All possible efforts have been done to adapt to the information-oriented society throughout the whole area of education. Especially, it is strongly demanded that teachers should effectively apply information communication and disposal to all the educational activities of instruction-learning, students management, school affairs, and administrative affairs. In this thesis, we chose as educational contents the information technology which is necessary in an educational site to increase the capability of applying information of teachers and developed remote training materials. In addition, we developed measurement instruments to evaluate the capability of applying information of teachers and gave grades to them. Grading System of the Capability of Applying Information of Teachers will be a standard of the capability of applying information.

This study investigated IRA's 3 standards related to reading instruction and examined the value which can be meaningful to Korean situation. IRA divided reading educators into 7 types and proposed each detailed professional standard through the 'Standards for reading professionals'. The next standard called 'Standards for the English language art' described their direction and content for English language education including reading instruction. The 'Standards for the assessment of reading and writing' aims at the basis to evaluate students' reading ability. The value found through these standards is as follow: IRA's reading professionals standard can be a useful way to define the type of reading educator in Korea. A reading instruction standard like IRA's language art standard can guide reading instruction of Korean libraries in a more systemic and consistent way. A valid evaluation standard to measure students' reading ability can show the possibilities to define the students who struggle with reading and to provide more suitable instruction for them.

소프트웨어 설계 툴은 소프트웨어 개발을 위하여 실무에 도입되어 많이 이용되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 소프트웨어 설계 툴이 코드를 자동으로 생성할 수 있는 기능을 제공하고 있어서 이를 잘 활용하면 개발시간을 단축하고 및 개발생산성을 향상 크게 향상 시킬 수 있음에도 불구하고, 많은 사용자들은 설계 툴을 단순한 모델링 툴로서만 이용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 사용자들이 소프트웨어 설계 툴의 코드생성 능력을 잘 활용할 수 있도록, 몇 개의 선정된 설계 툴의 코드자동생성능력의 비교를 통해 설계 툴의 코드 생성능력을 비교 일 분석하였다. 자동 생성된 코드는 Java 소스코드이며, 언어지원능력, 난이도, 생성된 소스 코드의 레벨을 비교기준으로 평가를 수행하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest the method the fourth grade who haven't experienced with online project learning can perform the on-line project learning efficiently. And it is to see if there are any effects and improvement in using ICT after applying the online project learning system to the real school environment. For this, after analyzing the curriculum of Grade 4 in elementary school and abstracting some factors to improve the Information utilizing ability, I chose 12 topics of project learning. I built the on-line learning room and chose 6 topics among them. After practicing the project, I inspected the effects on them. And to understand the ICT-utilizing ability of the students, I analyzed if there were any improvement in ICT-utilizing ability with some questionnaires which consist of information collecting, information processing, and information interchanging according to the standards of Information utilizing ability of elementary and middle school students.

현재 침입탐지시스템(IDS:Intrusion Detection System)은 다양한 평가요소들 - 탐지율, 오탐율, 새로운 공격탐지능력, 안정성 등을 기준으로 평가되고 있고, 이러한 결과는 제품의 보호수준을 결정하거나 한 조직의 정보보호장치로 적합한지를 평가하는 벤치마킹테스트의 방법으로 활용된다. 그러나, 이러한 평가의 결과는 조직의 침입탐지시스템을 구축하고자 하는 네트워크 환경하에서 각각의 침입탐지시스템이 갖는 특성에 따라 상대적인 평가는 가능하나 해당 조직의 네트워크 인프라와 위협요소, 취약점을 고려했을 때 보다 최적의 것이 무엇인지를 평가하는 방법으로는 한계가 있다. 그러므로, 본 연구논문에서는 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위한 방법으로서 조직의 정보보호 위험분석에서 도출된 해당 네트워크 환경의 자산, 위협, 취약성의 결과인 위험과 위험수준을 IDS 평가에 반영하여 조직의 환경하에 보다 적합한 침입탐지시스템 선정이 가능한 평가방법을 제안한다.

최근 인테넷을 이용한 각종 해킹 및 사이버 범죄가 크게 증가하고 있으나, 아직까지 공격의 주범인 해커들의 수준을 파악하지 못한 상황이다. 과거에 해커 분류를 시도한 경우가 있었지만 적용한 분류 기준은 대부분 해커들의 행동 양식이었다. 이에 본 문서에서는 해킹 수행 코드(exploit code)를 작성할 수 있는 가의 여부를 바탕으로 해커의 능력을 분류하고 그들이 사용할 수 있는 해킹 기법과 그 수준을 확인해 보도록 한다. 이러한 해커의 수준에 따른 해킹 기법 분류를 기반으로 내부망의 보안성 평가에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

현재 우리나라에는 63,000개가 넘는 농업수리시설 구조물이 있으며, 그 중 70%가 넘는 시설물이 저수지이다. 이러한 저수지의 주 목적은 갈수시 안정적인 관개용수 공급과 하류의 생활용수를 공급함에 있다. 특히, 농업용 저수지의 경우에는 농번기에 물을 충족하게 공급함과 동시에 생활용수 및 유지용수의 공급이 동시에 이루어 질 수 있도록 고려하여야 하는 특수성을 가지고 있다. 그러나, 20세기 후반부터 우리나라에는 기후변화에 따른 전 지구적인 온난화 추세를 상회하는 경향을 보이고 있고, 강수량 및 집중호우의 증가추세도 보고되고 있다. 기온과 강수량이 과거와 다른 변화를 보임에 따라 물 공급의 안정성을 확보하기 위해 저수지를 통한 수자원 확보가 이루어지고 있으나, 용수공급능력이 어떻게 변화할 것인지에 대한 정량적 정보가 부족한 상태이다. 또한, 논벼의 생육에 있어 저수지의 적절한 용수공급은 필수적이기 때문에 저수지의 효율적 운영이 필요한 시점이다. 따라서 농업용수에 대한 기후변화의 영향을 이해하고 안정적이고 지속가능한 작물생산에 부정적인 역할을 최소화하기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 1981년부터 2100년까지 기후변화에 따른 농업용 저수지의 용수공급능력을 평가하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 각 도별 대표 저수지를 한발빈도 10년을 기준으로, 그 이상인 저수지와 그 미만인 저수지로 각각 선정하였다. 다음으로 미래 기상자료는 IPCC 5차 보고서에서 제시할 RCP(Representative Concentration Pathways) 기반의 GCM/RCM 자료를 기상청으로부터 제공받아 활용하였다. 이 기상자료를 이용하여 물수지방법으로 현재저수량을 산정하고, 기준저수량을 현재저수량 중 하위 10% 저수량으로 가정하여 기준저수량에 미치지 못하는 기간과 저수량을 도출하였다. 산정된 자료를 활용하여 한발빈도별 농업용 저수지의 용수공급능력 불능을 파악하고자 하였다.

This study was performed to design a field training curriculum model linked to the National Competence Standards (NCS) in Library and Information Science majors by analyzing factors influencing satisfaction of the field practice program and by drawing NCS capacity units suitable as field training configuration factors. It was also conducted to give shape to the standards and guidelines of NCS-based field training curriculum. For this study, first, we analyzed the implementation status of the National Competence Standards (NCS), particularly in Library and Information Science major. Second, we derived influencing factors of the field practice program through the field training satisfaction survey from Library and Information Science students. Third, we have designed a training curriculum model associated with NCS seeking proper matches with actual work of the library site through research methods including focus group interviews. Fourth, education guidelines of the field training required to interns were proposed in detail.

본 논문은 고객의 관리 및 서비스의 중요성이 강조되고 기존의 마케팅 방법들이 온라인을 기반으로 한 고객 마케팅으로 바뀌는 경향에 따라 고객의 만족도를 반영한 고객지원시스템을 제안한다. 고객의 제품사용 능력을 향상시키기 위하여 고객을 수준에 따라 분류하여 수준별 학습에 따른 정보서비스를 제공함으로써 비즈니스 퍼포먼스를 향상시키는 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 전문가에 의해 검증된 지식을 각 항목의 제품평가 기준으로 설정하고 삼각퍼지 수에 의한 컨텐츠만족도 평가를 통해 고객 의사의 반영비율을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안한 고객중심의 지원시스템은 고객관리 및 서비스지원부문에 활용 쥘 수 있을 것이다.
