC). For development of this model, first of all, we reviewed the properties of EC service, and looked around the relation between customer satisfaction and/or payment value and EC properties. In addition, we checked the method to measure economic values of these properties. This measurement method is the contingent valuation method which is a method of measuring the value of the environmental product. We modified it to adapt to the EC. Finally, in this paper, we proposed an economic value model which measures the value of willingness to pay(WTP) to our objectives. However, there could be some restrictions at the time when surveying empirically. Therefore, the succeeding study should be done in order to improve these restrictions some day.

This study aims to suggest a new approach to economic valuation of the special library, in response to the necessity of economic justification of the special library operated by firms and research institutes. Benefit measurement elements and analysis methods to be used in the study were derived through feasibility evaluation on models in previous studies, and objectivity and applicability were the criteria for feasibility evaluation. Depending on which type of resources are used in providing service, different benefit measurement elements and methods were applied. Based on this, calculation formula for service valuation of special library was presented. The development of analysis model for economic valuation of special library made it possible to objectively prove the value of the special library, and is considered to provide an opportunity to publicize the real value of the special library.

The value of the library has always been recognized positively. Economic valuation of libraries and their services uses a concrete methodology that enables the quantification of library value and communication of said value among library stakeholders. This paper presents a comprehensive review of literature on economic valuation of the library based on a total of 89 studies conducted over the last quarter-century. Research on library valuation began in the mid-1990's with the formal exploration of the value of public libraries from a theoretical point of view. In the 2000's, various theories and methodologies were reviewed and put into actual measurement studies. The comprehensive review and analysis point to the need for the development of consistent and reliable set of methods, which will facilitate further application of methods and comparison of results.

This study is intended to understand defense technologies that require the convergence of various technologies and the integration of systems, and to propose valuation methods that reflect the characteristics of each field. The measure of technology level, integration (system integration technology) between technologies, preparation of manufacturing, and maturity scale of the weapons system to be valued are measured according to the items of measurement factors to verify system performance, and to present a framework for estimating the quantitative values of core technologies using system maturity. Considering the characteristics of each technology field, the research suggests a proper valuation method. In evaluating the value of defense technologies, A proposal is made to evaluate the value of defense technology by competent technical experts in each field, using SRL, which can be evaluated according to the evaluation criteria reflecting the technical characteristics of each field, and to evaluate the completion of the entire system in quantitative terms.

The purpose of the study is to examine the impact of ESG activities on brand value by linking the effectiveness of ESG activities to marketing, the most core part of a company. This study conducted an empirical analysis targeting companies listed on KOSPI and KOSDAQ from 2016 to 2022. Looking at the empirical analysis results of this study, first, in the individual analysis of ESG activities, it was confirmed that E (Environment) and G (Governance) have a significant positive influence on brand value. Second, in the environmental field, stakeholder response had a significant positive relationship with brand value, and in the governance field, the board of directors had a significant positive relationship with brand value. Through this study, we can provide logical evidence proving that ESG activities are important activities that must be carried out in advance to increase brand value. Among ESG activities, it was found that stakeholder response activities in the environmental field and board-related matters in the governance field play an important role in increasing brand value. It is also expected that it will serve as a catalyst for research on the importance of ESG activities in the marketing field.

정보통신의 패러다임이 글로벌 경쟁, 인터넷 중심의 멀티미디어, 이용자 중심의 서비스 창출, 파트너십에 의한 시장지배력 강화 등을 축으로 하여 급속히 변하고 있기 때문에, 얼마나 효과적으로 고객과 시장을 지향하는 가치경영 체계를 구축하느냐에 따라 통신사업자의 경쟁력 우위가 결정된다. 가치경영의 구체적인 효과는 EVA(Economic Value Added), CVA(Customer Value Added), PVA(People Value Added)와 같은 가치 지표들을 체계적으로 통신사업에 활용하느냐에 달려있다. 본 고에서는 통신사업자가 CVA 체계를 구축하기 위한 프레임웍, 데이터 수집 및 분석 체계, 내부 프로세스 및 피드백 등에 관하여 실천적인 방안을 제시한다.

This study proposes the methodology of analyzing the expected performance of the Integrated Computing Environment(ICE) on the assumption that the ICE of the agencies and the affiliated organizations under Ministry of Culture and Tourism is constructed and operated. The main objectives of the study are as follows : 1) deriving the performance criteria divided into the operational expected value and the strategic expected value of constructing and operating the ICE for Culture and Tourism informatization, 2) proposing the ways of extracting the detailed criteria for four performance areas(the degree of jnformatization efficiency, the degree of public service, the innovation and development of IS organization, the culture and tourism value creation) to evaluate the operational expected value based on the BSC(Balanced Scorecard) Perspective by using the CSF(Critical Success Factors) methodology, and 3) developing the detailed performance criteria and measures for the economic evaluation of the informatization efficiency from the TCO(Total Cost of Ownership) perspective and suggesting the practical evaluation method by applying them to the case of Culture and Tourism informatization.
